Pros: The hotel is extremely nice, definitely on par with places like the Ritz Carlton. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and they do a special rooftop sunrise that was an unexpected addition.
Cons: The only thing that was a bit odd was that the restrooms have only large floating glass doors which don't fully close or lock in any way, so... Let's just say you hear absolutely everything from the toilet in the entire room.
Pros: I feel that i am in my country
Cons: It need to renew
Pros: Personal attention to guests needs and wishes. Rooms were luxurious, comfortable and well kept, I will come back.
Pros: Rooms were very nice and luxurious.
Cons: Could of had more selection or bigger areas for eating and drinking on site.
Pros: Center of the city location, perfect for both shopping, dining and business. Modern decor, great rooms with city views. Front desk is a pleasure to deal with....quick, knowledgeable and will do all possible to help every way the can. No lines or wait time checking in or out. Breakfast is fantastic, both assortment and service. The only hotel really to stay in Frankfurt.
Cons: For those expecting massively large reception hall, this is not it. It is a boutique hotel, but what a hotel this is.
Pros: Most everything
Cons: Nearly nothing but if there is complementary water in the room
Pros: An absolute gem. Make sure you stay there.
Pros: Great location and beautiful rooms. If you workout, you have access to a fantastic health club which next to the hotel.
Cons: The rooms were what I would expect for a hotel of this calipher. However, common areas such as the lobby were small and became crowded with guests checking in and out. I was disapointed with the level of service from the staff. I had a maid wake me up on a Saturday morning before 8 AM wanting to clean my room. I wasn't even checking out that day. It took a number of staff levels and a fair amount of my time to get that situation resolved to my satifaction.
Pros: Everything. Best hotel for the value. Breakfast buffett was really goo
Cons: The food at the Lebanese restaurant was just o k
Pros: From the reception staff to the bar staff - Excellent all around
Will stay there again on my way through town.

Pros: Amazing hotel close to to the shopping area and the Romer. Rooms were were well furnished and the staff was excellent. I accidentally left my glasses at the hotel, and they even shipped them to another German hotel free of charge (the hotel offered to shipped to our house in the US, but we wa tee them so I er so they had no issue shipping the to our hotel in Rothenburg).
Cons: Everything. Great location, great staff and nice rooms. Highly recommend.
Pros: Great location. Great bed and linens
Cons: French restaurant was closed on Sunday. Bathroom cabinet and mirror frame had some damage due to humidity

We thank you for your understanding and wish you a wonderful stay at our house.
Pros: Staff were A1. Breakfast included eggs and full array of breads and even included smoke salmon. Liked the free mini bar stocked with a few beers water and soft drinks and even a few chocolate bars. Room was clean and quiet. Location was close to train
Cons: Room was small, but that's normal in Europe.
Hotel Europa Style offers a great location, putting you within a 15-minute walk of Frankfurt Opera House and Staedel Museum. You can visit the fitness center for a workout or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, minibars, and free WiFi.
Cons: I had hard time finding the hotel, because of lack of clear visible signs in airport. Especially I got lost in the plaza just before, where escalators are. No signs where to go to find it.
Pros: Location to airport
Pros: We chose this facility for ease to all transportation.
Pros: Location and facilities. Nice and comfortable room
Cons: Price is to high for what the hotel offers but the location is top...
Pros: Very good hotel in overall, good bathroom, amazing people from front desk, good security for the elevators.
Cons: Poor information on how to get through it from the airport, confusing AC adjustment, below average bed, could be cheaper. Missing more worldwide channels. Could have more food / drink options close. Would be nice to have flight information available at the lobby at least.
Pros: This is an airport hotel, and it carries out that function well. The location is obviously great (directly on top of the train station, a comfortable indoor walk away from the terminal). Some earlier reviews suggested that there was a charge for wifi usage; this seems to have changed as the Wifi I used was not only free but stable and decently fast.
Cons: Nothing reeaally bothered me, but it fosters the typical fear of breathing on the wrong thing for fear you'll be charged for it. They charge a 50-euro fee at check in to cover "incidental expenses" – uh-oh.
Cons: Breakfast was very expensive.
Location directly at the airport
Pros: Attached to terminal 1. Easy, covered walk to the airport in the AM.
Cons: Difficult to locate initially. I knew it was essentially in the train station, and it still took us about 20 minutes to find it. Essentially no signs (about hotels) in the train station. We finally took an elevator up (thinking it couldn't be down), then we found signage. Easy after that.
Cons: Unairconditioned breezeways/hallways.

