POOR CREW BEHAVIOR. RESTRICTIONS ON FOOD. FEELS LIKE ECONOMY CLASS.

Absolutely horrible all around especially for such a long 13-14 hour flight - terrible food - ancient entertainment - legroom worse than a short air Asia flight - not enough toilets

Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.

Everything was good up until getting off the plane. Riyadh simply cannot handle an A380. Exiting the plane on a remote stand was extremely slow and frustrating, then waiting for buses for transport back to the terminal is another disaster. Give me the 777 any day.

Food was good, great communication by Pilot and Co Pilot, Crew very friendly. Slow beginning drink and meal service - over 2hrs into flight which disrupted overnight flight sleep. Entertainment systems was 3 Stars, my wife's was nonfunctional and had to call attendant 3 times to get it reset, mine the headphones and jack we're twitchy and keep going to muted volume.

Plane was old and seats uncomfortable but staff were friendly and helpful

All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time

First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.

Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.

Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.

Our connecting flight to the US only had around a 25 minute layover! And our flight from Seville to Zürich was delayed! Had our flight from Zürich to Washington DC not been delayed we would have missed our flight to the US. We didn’t even know it was delayed until sprinting from the A terminal to the E terminal. Our flight from Seville landed in Seville 10 minutes after our the door was supposed to close for our flight from Zürich to the US. Not cool! Several other Swiss air passengers were in the same position as us, which I could tell bc we were all running for our lives in your airport. We booked a flight from Seville to Washington DC and the time between connecting flights was not enough and that’s not an acceptable position to put a traveler in. Especially one who spent over $1000 on their tickets.

The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.

Good BUT four days later I still don’t have my luggage. It never arrived. !!!!

Horrible experience. They "GAME" with seats they decided to play where you can`t select or get seat during check-in without paying and then forcing you to stay long line at the Customer Service at the gate to get a boarding ticket with seat assigned is pathetic. Will never fly with United again!

SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.

So terrible. They would not rebook me for a flight until 2 days. I had to spend so much money to get my own flight. They were rude and not helpful.

I took a nine-hour flight in economy class, and the seats were quite comfortable. I even managed to take a long nap, which rarely happens. There was a good selection of movies, and the complimentary kit included socks, ear plugs, a sleep mask, lip balm, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.

The crew was amazing. Super polite and welcoming. Excellent communication and service.

Although we had booked seats months in advance, we arrived at the airport with only three seat assignments for our group of eleven because we had not checked in online and the airline had overbooked the flight. The rest of us had to fly standby, which was a pretty tense situation for a while. Ultimately, we were all very grateful to be on the same flight from Istanbul to Izmir.

It was a good experience. With the long layover they provided the TourIstanbul option to have the free sightseeing bus tour - that was a great option to pass the time. Airport at Istanbul is very comfortable and convenient. Flight was comfortable.

Food was bad crew a bit nicer than other flights seats uncomfortable too

Good experience with Turkish Airlines. We will be back with Turkish in the future and look forward to upgraded business class on the 777 beginning in 2025 and on the Airbus 350 now.

Overnight flight in the old style Business class, but still very good.

Excellent service and comfort from the moment you check in. Flight crew is hyper focused on making passengers comfortable and at ease. It’s like a flying hotel!

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

The airplane, although a very new model, does not offer a standard outlet plug, so when my computer battery died after 2 hours, that was it. It seems bizarre that they would offer only USB outlets.

They canceled our flight right before it was to take off and then we stood in line for four hours to make other arrangements. It completely ruined our trip.

Flight boarding was delayed. Old, low capacity overhead bins requiring many to gate check their carry-on luggage. Beverages other than water were at a charge.

I thought that the seats in Economy were ok. The attendants were very nice all the time. But the pasta for dinner was pretty awful. I am not sure why the boarding cannot start earlier in such a big plane. It’s pretty lame to start boarding 30 minutes before the scheduled departure and then blame the delay on the runway traffic.

Flight was cancelled and I didn’t arrive until 11 hours after I was scheduled to.

The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.

Houston to Porto flight delayed landing made us miss our connection. Tried to get on standby for the next flight and even though the lady knew we wouldn’t be able to get on it and she sent us down there. We sat there three hours and then we’re told there’s no way you’re getting on this flight. So we had to go to customer service and ended up having to spend the night in Frankfurt and missed a whole day of our vacation in Porto

My experience would have been greatly improved by arriving on time to connect to my Porto flight. The staff that dealt with the aftermath of the late arrival evidently booked my group into a hotel in Frankfurt. This reduced my time in Porto Portugal a day and half. I do want to commend Jorge Klein for his hard work. He spent a great deal.of time trying to rebook the flight and he eventually did rebook for the next day and did provide accommodations for me overnight. This was a big issue for me and the group I traveled. The rest of the trip was good.

Late departure. No announcements. Boarding was a disaster. Some kind of technical issue scanning boarding passes.

Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain
