It was clean and well maintained plane. Service was great. I could not connect to internet.
No entertainment or food, but it was an overnight flight so I wasn’t looking for any.
JFK is the worst; but putting us into a plane that wasn’t ready was all Alaska
Really enjoyed the flight. Late getting to Portland from Wash DC but the reason was severe weather. The flight back to DC was perfect and arrived 5 minutes early of expected arrival.
All expectations were met.
No tv, no food😂
Great trip. Only snacks on the trip.
When arriving at PHL we had to wait almost an hour for the check-in desk to open, and when opened, it was slow due to the printers not printing the baggage tags. The staff was very nice and apologetic and did the best they could. We were told the check-in was not open until 2:30, but that information was not provided on any of the correspondence or boarding passes. This could be helpful for travelers. Due to a tight schedule we were boarded quickly, but the plane had not been cleaned well, leaving trash and crumbs from the previous flight. The staff was always professional and courteous, but appeared to be under stress. Overall the trip was as well as can be expected, but I do strongly suggest that check-in times be specified on confirmations and boarding passes to lessen frustration. I will fly Alaska Airlines again.
The food option is always kinda mediocre on this flight… not the options….rather the food.
A better selection from the food and beverage cart.
Wifi should be free. Also, the seats were super uncomfortable. I know it's an airline, but dang.
I don't think there was anything you could have donn. The flight itself was good. But the flight was full of families with crying babies and very rude people in First Class. It made the flight very long. But that's nothing the crew could have done anything about. it was the passengers on the flight that made it a challenge.
Got a call right away as we were leaving baggage claim that I had left a bag—got it right away. Great service!
A couple young ladies in the rear cabin crew were having loud personal conversations during the middle of the flight when most passengers were trying to sleep. It was not very considerate.
After waiting 2 hours to get through security I was turned back at the gate due to a computer glitch with my boarding pass, told I had to return to the ticket counter despite the fact that I had already received my seat assignment and then forced to spend another 8 hours at the airport before I could get home🥺
No coffee or tea available on second beverage service on BOTH FLIGHTS. Announced as "coffee heater broken". (on both flights?!) Very limited food for purchase on board.
The check-in process in Seattle was chaotic, disorganized. Many kiosks were out of paper, but paper was needed for a baggage tag, and we weren't allowed to get into line until we had one. However, the kiosk doesn't just tell you it's out of paper, it just says that function isn't available. However, the flight itself was right on time, just like our flight from Pittsburgh out to Seattle, which we deeply appreciated.
Food for a five hour flight had to be ordered ahead-not ideal for customer especially the choices on menu! I appreciated the seating for handicapped individuals!
Crew people are so nice. I can say Pilots are very well trained-smooth landing!
Quick seating. Pleasant staff
Liked the nonstop flights and helpful personnel.
Negotiate better gate locations- Gate 20 in San Diego felt like a 3 mile walk
All good
Better complimentary food options. At least have a savory option along with the sweet.
I couldn’t check in online or in a kiosk. It kept asking me for a passport even though I was flying to Puerto Rico, where a passport isn’t needed if flying from the US. Also, there was no entertainment on the flight and the plane itself was somewhat old fashioned. The crew was very nice, though.
Flight from Portland to Spokane was delayed 1 hour. Which is nonsense... Overall ok. I only had carry on bags.
No free wi fi
Entertainment has to be better for this long flight
Friendly flight attendants. Return flight was cramped in premium seating.
Communicating that my baggage wasn’t on the flight

To watch a movie or show during your flight, the airline offers a complimentary app that you can download onto your personal device before take-off in order to save any media that you would like to watch while in the air. During longer flights, travelers have the option of renting a tablet directly from one of the stewards, each of which is equipped with a selection of films, games, podcasts, and access to Wi-Fi. Additionally, you are allowed to use certain messaging applications for free on your cell phone without having to pay for the plane’s Internet.