Pros: Great staff, very clean & modern. Highly recommend
Pros: convenience. excellent transportation to and from airport
Cons: wifi never worked in my room
Pros: The "Faces" restaurant was really lovely and welcoming, and the food was excellent. The airport shuttle was very convenient.
Cons: The wifi was awful- neither of us were able to connect at all using the free wifi.
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, modern decor
Pros: Staff was very efficient and explained everything quickly. Lounge was open late to get a quick bite. Shuttles left every 15 minutes starting at 5am.. I was on that one.
Cons: No gift shop - wanted a watch in a display case, but no one could open it for me between 8pm and 6 am...
Pros: Room was a typical airport airport.
Cons: We stood in line for two hours to get our confirmed room. Delta had cancelled flights and there was a long line of people wanting a room. I mentioned twice that we were confirmed guests and should be compensated for our long wait in line. We were ignored both times.
Cons: I found using the Internet frustrating. It would just die when I was using it. I tried to downloading a library book and could not do it. Then I paid for the upgrade Internet and it would stop working while I was downloading. The "free" internet was slow.
Pros: The shower, bed and pillows were nice. Is all we liked.
Cons: Terrible customer service starting at the shuttle at the airport. The service did not improve at any point of our stay. We are a couple with a baby and we had 3 bags, a stroller, a car seat and two backpacks and no one offered any help loading or unloading the luggage off the shuttle (while all other shuttles at the airport provided that service for their guests ie Holiday Inn). Nothing changed in the hotel either, we dragged all the bags by ourselves from the shuttle to the room, not something I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The following morning we were trying to take a shuttle but the lady shut the door in front of us while we were trying to bring all the luggage to the bus. The room was ok but a bit small. The satellite TV is lacking entertainment programs in English language.
Pros: cleanliness and quiet setting
Cons: room was too small
Pros: Location, shuttle service, cleanliness
Cons: Phone connection to the reception did'nt work so had to go all the way down each time that I wanted to talk to them.
That needed to be done often as no crib was supplied for our 6 month although explicitly requested. Upon arrival no crib was in the room, so another request was made, but after being our for the entire evening, upon return no crib was yet in the room.
Overall a nice hotel in a good location but disappointed by this issues that were not solved promptly.
Pros: The Hotel was very modern and close to the airport. The room had a huge bathroom with heated floors. Everything was clean and very comfortable. I stayed on the 9th floor and had a lovely view of the city. I used the pool and the sauna, which were very nice too.
The free shuttle was convenient and ran every 15-minutes from the hotel to the airport.
I booked my breakfast with the hotel together, which was cheaper then the $28 Euro price that they were asking for at the hotel.
I would certainly stay at this hotel again!
Cons: I booked this hotel through Kayak and at check-out the hotel staff refused to give me a receipt, which I needed in order to get reimbursed by my office.
Internet was a bit slow in the room and in the business center.
Pros: Proximity to FRA and shuttle bus service. Very modern and clean. Nice bar in hotel.

