Always on time and flight crew were great. Boarding in Manila was a bit chaotic and disorganized compared to Incheon.
Never had a flight delay issue with Korean Air, that's why I always go with this airline.

Korean are so racist and when I ask question or directions they totally ignore me and say racist. Also they give me an rude attitude.
It was good, I liked the self-serve snacks but it was a little difficult to get the alcohol, which is understandable since I wouldn't want kids sneaking it.

I normally love Korean Air, but this trip was not great. We boarded the plan and were settling into our seats. My son and I use these leg swings and we used it on the trip over to Cambodia, but on the way back the flight attendant very rudely told us we could not use it and that it was against regulations. I asked to see the regulation, but never saw it. The food on this trip was horrible as well, Even my son's kids meal was disgusting so we didn't eat anything on the flight. Thankfully we brought snacks. Entertainment - what happened to the games?

Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.

This777-300 is configured 2/3/2 for Biz class straight out of the 80s!!! Not to mention seats are narrow, bed does NOT FULLY RECLINE FLAT as advertised, and purser didn’t know that!! ARM REST HAS A REMOTE TABLET ON IT FURTHER CONFINING THE ALREADY NARROW SPACE!!! WHO thought this was a good design?? After flying the new A350-900 biz class Montreal to Dubai , this was a total let down!!
The flight was delayed. The staff made us wait in the room that is too small and it was crowded and with no seats available for waiting. They did not tell us why the delay occurred.

I was traveling alone with an infant, so the crew was incredibly helpful. Both the international and subsequent domestic flights were impeccable.

The flight was delayed by 2 hours, although to their credit they delayed my connecting flight so people could reach it. Also their site is a nightmare to navigate on a phone. Everything else was good.
The ticket was last minute buy so no concerns about the pricing this time, but the crew in general could have been more accommodating, helpful.
CTU-KMG-CNX with 1.5 hr connection at KMG. Doable but just barely bc immigration exit from China is at the last flight leg, here: KMG to CNX. We hauled out of the domestic terminal to reenter at the international departures (luggage checked thru to CNX thankfully). Immigration had only two agents, even though KMG gets a HUGE number of foreigners. It took forever for such a shot line. Then security also took a while, so I just just made the connection. Recommend if you exit China with domestic international transfer, plan for 2+ hrs to avoid a heart attack. Airline personnel don’t suffer if you miss the flight, you do. Plan accordingly.
China Eastern as a member of Sky Alliance airlines should have the same standards overall of their partners, Besides the seats comforts everything else is bellow the standard for a business class travelers. A BIG ISSUE FOR NON-CHINESE PASSENGERS IS THE ABILITY TO CHECK IN ONLINE, by making so difficult or almost impossible there is no chance to get a seat assignment ahead of time then go to the airport and get what is left. THIS IS NOT a SKY TEAM modality.

Overall, excellent: check-in, boarding, service, and food. The Business Class seating is a little less private and spacious than the world's premier airlines, but still very good for a long haul flight.

Your staff was exceptional. Could teach the other airlines-rules on etiquette, and service. Excellent landings on flights, carried out by your pilots. Only complaint is long delay on return flight in Beijing, onto Vancouver.

I hate that you cannot check in online and when you are at the airport, there aren't any aisle seats left. Also, they could work a little on subtitles for their movies (not everyone is a native English speaker).
Nothing to complain of, the only reason I am not giving better marks is that I am used to flying with ANA and they are the top.

I checked my email regularly and did not find any notification or reminder about the baggage policies. Had I been informed in advance about the baggage allowance, I would have made necessary adjustments to avoid any additional charges. The lack of communication on your part has caused me both financial inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I kindly request a full refund of the additional charge of 355 US dollars. that I was required to pay at the airport. I am writing to formally complain about the loss of my baggage on your airline. . I was a passenger on flight 0920 from Seoul ICN to Almaty and then from Almaty on flight 0131 to Dushanbe on July 18th 2024. Upon arrival at Tajikistan Dushanbe, I discovered that my checked two bags were missing. I reported the issue immediately to the airline’s baggage service office at the airport. Despite following up multiple times and with your Air Astana Representative and being assured that the matter is being looked into, my baggage has not been located or returned to me until last evening. I expect to be compensated for the loss according to your airline’s compensation policy.
