Cons: A lot of confusion at the airport when we wanted to check our bags. I felt they could have directed traffic (the people trying to check in) better.

Cons: They wanted to charge me for water in Euros, though the flight left from Istanbul and I only had Turkish lira with me. So we tried credit card, but credit card machine didn't work on any of my three cards. So they kindly brought me a free cup of water after all.

Pros: No different than other airlines as far as airplane goes. Crew was OK.

Cons: Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it.

Cons: I paid £275 for my TICKET ,after 2 min I rang them for cancel my ticket they said refund only £177 Then I said ok change the ticket they said still need to pay penalty charge as well, i wasnt happy then they call me back he said we cancel your ticket and refunds £240 , I lost £35 in 10 min .

Pros: On-time, no hassle or problems, not a lot of fuss or commotion like the bigger airlines, I think by them not serving food, it actually is a better atmosphere, can’t explain it, but totally felt light and not too problematic during both flights, jeddah to Istanbul and then again from Istanbul to Sara

Cons: The check in process, the upgrade process, the boarding process. And, everyone just sat where they wanted, even after I paid for the upgraded seat. The crew could not care less, and I ended up with the largest person on the plane next to me, who seat jumped, so I had to sit sideways the whole fly.

Pros: The on-board crew were friendly and professional. The in flight entertainment options were great. And the flight was mostly on time and easy.

Cons: We had significant issues getting our one boarding pass from the computers and then the workers in the airport. We purchased both tickets together and the one had no issues. However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us.
