Cons: on the level withother major airlines

Cons: We’ve missed this flight due to a medical emergency. Called before the flight took off to advise on the situation and ask for help to rebook the same flight later once the health status is stable. Have been told that there is absolutely nothing that can be done to be partially partially refunded at least for the 2nd flight that had to be catched after over 30 hours, which is unacceptable.

Cons: Descent and landing were not pleasant while the weather was fine

Cons: The crew is absolutely unfriendly. I felt down from escalator after registration on the flight. I asked the stewardess to move me to places of increased comfort, as my knee was swollen and I could not bend it. The stewardess answered that they have no competence to transfer me to these places.

Cons: I couldn’t book an additional baggage neither select my seat online, although I tried several times and even contacted directly on the telephone the travel company also several times

Pros: Plan was full but loading of passengers and most importantly managing their hand luggage was incredibly efficient and timely.

Cons: Aircraft A330-300 sucks. It is SLOW! Boeng-777 did Moscow-Houston flight in 10 hours, but this A330 flew from Frankfurt to Atlanta in the same time. Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it.

Cons: It was too hot in the cabin. The flight attendants were mostly inattentive. At one point three of them were feeding a baby to the exclusion of all of their duties to the rest of the passengers.

Cons: Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed...

Pros: The crew was very professional and I cannot complain about that.

Cons: Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip.

Pros: crew was ok. seats were very tight. climate was hot inside the plane for the whole trip. no entertainment the screens were not working. poor food. and finally we had to go in a bus not a direct gate.. very bad experiance

Pros: The flight schedule was better than any other carrier. The flight crew was very helpful.

Cons: The space between rows really seemed much narrower than a year ago.

Cons: The attendants only came around 2 times to offer drinks/water on a 12 hour flight. They only offered tea/coffee once. It was not offered after the main meal even. The attendants need to come around with water every few hours on such a long flight.

Cons: The Royal Jordanian crew gave us a comfortable, enjoyable flight. There is no in-flight entertainment, so take your own or plan to read or sleep.

Pros: The boarding was quick and easy. Comfortable seats and enough room for legs.

Cons: There were 5 screaming toddlers on board. The trip was gently saying unpleasant. There should be a section for families with kids to avoid the noise and craziness that other passengers must endure. Food was ok; the second choice was not available neither for lunch or dinner.

Cons: I went to ataturk airport be mistake then I went directly to sabiha airport before the flight 45 min they gegusos stuff did not allow me to get in the plane!!!

Pros: Checked luggage included, seat reservations are fairly priced, in flight meals and snacks are reasonable. Crew is professional.

Cons: Using the same airline and terminal, they caused us to miss our connection by not having a jetway to a gate. In the time it took to deplane and bus to the terminal, they caused us to miss the connection. This in spite of the plane being still at the gate when we arrived.

Pros: Nothing in particular. An ok flight.

Cons: Uncomfortable seats. Departed late from Tel Aviv, long outdoor wait at 4 C degrees for the buses from airplane to terminal, arrived 25 minutes before connection to Tokyo scheduled to depart, but the claimed that gate is closed so got stuck in Moscow for 24 hours.

Cons: They were rude, we almost didn’t made to the connection flight of their own company and they just didn’t care. The suitcase didn’t made it either
