It was okey overall but disappointed for the price I paid
The staff (crew) was very unprofessional They don't care about passengers' complaints and don't respond when we call them The food is very poor and the seats are old, broken and making noises The plane is generally dilapidated and needs restoration
Poor service
Better crew maybe because of a 1 hr flight
Boarding was easy. Relatively on time. For a long flight from Montreal to Jordan should offer more water, drinks etc. Dehydration is linked to DVTs . Also some of the stewards were a bit rude but it’s ok ; maybe stress of dealing with rude people
All was perfect. Jordanian hospitality at its best!
Had a bitter experience with RJ, and had the challenge to login to account no information about what went wrong and not being able to select the food option after check-in flight they don't have any vegetarian food option on the flight, and they told us to have to select the food option before boarding :( i had the challenge of login into my account, with explaining all the details to crew members they told they don't have any vegetarian food to serve for my entire family throughout the journey and my baggage does not arrive to the destination on time. Overall its very bad experience for my entire family
Their website has been created for better use by individuals and it does not allow me to create an account to manage the bookings and food options. the flight crew does not have any option for vegetarians their default option is non-veg if a person has a technical reason to connect their account they have no food choice during the entire journey. mine have a bad experience from DXB to JFK such a long drive with 2 kids.
Pros: Very bad stuff
Cons: Better stuff helpful
Pros: Nothing it was a terrible Flight
Cons: Nothing good
Pros: Everything except food
Cons: Food variety could be an order improvement add
Pros: Amazing crew
Cons: Windows locked dark for whole flight in the DAYTIME going over spectacular scenery in Norway and Greenland. No eye shades given out. Totally depressing. Food very mediocre with nothing Arabic in spite of great Arab food.
Pros: Seats were comfortable.
Cons: Bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner
Cons: Staff at check in counter was rude.
Pros: Landing and the crew
Cons: The food was very spicy( Chicken meal)
Cons: Let passengers look out the window in the daytime. Going over Norway and Greenland with fantastic scenery and windows are blacked out whole trip. I paid to select a window seat. Totally depressing to be in the dark all day. Windows black even when lunch served. Tasteless Western food. Would have liked something Arab. (I’m a white American)
Pros: The crew was nice and courteous. The flight went smoothly. The bathrooms were easily accessible.
Cons: They barely offered water on the 11-12 hour flights. The crew was not around other than to hand out meals during the first and last few hours.
Cons: That if passengers with a original departure of erbil will be blocked for their final log that kayak or royal jordanian dont advertise the flight
Pros: ThAt i left erbil
Cons: Just had issues with bathrooms not being clean. Ran out of soap in 2 bathrooms
Pros: Smooth takeoff and landing. I fly frequently with RJ, i had a way better experience with them before
Cons: Food was tasteless. one of the crews seemed angry and pissed at everyone for some reason. My chair didnt decline back
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Rude staffs at the check in
Pros: The service
Pros: Great food options. Super comfy fully reclining to bed seats. Very attentive flight crew.
Cons: It's minor, but more up to date movies.
Pros: It’s hard to say what was good, because everything was sub-par. I would say I liked nothing, except that it got me to where I needed to go. Would I pay for this again? Economy, maybe. Business? No way.
Cons: Everything. I was flying business so the standard must be higher. Specifically? Bathrooms. Replace eather-worn chairs. Leather retains heat making the whole chair hot. As someone who finds everything cold, this was unbelievable; flight crew (rude & bossy, not international standard); seat positioning (your seat mate has to climb over you); meal (feels like an economy meal put on silverware); the pilot! did a hard brake on the runway, sending loose items flying; I really have nothing positive to say about Royal Jordanian, except that I would be happy to avoid them again.
Pros: Seats are crammed & not comfortable but crew members were nice
Cons: Add WiFi Serve 2 meals flying Amman to JFK
Pros: Crew was good, but only so much you can do on a junk plane
Cons: The plane could have been better, a lot better
Pros: Crew members
Cons: More comforting seats!
Pros: Great flight, on time, wonderful food and friendly flight attendants
Cons: Everything was perfect!
