not satisfactory from any angel!

Nothing about this flight. Will avoid Air India in the future!

Dirty and tired looking aircraft; unruly and downright rude passengers; cabin crew were unable to take control of the chaotic boarding; God knows how will they control the situation in the event of an emergency. This was my first and probably last time with Air India. I have always travelled Jet Airways on domestic routes in India and they are far superior.

Flight was on time. Boarding was not managed well by Ahmedabad Airport. Two toilets had faults. Faulty tap and toilet seat. Lacking choice in in-flight entertainment despite high quality system. Air India should offer free water at the seat every 2 hours instead it's a help yourself service which is less good. No wi-fi services.

I got the emergency exit door seat which I feel very comfortable. Departure on time, Arrival on early than scheduled.

First of all, The ground staff not having proper coordination at Doha Air Port. Safety induction very Poor, all demo equipment's was dirty and damaged. Another seat not really that good. Compare to other International flight this one extremely POOR. No Quality food, No Entertainment. The ONLY Flight not recommended for international travel. AIR INDIA is ok for travel.

Boarding wasn't comfortable

Not a full flight. Decent food. Friendly staff.

only two people checking people in but one was for business class and even though there were no business class passengers when I was checking in they just sat there and did nothing. So super long line to check in and only one active agent.

Everything was fine except the Entertainment. It is a 21st century and its time to implement a personal entertainment for each passenger.

No personal entertainment.
