No food service, although I would've appreciated pretzels or a drink. Also, a flight attendant woke me up because I was lying down although I had my seat belt visibly on.
The staff just completely disappeared, even when I requested assistance by clicking the button on my seat. They did not appear, and even when they did, they ignored everybody's assistance request lights. I was feeling very nauseous and needed help, but no help came.
Excellent one timing and service
-Flight was not comfortable, very cramped leg space -Food was always limited quantity, they seemed to always run out of something by the time they got to the back of the flight and we were served 2 meals on a 12.5 hour flight with no snacks in between -few staff were pleasant but some were very rude -good thing about flight was that they give you a hotel room and food food voucher for transit passengers with a long halt in Amman, Jordan
More variety of food. Not have to wait so long with my light on.
I don't use the entertainment. On the flight from Cairo to Jordan, you need to train your crew better. They are not good servers. They forget to follow up with you on food and drinks. The flight from Jordan to Chicago I had the air masks from above fell down on me and hit me. And the girl sitting beside me as well. I have picture and video of it. I have noticed once your served on your flight that the crew is not good at re serving you. I had my light on for nearly 20 minutes for a club soda. Took her forever to get me one. At breakfast I asked if they had anything vegetarian. Seems the guy completely forgot about me. You definitely need to train your staff. They are not trained well.
My luggage didn't arrive in Cairo. The whole process to get the luggage back when it finally arrives in Cairo is ridiculous.
I spent 16 hours in the airport without being able to find flight staff to help me. 4 canceled flights, no staff the help me, no information, I will never fly them again, they are the worst airline. Also, I did try and follow up with the airline, I got no response.
3 out of my 5 luggages are still missing. Customer service has not been great. Flew first class from Chicago to Amman and still got treated quite unprofessionally...Hoping to get the luggages as soon as possible...as I'm already leaving Amman for Doha (which is my final destination)...
We booked our trip and the original dates were cancelled. We then were offered a rescheduled flight to a couple days later but when we arrived at the airport they did not have any record or our rescheduled departure. (They did however have record of our return flight) We were able to provide our confirmation email of rescheduled flight with a booking number and ticket number. After a 2 hour phone call with multiple transfers to different departments we never given an explanation of why our ticket was missing.
The in-flight entertainment system was not working. Otherwise the flight was good.
Lost my bag in my way to Egypt after 4 days they call me they say found may when I want home I found missing some gift cost 300$ I send them Email but was no answer in my way bag my anther bag it’s broken so make report in airport so the lady said to me they we’ll call me and they will send me Email till now I don’t receive any Email or call
Excellent sits. In economy better than economy plus with Delta
Very bad
Air Jordanian provided a high-value travel experience from Chicago to Dubai. My only comment is that WiFi is not available on the transnational portion of the trip.
Flight was really good but the airport (Chicago) was really complicated. We had to claim our luggage then go through security again then recheck luggage then go to another terminal by train then go through security again.....
At least to make announcement when’s any change in the flight time ..
Friendly staff
Kayak staff are not friendly or supportive
Best airline to fly with
The food could better for business class. Everything else was awesome.
Everything was great!
The worker of Royal Jordanian ate really bad dont have any experience and dont know how to talk with passenger.
Great flight. Terrific cabin crew.
Started with long line for checking, inhospitable customer service (not rude but not friendly), announcement for boarding is so confusing, they called for family with kids, when we proceeded they said no you’re economy so you can’t board which they never specified it when they announced and made us and other families confused. Then the fly attendants professionalism was horrible one of them walk right by me and bump into me while coffee cup in my hands and kept moving like nothing happened, not with even say a word not even a sorry. Food quality went down the hill. I pay more for the RJ every time I fly for the better service quality but this time it’s not. I am not losing money again for RJ and I am so disappointed why would company with good reputation give it up for whatever the reason
Worst airlines! Delayed flight for 9 hours. Counters were closed . Couldn’t get a boarding pass to go through security. Was eating outside for 7 hours with no one to communicate to.
My flight out of Tampa was cancelled! I missed my overseas flight in Chicago due to that. I was in Chicago for a day and a half. After I reached my final destination no bags!!!!!! Worst trip EVER
Excellent
I liked pretty much all
Very recommended
