Cons: I paid for business class due to excess luggage. Business class isn't business class, really. But it saved me money in the end. food dismal.

Pros: The plane noise level during flight was around 78db.

Cons: No leg room at all for people above 6ft. I sat down n the guy in front reclined n crushed my knees. All food items u need to purchase. Price for an extra check-in bag was same as price of 1 ticket. Horrible.

Cons: - The flight onward to Ahmedabad went fine but the return flight got delayed by 2 hrs, one hour to get fly from Ahmedabad and another one to land as the Mumbai airport had heavy traffic so we kept flying for an additional hour waiting for an opportunity to land. Its effect was increased by the fact that it was late at night. In fact, we were using flight rather than train to save time and it ended up costing us 5 hours between waiting and flight. - There was no food available on the flight apart from food that one should buy at an extra cost.

Cons: I like the flexibility of the staff re changing seats. Ground and air staff were very friendly Flight cost was cheap

Pros: None....RBA shld give everyone a free voucher. Flight is supposed to arrive at 23:30. We landed 02:15. And they let people starved serving the snacks an hour late as promised. Then passengers were moved from one gate to another. It was inhumane and no explanations at all about the delay.

Cons: They canceled the flight that I booked from muscat to Manama at 1245 and booked to me at 745 am flight, and they keep me waiting for six hours to catch my flight from Manama to Riyadh, They did not offer me a hotel to stay during the waiting period.

Pros: Great food and lots of entertainment options. Friendly helpful crew.

Cons: There was a delay due to technical issues. They had to switch planes, which took a couple hours. But they gave us a free meal at the airport, while we waited. Unfortunately, they immediately fed us lunch after we took off, so it was two quick meals. I guess it is better than too little food.

Pros: Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep.

Cons: I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly.

Cons: The flight attendants did not keep the children and their seats they let them run around as we taxied the airport until one fell and had their head. Then they would not insist on them to stay in in their seats even on take off.

Pros: crew is mediocre. i flew buisiness class and the crew did a basic job. Qatar and Emirates treat business class far better than Kuwait Airways does.

Cons: My rating on boarding is due -- entirely -- on the poorly designed new Istanbul airport. Seems that bigness and lots of duty free shops were given a priority over ease of making connections. Horrible.
