Cons: Once I arrived in Kuwait, there were no instructions by the crew on where to go to catch the connecting flight. I got lucky by asking somebody 2 hours later, and then they informed me I needed to take a bus to another Terminal, which was never explained by anybody.

Pros: The staff at the airport check in counter cause too many delays by asking unnecessary questions regarding visa for concerned country, where as they only need to check for onward ticket. Also, passenger at the back of my seat was causing discomfort by stretching his legs too close to my seat

Cons: The staff at the aiport check in counter are not very well trained regarding visa requirements for other countries. The cabin crew needs to better train passengers regarding the amount of space allowed for their seat.

Cons: The seats provide very little space which is especially bad during such a long flight, the food options are really bad and limiting for those who don't eat red meat or don't eat meat at all, this is the only flight i've ever been on where i was asked to take out my headphones during take off and 30mins-1hr before landing, the aircraft itself is incredibly dated and left in disarray often.

Cons: I hadn't ordered a vegetarian meal and therefore couldn't eat anything on the flight - everything was red meat based, the seats are tiny which is rough on a long haul, the airline asks people to take off headphones 30min-1hr before arrival, crew was incredibly rude, aircraft was old

Cons: Too cold!!!! When asked for a blanket, crew members gave excuses to why blankets are not available; however, other passengers had multiple blankets. Due to the unorganization of the crew, I had to keep paging for attendent only to be forgotten again. Boarding was not controlled. Passengers gathered around boarding attendant which made getting through zones frustrating. For the amount of money paid, I was hoping for a much better flight.

Pros: Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep.

Cons: I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly.

Cons: The flight attendants did not keep the children and their seats they let them run around as we taxied the airport until one fell and had their head. Then they would not insist on them to stay in in their seats even on take off.
