Pros: Customer service of vayama they did our request by providing wheelchair for my mother and flight was superb for Gulf air

Cons: Not lied to me about my extra being payed from Bahrain to Kenya because it was only payed to Dubai which is now causing me a lot of stress my flight from Dubai to Nairobi was cancelled while i was there without my knowledge

Pros: Food in business class was good although it was odd that breakfast was served at 3am while “lunch” was served prior to arrival once we all woke up.

Cons: The flight was the “older” business class set up with lacks privacy... not normally too much of a problem but there seemed to be quite a few upgrades from economy so it was full of people chatting loudly. There were problems with boarding that delayed the flight by an hour. Also, the boarding at Muscat’s new airport wasn’t great with the lounge telling us to board while, at the gate, boarding hadn’t started. MIght not be much of a problem except the kids were sleeping on our shoulders and there were no seats at the gates.

Pros: Service with a smile and a more humane approach would be good

Cons: I was a business class passenger and the flight might as well have been economy, with the exception of the food. There was no personal entertainment, the seat foot rest did not work — it was an old plane — the seats recline all the back to the lap of the person behind you — so when the guy in front of me was done eating he proceeded to lay back — however I wasn’t done eating — and it knocked over my glass of sparkling water —- typically even if a passenger is still eating there is still room for the person to lay back — I had to push the persons seat quickly before my whole tray was wrecked.

Pros: Check in process was smooth, crew amazing, food excellent and in flight entertainment exciting.

Pros: Flight attendant were amazing. My wife was not well and we ask for blanket. Cabin crew provided us with one.

Cons: In flight food selection should have some variety for three hours flight. Should significantly improve Sri Lanka Lounge as the place was not the neat and clean, as it was run by one staff alone. Food in the lounge were sitting for hours and not freshly made.

Cons: Foods were not good. Tray and seat was dirty. Sri Lanka should put in International passengers to good hotel and not shady slum hotel.

Cons: It was an old aircraft and felt dirty. Screens, seats, lavatories, everything was old. There were some really loud and rude passengers behind us causing disruption to everyone around. The crew tried to handle it but the passengers were just not cooperating.

Cons: - The flight onward to Ahmedabad went fine but the return flight got delayed by 2 hrs, one hour to get fly from Ahmedabad and another one to land as the Mumbai airport had heavy traffic so we kept flying for an additional hour waiting for an opportunity to land. Its effect was increased by the fact that it was late at night. In fact, we were using flight rather than train to save time and it ended up costing us 5 hours between waiting and flight. - There was no food available on the flight apart from food that one should buy at an extra cost.

Cons: The aircraft left an hr late with passengers waiting on board ..no alcohol on the flight which to be fair I knew was their policy..Then they couldnt get the doors open at the destination Airport leaving us onboard for 45 minuutes at the gate..I also found the cabin unbearably hot with no individual air con controls..the crew were also nowhere to be seen most of the flight so had to get up frequently for water and inconveniencing the passenger next to me

Pros: Crew is amazing with a smile always. It was a new aircraft with nice screens and a good variety of movie selections. Service was excellent as well as the food.

Cons: I was denied checking in a the counter. I bought the ticket with a friends credit card and they needed to have the actual card to swipe and then only they get access to my booking. It is company policy but it is not stated when you are making the purchase the airlines website. It says so on the bottom of the ticket on the page long rules in small print. And in all honesty who reads all of that these days. The ground crew were nice enough to take me to the airlines office at the airport and figure out a solution. It took an hour and a half to sort it out and get a verification from headquarters office in Srilanka.

Cons: Economy sets are too tight and cramped. Cup holder was good for nothing, i tried to put my soft drink bottle in it and it slipped right out the bottom and when I tried to put a cup of water in it supplied by the crew it wouldn't fit! When I reclined my seat to sleep the passenger behind me pushed my seat hard back to upright position. When I turned around to ask why the rude response I realized that he was a tall fellow and his knees were already touching the back of my seat so when I reclined it, it hurt him and he had no where to move his legs. I couldn't do or say much as I understood his misery and therefore kept my seat up the whole way for 5 hours! The flight was full and neither of us could relocate to another seat.

Pros: I' not sure which flight this relates to. I've taken economy and business class and clearly the business class is better but economy is fine. The crew were good in both classes and whilst the food in business was better I didn't have a problem in economy either.

Cons: Check in was fine and very friendly but boarding could be better particularly in business. At Heathrow it was a bit chaotic as all classes seemed to be mixed up so it was difficult for priority passengers such as disabled to get through everyone crowded up to the desks and the same applied for business class as well. The IFE wasn't too bad but it could be better. Bahrain airport is a mess and the boarding gates seem to be more like corridors with seats in them so it's difficult again when they call for business class passengers as unless you are already at the front you have to try to work your way through. I believe the airport is being rebuilt. If so then things will probably improve. I'm not sure why there needs to be 2 security checks within a few yards of each other when transiting between flights. they don't have this problem in Doha.

Cons: Business class is an economy seat up front. Terrible condition of planes - in particular the rest room is filthy. Avoid!

Pros: The flight was for only one hour and it went by pretty quickly. The flight was clean and the crew was friendly as well. The prices were a little high but they were offering international baggage allowance so it was worth it.

Cons: The initial boarding was a little delayed and we weren't informed that it was going to be that way. Ended up standing in the tunnel to the plane for 15 mins. The leg space was relatively less, but for an hour, very manageable.

Cons: Did not receive timely information about the flight delay (if I'd I could cancelled, gotten a full refund and flown on another flight right there, but the information came too late, even though they had it in advance.) Did not receive information about complimentary snacks (had to find out for myself Don't travel with goair if you have time sensitive single day travel plans.
