Pros: This is the first trip on the Egyptian airline and the last trip and the reason delay.

Cons: Really poor food, service was dull af best and plane is quite antiquated. They need to overhaul and modernize every aspect of their operation to properly represent Jordanian hospitality and Middle East standards for aviation.

Pros: Crew attentive, flight left and arrived on time

Cons: More movie and TV show options. Also foot rest would have been nice.

Cons: CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure.

Pros: Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him.

Cons: TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!

Pros: It was only a short trip from Doha to Muscat to Dubai but it went very well. The flights were on time, the plane was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Cons: My only concern was that unless I caught the 4.00 pm flight I had to wait until the 7.30 pm (4 hour layover) or 9.30 pm (2 hour layover) flights from Doha both of which do not get to Dubai until 3.30 am. I could not catch the 4.00 pm as it was a work day. The flight timings are not good.

Cons: Our luggage was lost and the flight was 1.5 hours late.

Cons: The plane was old and literally falling apart. Tray tables were disconnecting. Worst part: The flight was delayed for some baggage mixup. Then they did nothing proactively to help passengers with tight connections that were only tight bc the flight was so late.

Cons: My flight Rome to London - I was very surprised to learn we had to buy water, tea or coffee. To give it to your passengers is the least you could do. We didn’t travel for free. This was the very first time I have ever been told, as your partner Aer Lingusdid as wel, that I needed to pay for water.

Cons: As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case.

Cons: The seats doesn’t have a jacket hanging hook.. so I had to hold my suit jacket all the way . And the seats didn’t have proper head rest so couldn’t sleep as well on the plane but the seat was not congested and was comfortable if day flight

Cons: There was a flight attendant who was of an older demographic who was extremely rude to me and not accommodating at all to myself, my husband, or my children. She had an attitude and seemed irritated by my questions, concerns, and overall being there. We had an issue with seating and no seats together with our 4 and 7 year old.

Cons: They flew me from Madrid to Istanbul with a replacement passport knowing my final destination. Was Bahrain but would not let me board the plane in Istanbul. Now I’m stuck here with no money, credit card, or flight and I’m completely screwed because of Pegasus
