The staff - friendly, polite,, helpful and a nice uniform! No silly uncomfortable and unsuitable as in some airlines. Reasonably clean. Good price for a glass of wine and pac of dry fruit.

Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line.

I actually didn't fly QR. My RJ light from TLV to AMM was delayed by approx 2 hours. I asked to be taken off the flight in order to fly the day after from TLV to LCA and take QR. However the RJ gate agents explained that there are over 40 people on the flight that need to take the QR from AMM and that the ties between RJ and QR are very strong and the QR flight will wait the necessary 15 minutes. However, as we landed in AMM we saw the QR aircraft push back 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure. We got stuck in AMM and the RJ people were nice but totally inefficient and claimed that they were limited by their corporate procedures. I asked to be put on an Etihad flight that was scheduled to leave 2 hours later and that would put me at the end of the day in MAA (my destination) around 2.5 hours later which was acceptable in my eyes. The transfer desk agent said he is going to arrange it, disappeared for 45 minutes and then came and told me this is already too late for Etihad (it was not) and anyway they cannot let me take Etihad since they are not a part of "One World". I argued a bit and he said ok went to teh back office and disappeared for another 20 minutes. at that point he came and told me that all is taken care of and here is my new flight and proceeded to show me an itinerary which took me through BKK to MAA but the AMM-BKK flight will leave only at 0130 at night (this was around 1430) and get to BKK in the afternoon tomorrow. Then I will have to wait in the airport another 8-9 hours to fly to MAA. hence 2 nights without sleep staying at airports. BTW, I was the only Business/first passenger but this did not confer on me any special treatment. I refused to take this route and at the end asked them only to get me back to TLV and there I will change the whole route and go tomorrow on QR from LCA. I had to wait at AMM airport until 2100 and only now - 2300 - reached home which I left at 0600 this morning. BTW, i don't think that they restored my ticket to its original form (which was a full QR ticket covering also the RJ and Pegasus flights. but I was too tired to argue. I will postpone my trip by one more day and change the route to avoid another debacle like this one. Also, I chatted with the QR people in Amman, and ithey claim that they were not told that the RJ from TLV had 40 passengers connecting through them. This is the absolute opposite of what the RJ people claimed. Last, all his is without even mentioning the issues this delay caused since I have people who came specifically for this, waiting for me in MAA and God only knows when I will manage to get there and whether or not they will wait for me. Guys, you have to do something about this. I am quite a regular flyer and this is the worst experience I had.

I was quite happy with the space the seats offered in coach! I stand 6'2" and I was quite comfortable. Even when the person confront of me tilted there seat back I still had room to stretch my legs for our 10h journey home. I was also very happy the ticket I had purchased came with a complimentary stay at the airports hotel and a free meal. This was fantastic considering my layover in Amman was 11hs. It was very clean & the staff were very helpful and polite.

Not having the option of which meal I would like. They just popped down infront of you what ever they grabbed .

No one smiles or tries to help, the Baggage weighing is farcical as people get on in Turkey with three hand luggage’s. Flight was late, no explanation and no apology. Pre flight safety and general announcements are made as fast as possible. Unintelligible

There is simply nothing to like. Whilst other airlines give peoooe a nice hotel room to spend the night on their trunk flights, Turkish airlines offers.

I didn’t like anything not least the fact you make people wait in the station when they are on flights with stops. It Morocco offers a plush hotel room. I’m never travelling

Boarding process chaotic due to conflicting flow of movement in the aisle. People don't like to step aside to let others pass. Additionally some of carry on luggage was oversized and should have been checked into the cargo hold. When flight landed in Nouakchott an announcement should have been made so that the Dakar passengers allowed the NKC ones to deplane, AND the NKC passengers should have been advised to have their boarding passes out for inspection. This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time.

Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here.

Purchased priority boarding for a change which was nice to be able to not have to jump in the queue quickly. Boarding was fine and the crew were very friendly and professional. The extra legroom seats over the wing provided a good extra space.

The cleanliness of the plane was not good, the carpets were fraying and the seats were old and tired. The seats were positioned too upright and there was no option to recline the seat so it was a very straight seat for 2hrs on the flight.

Our check in luggage was opened. And the expensive perfumes we bought were missing. Some perfumes were taken without the boxes. Empty boxes were left. and some were taken with the boxes. Atleast $500 worth of perfumes were stolen from us 5 passengers luggages.

Absolutely nothing

I asked upon check in 2 times about my backpack, the representative said its ok 100% to take it on board. At the gate they suddenly say i need to pay now , left me no choice but to pay 60(!) poumd from a small bag!!! The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to find a single positive thing to mention. I'd gladly pay more and not fly with them

I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time

Excellent food excellent services

The entertainment, the food, the free wine.

The small space of the economy seating area. It was very crowded and the staff wasn’t too keen on taking plates from passengers after they’ve eaten so often we were stuck with our trays and couldn’t get up or move. Boarding was a pain from Istanbul. The security check was chaotic and I wish they had a more sanitary way of checking everyone’s bags instead of using the same pair of gloves to search every passenger’s bag and do a body check.

Boarding process chaotic due to conflicting flow of movement in the aisle. People don't like to step aside to let others pass. Additionally some of carry on luggage was oversized and should have been checked into the cargo hold. When flight landed in Nouakchott an announcement should have been made so that the Dakar passengers allowed the NKC ones to deplane, AND the NKC passengers should have been advised to have their boarding passes out for inspection. This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time.

There is simply nothing to like. Whilst other airlines give peoooe a nice hotel room to spend the night on their trunk flights, Turkish airlines offers.

I didn’t like anything not least the fact you make people wait in the station when they are on flights with stops. It Morocco offers a plush hotel room. I’m never travelling
