While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

The service was terrible. We weren’t allowed to take water on the flight and the drinks were offered only at the end of the meal. When we used the button to call the flight attendants, they never showed up and when my daughter’s drink was spilled due to turbulences, she asked for something to clean her pants at least 4 times and eventually they gave her a tissue. The flight attendants were rude and overall the flight was terrible!

Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment

I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds

Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.

Old aircraft with a terrible business class setup and poor connection experience in Casablanca. Strongly suggest you pay a bit more and fly a different airline.

when we ask for water or any help nobody care.. they are too arrogant

The plane was new, clean and nice. The crew was very attentive and pleasant. The food wasn’t great, though - even in business class…

Pros: "It got us to Casablanca. Should have taken a car though"
Cons: "The plane sat on the runway at over 100 F and the A/C was not on. They barely started it once we were in the air"
