Crew was very attentive and professional.
Easy flight. Left on time. Arrived prime. Crew was informative when we hit turbulence.
It was a good flight just I wasn’t offered snacks or food the entertainment I wasn’t sure how to use it or what it was but other than that it was a good flight
On time
Direct flight with the standard flight amenities that you expect. The airline executed and delivered their service.
The only real complaint I have was the device website did not work for getting back to the homepage “404 not found error” and need more choices in movies, more current titles for guys. Action section was very small.
No food as it is a very short flight
1. Add Cognac and Brandy to your spirits list! 2. It took over 30 minutes for my luggage!
Everything went really smooth! Thank you!
Delay was terrible. The seat I paid $43 for was uncomfortable the doorade it super small. I paid over $100 for 6 lbs over weight. Ridiculous.
Everytime I Fly Alaska the Staff are on it to a T, their kind and the flight is so relaxing I fall asleep every time. I just nit a fan of the landing part lol who does. All in All I give them a 100 not a 10 a 100. Thank you Alaska Staff for the Safe travels.
Got my seat changed during boarding again. Super frustrating but at least it was from one aisle seat to another. Flight was a prop plane that was too small to be comfortable as a large man.
Got my seat changed during the boarding process which was unexplained and super frustrating. The flight was a prop plane and was uncomfortable for me as a large man.
An easy flight with no issues. That's all I'm looking for
It’s a long flight. Next time I may opt for a layover just to get out and stretch my legs and move around a little.
The wifi would not support the movie I was streaming o I had to stop watching 10 minutes in because the lag was so bad. Other than that, the flight was great.
Friendly staff. Did not like that all the passengers in boarding group 7,8,and 9 had to check their small roller bags due to no more room.
They cancelled the flight with only a few days notice … no reason given.
immigration process in MX is horrible. entered MX via bus and exited via flight. never received an immigration card upon entry but one is required to depart. immigration card can only be acquired with MX pesos. only place to obtain MX pesos is at airport money exchange at a poor rate. wasted an hour and almost missed flight. this coupled with COVID testing and chaotic airport verification process is extremely off-putting.
Amazing service as always
Closer to on time departure but a 45 minute delay not so bad.
Alaska staff always very friendly. Getting in and out of SJC is a breeze.
Every thing good
Whole experience was good
Both of my flights were slightly delayed. I’ve noticed the standard carry one luggages do not fit in the overhead bins. Wouldn’t it be easier to have people check in their bags when they arrive?
Arrived 26 minutes early!
Stuck on runway - captain and crew no explanation
First time flying in 2.5 years. Couldn’t have gone any better!
I overheard flight attendants bad mouthing a passenger in the back. Was unprofessional. Otherwise, flight was good.
Flight was delayed many times for different reasons: first it latticed late, then they were short on crew, then we waited for the concessions to arrive, then we lost our takeoff spot, then on landing we were had to wait for a spot. Got in an hour and a half late.
