Cons: While boarding the flight from Dubai to Houston, no one announced about family boarding. About a quarter of the flight had boarded before we decided to get in the line ourselves, and they took us in without any questions. It would have been better if an announcement for family boarding was made. The Dubai to Houston crew could have been more friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The leg room was smaller than most other flights and the war phonejack didn't work and the video constantly paused every 30 seconds. Also the 1 8kilo bad allowance in the cabin is a bit unreasonable but I see why they need to because the overhead storage and under the sit storage was less than normal too.

Pros: Fortunately I was in an exit row, so I had legroom. Other seats were not very spacious.

Cons: Would have been nice to get offered beverages more often. Was hard to get water as much as I needed without disrupting my fellow seat mates.

Cons: Attitude of some of the cabin crew very bad. Service was poor and with short comings. With Emirates either the service is very good or very bad. They need to get rid of the dead wood!

Pros: Everything about the flight - barring one thing - was brilliant. The new overhauled interior with the padded leather seats and a mini bar is an exquisite touch. The build quality of the interior such as the spotlight, switches, buttons all have a classy touch with a very classy interior cabin lighting. It felt like how a business class should be: excellent. And, as usual, the staff remained professional, polite, friendly and very helpful.

Cons: There was a delay before the take off. I had one booking with four trips with Emirates, three delayed which was a disappointment from a major credible airliner.

Cons: I didn’t like Momondo giving this flight a 10. The reviews I read after booking were awful. The flight was delayed 2 hours while two governments argued. The flight attendants sat on their asses the entire three hour flight. Not even a glass of water. But, it didn’t crash. So, I give it a rating of 1.
