Pros: Friendly crew. Attentive and polite.

Cons: Seats need to recline more. Food needs drastic overhaul both meals and snack bar items. $7 for a croisant with a half slice of cheese and half slice of turkey is outrageous. Also, meal portion is too small.

Cons: The crew at the check-in counter was inefficient and gruff. At the boarding gate, there was no one there and no announcements until after the time the plane was scheduled to depart.

Cons: You have to pay for everything. No meals, no water, was included on an almost 9 hour flight. We booked a flight through Norwegian on the way to Athens and did not have to pick a meal in advance however apparently on our return flight we had to? Doesn’t make any sense. Also there is very little room.

Pros: I didn’t like anything about flying with Norwegian airlines.

Cons: Boarding was handled poorly, flight was delays both outbound and return flights up to 3 hours each time, the food wasn’t good at all, there was no entertainment or any sort of flight info available. The seats were packed as tightly as possible. Bathroom on the flight was out of order.

Pros: Plenty of legroom, friendly crew

Cons: Delays were not communicated at all. Plane was very old with no seat back entertainment or in flight magazine. A large piece of the plane fell off on takeoff and hit a passenger in the head. The crew tried to jam it back in place but it was obvious it would not stay put. It fell off two more times.

Pros: Crew was ok.

Cons: No food or drink onboard unless you pay. they will charge you for everything but when they lose your bag and you ask for compensation, they ignore your requests and you get nothing. Horrible airlines and don't really care about their customers

I should have 0ne 7kg km and one 5kg Its 7 kg and same weight in your instruction and I traveled 3 trip with the same bag with your Airline *(canada to Kiev . Kiev to Cyprus . Cyprus to kiev ) No one charged me or give me any complain Is that new way to get money from your costumers???? And that's in the gate after I checked in and
