When I boarded, I got seated, but then had to move because the flight attendant said I was in a different seat than my boarding pass showed. There were at least three other passengers who also had to move because their boarding passes showed different seats than the flight attendant's records showed. In the end, I had a row to myself, so it made the flight more comfortable, but the hassle of several people moving seats while boarding was still going on was frustrating.
Misleading ticketing and refund protocol
Very quick drinks//snacks arrived; allowed to depart at one’s own pace; comfy flight overall. Capt. gave times of arrival, landing & other good info :)
Leaving on time
The service n hospitality was awesome!!!! I really love how fast they make the passengers board the plane. I wish the seats could be wider about another and more leg room in economy section. I understand you guys are trying to maximize space vs comfort. That's the only thing I think could have been better.
Flight delayed 2 1/2 hours, causing my wife and I to miss our scheduled shuttle to Santa Barbara. No explanation given.
No more delayed flights
Adequate leg room Crew were nice and professional
For some reason I couldn’t stream any movies on my iPad, but others could. The trailers played fine.
Crew was very nice and efficient. No food was served on this flight. No entertainment on flight so could not review what I did not experience.
Great flight experience. The food was good. The wi fi didn’t work…but I had a book so I was good. I left my drivers license and credit cards on the flight and got zero support in trying to get them back. Leaving them on the flight was my fault. Wish their was a human that could have just helped. But that was on me for leaving them. The flight was excellent. Thank you.
Terrible timing. Screaming babies and snoring.
Flight was delayed because of maintenance issue. The attendants communicated it very well, but once we got in, I couldn’t understand a thing the captain said. I didn’t know how long we had left on the trip. Other than that, everything was great.
Crew was very accommodating and helpful. Seat was comfortable and plane was very modern. Only issue was I had to check my carry on because of no room on the overhead compartments. But that’s par for the course with most airlines lately.
Better snacks in first class.
Like to not have my baggage lost. Like to not have gates switched after I arrive. Salt Lake baggage employee was EXTREMELY helpful when my baggage did not arrive.
The snacks are good but could use a little variety WiFi was not available during my particular flight back but we were given that information long before the flight so we could download anything we needed. Will definitely fly Alaska again! All the important things (safety, professional crew, on time or early arrival, great customer service, ease of checking in and flight information, etc) were outstanding.
Delay at DFW. App didn’t reflect until 1/2 later.
No food nor snack offered. The flight was delayed. There was no announcement on the TV screen. Very strange
I could hear the flight attendant complaining about a first class passenger. I understand that people are not easy, but saying it quietly would be more appropriate.
Alaska airlines is organized and efficient . Staff and crew are very helpful. Pilot was excellent . Great takeoff and landing.
Waited on tarmac one and a half hours before takeoff
The kiosks for boarding passes were down, but there were no signs saying so on them, so people kept wasting time trying them before getting in very long lines to see an agent. At gate D2 we were told the plane was late, and finally told to go to N18. At N18 we were told to go back to D2. Then to C9. The plane left about three hours late.
Best cabin crew EVER! Those 3 went above and beyond, in a full flight, giving extra smiles and attention! We were in the next to last row and couldn't recline our seats without touching the passengers behind us. Uncomfortable on a cross-country flight.
The crew was fabulous! I lost my reading glasses and the flight attendants actually found me a pair to use on the flight. They were soooo kind!!
