Cons: The crew was requesting to use the toilets at the rear of the plane whereas the one on the front were used by them. That’s totally unfair as there are more passengers than the crew and customer being the passengers should be given more access. The Indigo management should make sure this issue is being taken care of.

Cons: As always it's going to be jetlag but the entertainment system program, if they only provided more options then it would've been great but the shows and movies were outdated except a few and it was a boring, tiring flight but overall with the crew and comfort was a great experience from Kuwait.

Cons: I was injured and unable to fly. I spent over an hour on hold trying to adjust my flight and never spoke to a rep. I emailed customer service in the US and at the airline’s point of origin. Yeh up have still not responded. Poor poor form.

Cons: Crew ran out of food choices despite the fact that I was seated near the front of the aircraft. Crew came out for the first service and didn’t serve again for the rest of the flight.

Cons: The business seat was not comfortable. They serviced food from midnight until 1:30 am on a night flight. With the lights on, you cannot really sleep. The sleep mask provided can’t cover the light properly. It was just a horrible flight.

Cons: Many of the seat monitors did not work. Mine did not work going to or from Delhi. For a 14 hour flight that is ridiculous. The beverage cart came around once. All you got was water and tea or coffee with the meals. Some of the flight attendants had attitudes and were throwing temper tantrums.

I am a senior citizen & diabetic. My medicine & insulin routine was upset. If I would have known earlier of the delay I would had my meal & insulin in Airport.

Cons: Our arrival time to Delhi got delayed for more than 28 hours. First they canceled our flight and gave us no other option than to take the same flight the next day. Then, the second flight was delayed for more than three hours.

Cons: Boarding was terrible - the terminal is overcrowded, and people are crammed at the bottom of an escalator which is extremely dangerous. We needed to take a bus to the plane which is very unusual for an international flight.

Pros: It was only a short trip from Doha to Muscat to Dubai but it went very well. The flights were on time, the plane was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Cons: My only concern was that unless I caught the 4.00 pm flight I had to wait until the 7.30 pm (4 hour layover) or 9.30 pm (2 hour layover) flights from Doha both of which do not get to Dubai until 3.30 am. I could not catch the 4.00 pm as it was a work day. The flight timings are not good.

Pros: Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep.

Cons: I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly.

Pros: New 787 seats were extremely comfortable for short-haul, regional. 2-2-2 may not suit some people for long haul. Good selection of in-flight entertainment. Nice sincere service.

Cons: Boarding was unpleasant. Buses to aircraft: had to wait approx 10 mins in the bus on the tarmac whilst the previous two buses unloaded. Then the actual staircase / boarding process took nearly 10 minutes... queueing in 41 degree heat. Muscat is a very new airport and many gates with airbridges were not being used. As the home airport of the national carrier I wouldn't expect tarmac boarding.

Cons: In Oman airs home airport there was no service desk. When the flight was delayed the sent 1 agent do deal with a full glitch’s worth of guests. Even though the delay was over 6 hours they gave no compensation besides lounge access to a lounge that is not fully functional. The next morning (yes the delay was overnight and they didn’t provide a hotel room) they called us all to the gate only to tell us they still were waiting for the plane to be repaired (the night before they’d Told us the flight would be in time as they’d flown another plane in). Again there was only one Oman air agent and just normal airport staff to handle the full flight. People were yelling and there was a lot of anger but no official announcements were ever made and only rumors passed from those who actually had a chance to talk to the on me guy. Finally when i arrived in Bangkok it seemed like they had there act together as there were many agents on the gangway to assist people to find connecting flights. Being so late there was only on flight for me and several others trying to get to Phuket. An agent took us to immigration and told us all he’d meet us in the other side to take us to the check in. HE DIDN’T SHOW UP. We couldn’t go back in the airport to find him or anyone from Oman air and were left to find an airport employee who graciously helped us find the booking office and just make the flight. I fly internationally regularly and this was by far the worst airline experience I’ve ever had or even heard about.
