Pros: As per usual, Cathay’s service was top notch. Friendly, courteous crew, good food, a great entertainment system with a great selection. This particular flight was very smooth and, as it was only around 65% full, I was able to stretch out and get some sleep.

Pros: Flight departed on time and even reached early. Flight staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nice selection of snack throughout the 16hr flight. The economy seats were to me at least very roomy

Cons: Boarding - Two last minute changes to departure gates, which confused the hell out of everyone. No announcement, just one staff shouting out to passengers.

Cons: It took 45 minutes for a flight attendant to respond to my call despite me calling dor assistance every 10 min. I had an issue with my tv screen and was not able to use the in flight entertainment I am very dissatisfied with such poor care and professionalism from your staff. This was something that should not have taken 45 min to get solved and even worse despite the call light being on multiple flight attendants walked by and did not even bother to question why the call light was on

Cons: I missed an earlier connecting flight and was placed on a later flight at a window seat with the most uncomfortable seating. I sat there for the entire flight with pain from how hard the seat felt. Also, the drinks and refreshment was severely lacking. The wait time between drinks and meals was too long. I found it odd that they didn’t serve drinks with food either

Pros: Fast flight and smooth, little turbulence.

Cons: 2hr delay at JFK resulted in missing my connecting flight to Dubai. The drink and meal service was awful. I tried calling for an attendant using the help button and they didn’t respond at all.

Pros: I always enjoy travelling on Air Astana. There were not many people on the flight, so the crew treated us like VIPs! Flight was punctual, comfortable.

Cons: The flight attendants ignored me every time they serve drinks. Even when I push the button it took them 10 minutes to get there and then they forgot to bring my water. I had to ask again. There were some Kazak people in front of me, it did not even take two minutes to bring their water. I don't understand, I guess staff is afraid of speaking in English. The aircraft was old and not comfortable.

Pros: Loved the amenities kit. The hostess was very nice and always helping with a smile.

Cons: On the flight from Mumbai to London I was seated in front of an elderly couple. The man had a disability and was distrubing me all night, using my seat to get up out if his chair. He really should have had disability seating. The staff kept telling me to put my seat up at various times to accomodate. They should have moved them to another seat as there were some empty seats in various places. He needed seating more accomodating for his disability.

Cons: Too short connection time. Security Check during transfer was very bad. Taken the small carry on away from passengers even when there is space in the cabin inside, and they put the carry on into the checked-in baggage. Food is very bad. Lost one Checked-in Baggage, realized it when reached Mumbai.

Shocking to learn that A black guy found "dead" in the middle of the flight, probably due to heart attack China Eastern web site is horrible as it only allows passengers who bought their tickets DIRECTLY from their web site to access booking managing like seat choice and printing boarding pass. If you bought tickets from travel agents like Justfly.com, forget to use China Eastern web site to manage your booking, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE

Pros: Flight attendants escorted us to our seats and helped stow our carry on luggage. Lie flat seats were comfortable with some storage space. Meals were very good as well

Cons: I have checked my baggage allowance for this trip when I first paid and it was 2 checked in bags. However, I had to pay additional 185 Euros for adding my second checked in bag.

Cons: Window seat is quite cramped and I am not sure why I had to pay to choose a seat before this flight but not for my previous flight to Singapore which resulted in me getting one of the last seats available which was a pretty cramped window seat. Also too many repetitive announcements

Cons: There is still room for improvement. Flight attendants need to be better trained in dealing with passengers. Spend the time to "listen" thoroughly instead of saying "OK I know" & then fuffill the passengers request. Sometimes, little details matter, even they did the job right. Try to do better!

Pros: The food on the way to China and on the way home was horrible. They stopped serving cup noodles too. Only sandwiches when I asked for other option when the main course weren’t good.

Should have make the spicy sauce on the side in case for people who can’t eat spicy food. They used to serve 3 meals now cut down to 2 meals... maybe it’s time to reconsider another airline.
