As always Emirates is always dependent on the crew you get on the day and today was a good one. Everyone knew what they were doing and gracefully without hesitation . Great conversation all round even about the food and wine.

Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.

First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.
They lost the baggage and said it was deleted from the system. I had baggage tag so was able to file the complaint but there was no PIR number and update so far
I booked tickets for a family of five and specifically paid extra to select our seats together. We spent nearly $1,000 extra (around $100 per seat) for extra legroom so we could sit near each other. However, despite paying for this, we ended up being separated on the flight. This caused a major issue for our family because my parents do not speak English and rely on me to translate and assist them during the journey. I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect the airline to do better, and I am requesting a full refund for the seat selection fees we paid.
Limit the number of usage of wine or please arrange our seats. The passenger was drunk on this flight and not on Thiruvananthapuram to Abudhabi.
The seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. The entertainment menu was limited. Flight crew was good.
It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better
Food quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem.

Good flight. There were a few issues with the flat bed. It was some technical issues. Otherwise everything was good
The flight from NY to Bangalore was very good but the return flight from Bahrain to NY was mediocre

Amazing business class in a single aisle plane. Fully flat seats, pyjamas, amenity kits, all in all a really complete product. Service was good - not amazing - but they did a good job. Got a few hours sleep. Will fly with them again if I can.

Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. Lufthansa was horrible for disabled folks. My wife had hell of a time making it to the flight in Frankfurt. The airlines is not at all caring to the disabled. If that were in USA I would have sued the airline for not meeting the disability Act clause. No way we are going to go in Lufthansa again. Hari S Doss
The Discover flight from TPA to FRA was exceptionally unprofessional and incompetent in organization. First the entertainment system was completely nonfunctional for the entire plane and no competent IT support to fix. Than they could not serve any coffee or tea because they ran out of water - reflecting the exceptionally incompetent management at Discovery and most embarrassing for Lufthansa and a German airline, more like a third world country. The food was mediocre at best and minimalistic for Discover, particularly with the much higher standards at Lufthansa.
Lufthansa's Miami International counter folks are very strict on carry-on weight. Can't be greater than 8 kg otherwise they force you to check it for a fee. Bags came out at baggage claim as soon as we arrived to that location (it is a far walk from arrival gate to bag pickup). We do travel with Lufthansa domestically and enjoy every trip.
My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags
Very good crew, enough space between seats, very good food! Captain of this plane was incredible, quietly and safe fly!
It started well but flight was cancelled and they created a nightmare rebooking. It is two days later and we still haven’t reached our destination. I am in Amsterdam waiting on transfer desk to open (later than other airlines) to hopefully get a boarding pass. Once that problem is solved we will just pray this flight isn’t cancelled too.

I like the stripes, the more color the better I think you could even make more contrast with the stripes by filling in colors that create visual effect. The crew on both flights were polite well dressed, alert, good looking and very friendly. I never had a standing in line anywhere long for entering or exiting to my seat and it’s nice that people don’t bring too much luggage on the plane. The one thing I find is hard to manage is when a family or in general just being able to book a free seat if it is not for a dog, it shouldn’t be allowed. Since it is already very confined space on a flight overseas this can create slight conflict because there are sometimes free seats, which people then can freely use after cabin doors are shut. On the return flight, it was dark and by accident I stood on a paper bag with food in it that was placed on the floor in front of a seat next to me. I belong to the lady across the aisle and I felt terribly sorry once I found out there was still desired food in the paper bag. So I felt uncomfortable for getting into this situation. Otherwise I had a great time.

Condor is a good and affordable airline. Make sure to leave a two hour window if transferring internationally through Frankfurt.
One of the bathrooms was out of order, I paid $20 for the WiFi and it worked 20% of the time. And when it worked., it didn’t work well. The seats were tight, but that is something that cannot change. The flight was smooth but to know fault of the crew, the flight was delayed an hour leaving sfo. The crew was polite yet efficient.

Horrible boarding set up on all flights (necessary to take a bus to the plane each time??) So cramped and they gave no water/drinks/food. Short flight, I know, but that’s cheap!!!
Condor is a very good airline. If you’re transferring in Frankfurt, make sure to allow at least two hours in case your flight is delayed. You’ll also need to go through passport control and then go back through security to get on your next flight, so a window of 2+ hours is needed just in case.
The attendants were nice, but I was freezing the entire nine hours and so cramped. Please provide more blankets or make it known how to borrow a blanket for such a long flight. Even in already expensive economy class, people really need a bit more leg room and two more inches between seats to comfortably fly for 9 hours. Our family works very hard, but the extra expense of economy plus is just not in a lot of customer's budgets, and we still want to fly in equal peace and comfort. Please create future aircrafts that reveal reasonable care for us, the cramped- to- death customers more than the question of "how can we jam a few more human beings into this already cramped flight to impress our higher ups making a few more dollars. It's just Wrong. People need a reasonable amount of leg room and a blanket when the airline attendant said the extreme air conditioning could not be turned off. The food was tasty, but a bit more protein and less fluff would be appreciated. Thank you.
Very clean very smooth flight paying extra for legroom was an advantage but being a little bit bigger than the average person I could not put the tray down fully to eat my meal so I didn’t enjoy the experience of that
It was very good! Crew was very friendly, food was very good. I was on economy so the comfort was ok. Other than that, I would fly Condor again!
We had premium economy seats and the only difference from economy was legroom. Only one restroom for about 50 passengers was a little uncomfortable. Dinner was rather unpleasant but breakfast was good. Entertainment selection pretty good and you can use Bluetooth headphones. Flight attendants were okay.
We free from Zurich - Frankfort- San Francisco. Our first plane was delayed. We were lucky that they held the plane for the second part of our flight, but our bags didn’t make it on the plane. Waiting for the bags and submiitjng a claim added time after a long flight, and I will have to drive back to SFO to get out bags.
