Pros: It's okay but they doesn't have good service about the luggage I'm coming from overseas I have two luggage and they charged me for one luggage to charge me.
Pros: Everything was good
Cons: Nothing
Pros: Business class seat was very comfortable, crew very friendly
Pros: Every think was a range and serve nicely
Cons: Arriving time
Cons: Food
Pros: You get out to change flight and you go back to the same plane
Cons: No English subtitles on TV or movies
Pros: Nothing to like, seats are cramped and worn out.
Cons: No subtitles or closed captioning on movies or TV programs
No knowledge of airline codes
Cons: My son has a DPNA for traveling - none of the airline staff was aware of it or what it even means. Traveling with children with disabilities is hard enough, airline and ground staff should not make it more difficult.
Same situation
Pros: The crew on flight was nice
Cons: Same cannot be said for ground staff including managers. I had to explain several times that crowds are a trigger for my son with autism. I asked for preferential boarding, was given any. Asked for assistance with security, this was only given after I had to fight for it. Staff need to be aware that when we ask for it, it’s not because we want preferential treatment, we are trying to avoid a meltdown for our kids that get super stressed out by situations such as these. My child cannot stand still for long and runs away. When I stopped him to talk him though the process so he doesn’t run, we got hurried. Empathy will go a long way....
Pros: I didn’t
Cons: I was a business class passenger and the flight might as well have been economy, with the exception of the food. There was no personal entertainment, the seat foot rest did not work — it was an old plane — the seats recline all the back to the lap of the person behind you — so when the guy in front of me was done eating he proceeded to lay back — however I wasn’t done eating — and it knocked over my glass of sparkling water —- typically even if a passenger is still eating there is still room for the person to lay back — I had to push the persons seat quickly before my whole tray was wrecked.
Cons: The flight to Muscat was great — the flight from Muscat to Bangalore sucked!
Pros: Everything was smooth. Crew always smiling and helpful.
Pros: The movies were good
Cons: Un comfortable seats very bad air conditioning + the flight was delayed for more than an hour and I had a connecting flight which I miss ! Due the delay
Pros: They booked for us a hotel in airport due the delay
Cons: My flight from Bangkok was delayed so my connecting flight was cancelled and they transferred my flight to next day at 13:00
Cons: Asked for water 2 x with none ever brought
Pros: The seats were comfortable and spacious
Cons: The flight attendants did not keep the children and their seats they let them run around as we taxied the airport until one fell and had their head. Then they would not insist on them to stay in in their seats even on take off.
Pros: Crew quiet experienced and courteous.
Cons: Legroom would good
Pros: Boarding on time
Cons: No healthy food options
Flight was delayed more than a hour
Pros: Nice flight and Comfortable
Pros: That it was a direct flight
Cons: Turn on A/C of plane upon boarding (it is the only airline where the A/C is turned on after the aircraft detaches from gate, even budget airlines in have A/C on when boarding)
Improve entertainment (more movies / better selection up to date)
Increase seating space
Improve food options and quality
Pros: Quick boarding.
Cons: Rough landing in Bah.
Pros: Good flight and really comfortable. Rate 5 star
Cons: Very satisfied on my travel from London to Muscat
Pros: Crew good and friendly
Cons: Very old fleet from Muscat to Kuala Lumpur. The entertainment very limited compared to Emirate Airlines
Cons: Air craft very small was full with passengers ac was not good before takeoff.
No baggage arrived to lahore i am really depressed due to baggage .please help to find baggae
Cons: Hi flight Manchester to Muscat was good .
Air craft Muscat to lahore was too old and very small .
The main thing happed no baggage arrived they have lost it or will arrive after 2 / 3 days ... please help to find out my baggage.
Pros: Seat were amazing ,plane was clean
Cons: Train your staff to be more polite and smiley
Cons: The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30
Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight
Pros: Efficient boarding
Cons: Headphones provided for the entertainment screen
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Back to back delayed flights, no entertainment, no food or drinks, slow luggage delivery, etc
Cons: Take care of hygiene & control work under pressure.
Pros: Nice clean plane
Cons: Snacks would have been better than a cheese sandwich
Cons: I slept most of flight, boarding was okay.
Pros: Flight arrived when it should
Cons: the seating space is incredibly small, which made the flight uncomfortable
Pros: Service with a smile and a more humane approach would be good
Cons: Same hygiene and quality standards across flight on all sectors
Cons: Again entertainment system was horrible with flickering screens
Cons: The entertainment system was horrible.
