Pros: yes to both.

Cons: Wine list was poor. Enough of a premium is built into the business class fare to get some decent wines onto the list. Coffee is not so good either.

Pros: It's ok for business class. Crew and boarding is Pro smooth.

Cons: Entertainment options are limited. Food could be better considering its business class.

Cons: Our Kochi to Dubai flight was late, the bus at Dubai airport was extremely slow and we reached Dubai airport two minutes prior to the closing of the boarding of the onward flight. We had to literally run to catch our onward flight to Boston. However, the ground staff at Dubai were excellent, called the gate staff to alert them about us and managed to get us on board. Surprisingly, our luggage was also loaded on to the same flight and we couldn't believe we got the luggage in Boston! Overall, all went well.

Cons: Just because I have bought my ticket on points I was not given a chauffeur driver.

Pros: Crew is horrible. Very rude and refused to help by any means when i asked for my baby stroller. I have 2 kids that I had to carry all the way through customs and bagga claim because refuse to bring stroller to the gate and was very rude in their answer. Horrible Experience. I will never fly emirates

Cons: train the crew to respect customers, and to show care for families. I'm surprised Emirates always market about how friendly they are with family travels when the crew not only refuse to bring the stroller to the gate like all other airlines, but was also very rude. Her name was Annalie

Cons: Hardly saw a steward in business class the whole flight. Must be part of BA’s cost saving initiatives, but means you don’t get food on time, offered drinks or even a menu

Pros: In hour 20 of delays and being held in a room with no access to water

Cons: Absolutely everything. Access to food or water. Basic communication. A semblance of organization.

Cons: Less leg room than on other airlines, Crew was noisy, credit card reader was broken so all payments processed manually, maybe they were behind schedule because of this and were rushing through the cabin as a big group

Cons: My flight was serviced by British Airways. The temperature in the cabinet was very warm and there were no fan controls. The seats are very narrow. Miserable 9hr flight from London to Denver

Cons: Cramped overhead luggage space. Delayed due to technical reasons. Previous flight was completely cancelled.

Cons: It was a very long flight and the leg room is too small especially for a very tall person.

Cons: I could not buy extra luggage at airport. They asked me for 470dollars as extra weight. Then my luggage has still not come in my hands :(
