Pros: Plenty of legroom, friendly crew

Cons: Delays were not communicated at all. Plane was very old with no seat back entertainment or in flight magazine. A large piece of the plane fell off on takeoff and hit a passenger in the head. The crew tried to jam it back in place but it was obvious it would not stay put. It fell off two more times.

Pros: Waited forty mins at a check in line, and this was for premium. Staff unconcerned, working slowly. Only two checkin agents for premium. No lounge access. another long line to board. Uncomfortable seat that barely reclines. Mediocre food. And all this at a high price for a round trip NYC-MAD-NYC. Avoid this airline.

Cons: Pick most anything. The price. The checkin, counter agents, boarding, my seat. Overpriced “budget” airline.

Cons: Insufficient staff to check people in. Over 1 hour delay; no updates were made to the flight boards on the airport. No complementary food or water was provided on this 9.5 hour flight. Landing was bumpy and nerve-wracking.

Cons: Plane was. Hanged. I had booked a business class seat and plane had NO PREMIUM / BUSINESS CABIN. I got an economy seat AT 70-80% if business seat cost and also was forced to pay for my bag to be checked at checkin - even tho the ticket I booked had 2 BAGS INCLUDED IN FARE. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

Pros: Seats were okay. Nothing else was. This is by far the worst premium economy cabin I've encountered.

Cons: Most airlines provide more and better amenities in coach than Norwegian did in premium economy. No pillow. Amenity kit. No food, other than two small boxed lunches with tiny portions. Lousy movie selection. Oh, and customer service sucks.

Cons: Boarding (3 different flights together) took almost 2 hours. I could not do early check in on line due to website either not recoginzing my details on the way to Prague or not coming up (404) on my way back. thank you for asking
