Pleasant, relaxed flight. I had 2 seats to myself, which was a bonus. I couldn't find a flight tracker ap so I could know where we were but that's a minor complaint. On the plus side, the passenger announcements did not come through my earphones but were on main speakers only. That was a nice touch.
Flight delayed by 3 hours 45 mins and no explanation given or apology. Rebooked on a flight departing to final destination 48 hrs later and baggage not delivered.

Poor communication: Flight come directly to kigali , didn’t come via mumbasa. Favouring to Rwandan passenger to move from economic to bussiness class after flight depart. Apparently, Asky airline baggage policy is slightly different from the Ethiopian airline policy and for this reason, I encounter an issue with them and I had to refer them to the Ethiopian airline policy whom I booked my flight with before they allowed me to bored the flight.
The stewardesses not being irritated by customers, but understanding that everyones comfort and requests should be handled with respect and understanding, not showing their obvious annoyance. I observed 2 people being treated rudely. I would never my staff to treat anyone so disrespectfully.
All around pleasant experience. Flight crew were efficient and polite. And the flight was on time.
I was not allowed to board my flight due to a booking error with Kayak which customer service has not responded to me about yet. I had to book another flight at the airport.
The flight attendants were great, the food was also very good. The entertainment in the plane could be improved by including screens to watch shows/ movies.

J’allais au Tchad et elle sait bien que je n’avais pas non plus besoin de visa compte tenu des accords de réciprocité entre état. J’avais mon visa et pourtant elle insistait. Ce qui était marrant ces collègues étaient complices. J’ai dû hausser le ton et l’insulter proprement. Mon adrénaline a monté. Trop de corrompus et moins de gens intègres dans vos rangs que ce soit à Cotonou et surtout à Accra. The following is a review for a flight from Johannesburg to Washington, DC with a connection at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and refueling landing at Rome, Italy. The flight was provided by Ethiopian Airlines. There were two of us: me and my wife on this flight. Everything was on time. Enough legroom between the seats, I was able to stretch my legs and sleep for at least some time during the 14 hour second flight (19 hours in total for both flights). Very decent meals that included two lunches and one breakfast on the flight from Addis Ababa to Washington and one lunch on the flight from Johannesburg to Addis Ababa. The lunch choices were beef, chicken and fish, I think the vegetarian option was available as well, accompanied with beans. The breakfast was a choice between egg and pancake, accompanied with a fruit salad. The egg breakfast was awesome, it came with a scrambled egg and a sausage. However, my wife mentioned unusual taste of the pancake breakfast meal, by all means those were not pancakes. What wasn't good: Externally initiated commercials on the infosystem screens, you couldn't turn the screen off. These commercials were accompanied by loud and annoying music, transmitted through the entire cabin. Obviously, there was no escape from this music as well. Additional moment: on the flight from Addis Ababa to Washington, DC, we landed at Rome for refueling. This was totally fine and it was in the flight itinerary. But, the flight attendant asked me to straighten the seat while we were at the steady position during the refueling. I can't rationalize this order except that some people just like to be a boss of some kind. Keeping the light lit in the economy cabin while keeping it dimmed in the first class also didn't improve my and my wife's feelings. Overall, the services were very good and the flight, despite its longevity, went on very smoothly.
It was a good experience - too many times checking at the airport - every time had to remove shoes , belt , laptop etc. that was a bit of exaggerated. The seat had a sharp metal plate -- which torn into my jeans.

A bit chaotic boarding flight but over all good experience.
We had a good flight experience with this airline despite reading many negative comments
Our first flight was delayed and when we got off that plane, nobody was really helping to direct us to the next gate. It was very frustrating. One staff simply said hurry, which wasn’t helpful. We had to go a long way to get to the next gate. Another issue on the plane itself was the bathrooms were disgusting and filthy and it didn’t seem like anybody was checking on them were cleaning them and it was a long flight. There was urine on the floor and they stunk. Also, the screen in front of my seat did not work, and I tried different headphones and still had no sound. You would think somehow those things are reviewed occasionally for working order.
They only gave us 30 minutes to make an international connecting flight. We didn’t make the connection but they did do a good job rebooking us despite the chaos. Our bags didn’t make it back and their process for customer support is pretty bad when it comes to luggage.
Good. Crew do seem to be less friendly- management are clearly limiting them or not empowering them as they used to.
Horrible airline that charged me $300 for my luggage saying my bag was excess luggage when that flight was super empty. Absolutely ridiculous never flying with them ever again!

Flight delay from Nairobi to JFK causing me to miss my connection. While at NBO waiting more than 5 hours for departure, no Kenyan Air representative made any announcement as to why the delay or when a new time would be given.

They boarded backwards so our zone meant nothing!!! My TV was broken, the remote was broke, the head set jack was broke! So i was stuck for 15 hours with no form of entertainment!!! The service was ok but they didn't check on us or serve many snacks. They acted like you were a burden when you hit the call button.
The plane was delayed almost three hours because boarding was unorganized then we were delayed even longer because the plane had an issue. The plane didn't look well maintained, there was also alot of tape on the exterior. I won't fly kenya air ways again after this trip.

The temperature in the plane was very warm, never experienced in any airlines we have flown, normally its freezing. our trip from JFK to Cairo was unbearably warm.
My flight was great. Service by the crew was great. Only issue I had wss it got extremely warm mid way thru the flight. To the point it was a little uncomfortable
As usual, the flight was late with the typical excuse of "a technical issue beyond our control." This is the same excuse they use every late flight which is EVERY flight.
3 hours delay for a 1.5h flight on a stinky plane
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.
Very good service with EGYPTAIR, would definitely recommend flying with them.
To be honest, there has been a significant improvement in the level of EgyptAir in terms of service and food quality.
Very basic service in business class. Mediocre will be the right word to describe them. Also, we arrived 8 hours late.