Cons: Business class should hv full flat beds
Pros: Seats were superb. Competitive price
Pros: Very good value for money.
Cons: If you sit near the back, the choice of main dishes may be limited as they may run out. Not sure how this can be addressed well. But the food was quite good.
Oman Air disappoints yet again!
Pros: The company of the 7 year old girl in the seat in front.
Cons: The late departure. Again. With no reason or meaningful excuse given.
The bland and overcooked food.
The lack of space for knees and shoulders even though I'm only 1m72cm.
Won’t be travelling by Oman air again
Pros: The entertainment kept the kids happy
Cons: The food- ran out of options- I’m not vegetarian but they had no options at all.
The crew- not particularly engaged or attentive
The drinks- poor selection, warm
Won’t be travelling by Oman air again
Pros: The entertainment kept the kids happy
Cons: The food- ran out of options- I’m not vegetarian but they had no options at all.
The crew- not particularly engaged or attentive
The drinks- poor selection, warm
Our luggage came out damaged and the airline would accept no liability
Pros: Nothing
Cons: To begin with they checked our boarding pass a minimum of 7 times, it makes one feel like they are in the wrong place. Secondly the seats offer leg room as an LCC, but charging non LCC money for them. Overall poor airline, staff wasn’t kind at all.
Not really good
Pros: Price was really good
Cons: Flight was late then I missed the my next flight and there was not any other flight till morning and I have to stay at hotel was Oman arrange it but it was to much Hassal I faced and the people who was there to pick me from air port
Ok
Pros: Ok
Cons: Ok
Lost my checkin baggage
Pros: Entertainment
Cons: Lost my checkedin baggage. Missed my connection flight from Muscat due to delay in arrival from Istanbul
Disregard for safety, horribly uncomfortable seating
Pros: Cheap airfares, direct flights
Cons: Flight crew did not clear cabin at takeoff and landing. Tables left down, seats reclined. Did not enforce standards resulting in restricted egress in case of emergency. Allowed passengers to get up, collect thier bags from overhead compartments immediately after landing and during taxi. Clogged asiles. Poor air con during flight. Extremely cramped seating. Low budget and lax attitude. Consistently late flights
On a positive note, direct nonstop flights to major destinations at good rates. You get what you pay for though.
Cons: No separate boarding line for business class passengers;
Staff was clueless in muscat airport and theee was no priority boarding for business class passengers
Average flight with low ac
Pros: Nothing as such
Cons: Air condition was very low
Very good service. Business Class Abu Dhabi to Muscat
Pros: Priority Boarding for business class. The cabin crew were attentive, cheerful, caring. It's a short regional flight so the older, regional configuration of the seats is appropriate if not a little shabby.
Offer of juices, Arabic coffee and dates before take off is very welcoming as is a choice of hot or cold towels.
Flight was on time for take-off and landing.
Cons: No inflight entertainment or, if there is, there are no headsets.
Poor boarding procedures. Business class Muscat to Doha
Pros: New 787 seats were extremely comfortable for short-haul, regional.
2-2-2 may not suit some people for long haul. Good selection of in-flight entertainment. Nice sincere service.
Cons: Boarding was unpleasant. Buses to aircraft: had to wait approx 10 mins in the bus on the tarmac whilst the previous two buses unloaded. Then the actual staircase / boarding process took nearly 10 minutes... queueing in 41 degree heat. Muscat is a very new airport and many gates with airbridges were not being used. As the home airport of the national carrier I wouldn't expect tarmac boarding.
It would be great only if the boarding lady and her boss wasn't rude!
Pros: Movies in the entertainment screen.
Cons: At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again.
average busy flight
Pros: in flight entertainment was really good
Cons: checkin luggage was terrible with more than half an hour wait although web checkin was already made
overcrowded and super noisy
Pros: in flight entertainment
Cons: dozens of infants all screaming and scattered across the whole plane
food was strangely not good at all although we had a vegetarian meal pre booked
Cons: Chairs are small
Pros: food was ok and ample.
Cons: window seat bad for me as I stand frequently.
Cramped leg room
Seperated from my wife
Pros: Got 3 seats so I could sleep
Cons: everything ok
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The while tip was so bad
Great value of money
Pros: Price
Cons: Meals, Bathrooms.
Scheduling the majority of its flights out of its primary hub in Muscat, Oman Air functions as a major link between India and the Middle East.