Pros: Quirky hotel with a good bed and laced with sexual innuendo.
Located in Bahnhofsviertel, this luxury hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Holbeinsteg, Staedel Museum, and Frankfurt Opera House. Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and Maintower are also within 1 mi (2 km).
my experience in this location was much better then the one in Amsterdam and it has change my prospective on the entire entity.
Pros: Excellent location! Great bar and restaurant. I enjoyed the friendly service.
Fantastic property close to the train station and in the new business sector. A bit farther away from typical Frankfurt tourist attractions but close enough for a cab or longer walk. Great 4 star property. Bring your own pillow as their's are the size of couch cushions and very large for smaller heads/necks. Overall a great new place to stay.
Pros: The location was great and the room was very nice and comfortable. Lovely building and great atmosphere.
Cons: Not having included wifi in the rooms makes it a poor location for business travel as wifi costs were way to high.
Pros: It was fairly close to the tram station, which made it easy to get to and to explore the city from there.
Cons: Wi-fi was not included in the room price.
Clean nice room. Noisy because of the construction around the hotel.
Pros: Very clean.
Cons: Construction around the site.
Pros: Very modern, clean and quiet place to spend a night.
Good cost/benefits hotel.
Pros: Nice rooms. Good service and excellent restaurant.
Cons: Internet is so expensive. No free wifi neither in the lobby.
It was a beautiful hotel with a very comfortable bed, and their option to chose one's pillow type was an added bonus. The room was clean, the staff extremely helpful. I asked for restaurant recommendations and some sights to see in Frankfurt and the concierge was just wonderful. Close to the train station, the area was very central, and the hotel was a lovely place to retire to.
Pros: They had a beautiful fitness area, and the room was just lovely. The bathroom especially blew me away, as did the many pillow-type choices.
Cons: While I understand that this is standard in this area, the lack of free wifi (especially at that star level) was a bit of a let down. The access to the business center was helpful, but at a hotel that caters to business people free wifi should be a given.
Pros: Beds were comfortable and bedding soft.
Cons: No very nice hotel
This hotel is intended for trade fair visitors and tour groups. We knew where it was, but still had difficulty getting to it due to all the construction everywhere around the hotel. One of the BIG letters in the hotel sign had burned out and was not fixed during the time we were there. One wonders about the attention to detail. The room itself was very nice and quiet. We did not hear any noise from all the work being done near by. But the staff is 2nd rate. Friendly but not well trained. We got the room on Priceline and added a day. That confused the staff. Then the room card stopped working for me while my wife was out. They could not give me a card to access the room without locking out my wife! I suggested that the signage from the subway could be better (in a nice way) and instead of saying he would pass on the comment to management, the desk clerk merely laughed, as if I had made a joke. (This was all in German, so it was not a matter of misunderstanding.) While I was in the room mid-afternoon the staff let itself in without knocking. Amazing. All in all, if the price were right, I would return. But I would be prepared for a level of service below the appearance of the hotel. Finally, there is nothing to see close by except the trade fair grounds. Nothing within walking distance.
Pros: Architecture and room design are very good.
Cons: The location is not great for getting to by public transportation. Signage is only OK. Staff needs better training.
This is a pretty new hotel intended for use at the trade fair (it is on the grounds) and tour groups. It is akward to get to by foot, even though it is close to the main train station. The whole area is a construction site and the sidewalks are provisional. The way to the hotel is not well marked, despite there being an (inadequate) sign near the tube/subway exit. The room itself was very clean and well appointed. Also quiet.
Pros: The architecture is appealing and the room very nice, with a walk in shower.
Cons: The staff was well-meaning but not up to standards.
Pros: Clean, quiet rooms.
Cons: The reception staff need to be more friendly.
located at Messe with a hugh construction site just a few feet away from the entrance (a huge mall will open in autumn 2013), food is perfect and fresh. prices are good, parking is very expensive if you don't get the free parking spots, NO free WiFi, uncomfy beds but nice interior design
Pros: free parking, good food, modern design
Cons: worst bed in a modern hotel
Movenpick Hotel Frankfurt City offers a great location, putting you within just a 10-minute walk of Frankfurt Trade Fair and Messeturm. The restaurant is the perfect spot for a bite to eat, and after visiting the fitness center for a workout, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like Select Comfort beds with pillow menus, along with minibars and room service.
Cons: The breakfast and food options are asking...need to improve.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff and really nice, comfortable and exciting rooms. The rooms have personality and style! Good bed and nice bathroom. They have a very good restaurant (see reviews on Open table), which we didn't try though. Good value for Money
Cons: Location: it feels a little off and the immediate area was a without charm. Taxi to the city centre is 12-15 minutes and about €12 and going to the Messe (our reason for the trip) took 20-30 minutes (Walking and one change). Nice, but next time we'll stay closer to the Messe and restaurants. Only big dissapointment is breakfast - very average and cost €18
Pros: When we arrived at the hotel they could not find out booking. This was due to the fault of Kayak and the website they referred us to, Rent a room.
The staff were so helpful. They found us a room and assured us we would not be charged twice for our stay.
The staff and facilities at this hotel are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here but do not book through Kayak. Only book through the hotels website.
The 25hours Hotel The Goldman makes a colourful statement that contrasts sharply with the samey look often favoured by hotels. Two unique atmospheres are combined in one hotel. The 49 rooms in the western wing draw their inspiration from local personalities and present Frankfurt as an urban metropolis. Meanwhile, the 48 rooms in the eastern part of the building were inspired by both the architecture and the philosophy of the United Nations headquarters in New York.
Cons: Gym is not complementary. Free internet only in the lobby, internet in room not complementary and very expensive.

