Spirit canceled my flight on 8/4 and booked me out on 8/10! I had to purchase a ticket on Frontier Airlines in order to get to Seattle. Spirit is suppose to refund me but I have heard nothing from them. I will never fly them again. Terrible customer handling.
Flight Delay Uncooperative staff Very poor customer service
Uncooperative staff Very service Very regimented environment
Flight crew was great
Super delayed. Just sat there.
flight cancelled without notice or reason
More people at check in
No hassles on time and smooth
they are getting better !
Offering water without charge.
No drinks no snack we have but not fair
Great staff and flight was on time
They are the worst. Do not use them
Had the best in-flight crew! Much better experience than our outbound JetBlue flight.
They could tell you when the flight will be delayed.
Our flight was canceled and we were never notified at the airport that the flight was delayed. We sat at the gate waiting for the flight. Nothing was ever announced that the flight was canceled and we ended up having to cancel our entire trip. I will never fly SPIRIT again. Horrible customer service and they nickel and dime you for everything!!
Canceled connecting flight then booked me for 8/10! I need to be in Seattle now8/4 - will never fly spirit ever again!
Nothing can be liked, flight delayed, moved around all of us, sat on runway for hours.
The system needs to get improved
Crew was great! Glad we got there through significant turbulence. Spirit arrived but had to wait two hours for a gate, United diverted flight to IAD, and still waiting to arrive EWR, American canceled flight and rebooked for tomorrow.
Our flight got cancelled, we learnt about it at security check, rebooking took 5 hours, it was difficult to get the next day flight, I spoke to 5 agents and yet we had to stay 2 more days, no compensation voucher was given,
Customer service Boarding flight is terrible had attitude
Paid for the seat package upgrade that also included a free carry-on bag. Then when I checked the reservation later there was no carry-on bag included. call customer service and they said I didn't get that package when I did select that package. So I had to pay 128.00 more to get a carry-on bag included when I had already paid for that with the seat package.
Aside from all the deficiencies with Spirit, charging $3.50 for a cup of coffee smaller than the free one that other airlines offer — if you’re gonna charge $3.50 for coffee— at least make it a decent sized cup - I fly a bit 40-50 times per year and your airlines is pretty pathetic
I liked the notification e-mails I received since there was a delay returning back home. The staff members were friendly & funny.
All is ok ;)
I booked 3 flights from New Orleans to Paris fr to find out airline never confirmed the 2 remaining flights which became a horrible situation for both of us traveling. Refunds should apply, also staff at Baltimore airport was unprofessional, zero experience, and could not care less about solving problems at all. Def never again
Left 3 hours late because we didn’t have a pilot
It was on time departing and arriving and got my daughter there safe :). Thank you Spirit..
wish the weather issue didn't create such confusion, but once in air all good.

Unmistakable with any other carrier, the Spirit fleet is painted in a bold yellow design that has been labelled the taxi livery.