Pros: Room - quite spacious and nice
Lounge-if you have access to the lounge then you have a nice served with different menu every hours and pretty decent for kind of full meal.
Cons: Parking-pretty expensive 32euro per night and not for in n out, hourly about 3.5euro.
Elevator-very old and very slow; the sensor sometime doesn't work and got hit once.
Payment-if you're using card from US, they automatically carge it to USD with mark up 3%.
Pros: Clean rooms , good location
Doesn't even have umbrellas for guests

Pros: I like to stay at this Hotel because of it's location, I like to walk along the River Maine and walk all the way to the Piazza [ Square ]
Cons: When I booked this Hotel on line they were showing that they only had a twin bed available, when I arrived I complained about it because it wasn't inexpensive at all so then they gave me a room with a Queen size bed.

Pros: Close to Messe, near the tram line; good food and tasty cocktails, hip space and rooms. Free bikes!
Cons: They have an affiliation with a gym but there was a hug disconnect between the front desk staff and the gym itself; make sure you get a clear breakdown of what is offered. \
The biggest complaint though, was someone on my team had booked a room through an online vendor, but her father died the night before; when she tried to cancel, they weren't willing to work with her because of the online booking; they wanted to charge her for 90% of the room. Short-sighted of them, as we stay there for a trade show every year. Best they could offer was a credit for a few months. I tried to talk to them but they were not willing to negotiate. Too bad, as we liked the place but probably won't stay there again.
The 25hours Hotel by Levi's isn't just another hotel in Frankfurt. The hotel's name says it all and is a token of the friendship between 25hours and the classic fashion brand Levi's. The shape of every seam and the position of every single object has been carefully considered. In the Bahnhofviertel district, where the hotel is located, American cultural heritage is blended with the diversity of the city on the River Main.
Pros: We liked almost everything specifically the staff
Cons: Prices of food and drinks

In addition to the individually controlled light pattern at the head of the bed, the bathroom is an exceptional feature: The fully glass enclosed room highlights the brilliant granite and stainless steel.
Pros: Right next to and attached with a tunnel to the airport.
Cons: The convince
Coffee in room
Pros: The staff, especially at the reception desk was very nice. They seemed all very welcoming and always showing a warm smile. They also did their job diligently and were always willing to help. I actually remember and want to thank Melanie for helping me find my lost wallet.
There was no excess of luxury, but my room was big, quiet and very comfortable. Honestly, it is a perfect place to stop by since it is very comfortable and convenient at a small walking distance from the airport.
Cons: No free wifi all around in quite inconvenient. In order to achieve excellence of service, that is a must nowadays. Also, the wait for the check in was a little exaggerated, but it was caused by external circumstances to the hotel (flight cancellations) so it is totally understandable. And once again, the staff remained calm and welcoming despite people's complaints.
Pros: Never leaving the building to go from the train station to the hotel, then to the airport terminal the next morning was incredibly convenient.
Cons: The window curtains did not close fully at each end of the window, which allowed some light into the room at night. The bathroom floor had a blunt edge of raised stone-like flooring material at the threshold. I had to fold a towel several times and lay it over the threshold in order not to catch my toe and stub it or trip. Poor design!
Pros: The rooms were nice and modern, very convenient location.
Cons: Breakfast is not included and when I was asked if I wanted the breakfast package, the front desk failed to mention it was 25 euro per person before asking to swipe my card. This hotel should never even think of charging 50 euro for what is included at 99 percent of hotels. Their food prices in the restaurants were also absurd across the board. Nice hotel but felt like I was being squeezed for every nickel and dime possible. Expected more than this.
Cons: The rooms smelled like people have smoked.
Pros: This is the perfect place if you are flying in or out of Frankfurt. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Pros: Best location
Cons: Tv channels were not working properly. Tv experience was below averag.
Bathroom sink faucet was leaking
Access to and from ICE train great.Clean and spacious, luxurious.
Cons: Restaurant prices on high side. Breakfast not included in room price
Pros: the ease of connecting to trains fior busines and shopping.nothing
Pros: Nice location, beautiful room, very quiet for airport.
Cons: this is a hotel for business travellers who need to be at the airport. and yet, what business traveller does not need internet? the extortionate price of 19 euros gets you horrible, lagging, interrupted, unreliable and slow internet access from your room, and the free wifi in the lobby does not make up for this extortion. when you pay over 200 for the small room already, internet should be included
