The flight was great from start to finish. Smooth boarding, left on time, good service on board. Great flight.

MEA is a reputable and well managed airline. I have always a good experience when travelling with it
No speakers provided for inflight entertainment which was available but couldn’t hear volume with no speakers. Check in by arrogant crew One piece policy for checkin despite being underweight weight limit in 2 pieces not allowed and ridiculous. Attitude of some arrogant air hostesses not appreciated. Many were polite however.
They switched back and refurbished BA 787 instead of the nicer airbus 380 planes. Service is lacking and one of the worst lounges I have ever visited.
No USB to charge the mobile. The seats don’t recline.
At the airport they posted on the board at 12:55 boardind closed instead of boarding slone and we had to run our heart to the gate to find it was a mistake!! It was just starting to board
Mixed boarding: there was no priority line. The lady at the check in didn’t know the different types of silver or gold membership she didn’t put the luggage in priority . They didn’t mention that the coffee will not be served sfter the lunch so i had to argue to have a coffee. ……

The plane is very clean. Food is acceptable given the short trip. Crew is very friendly .

Liked the wifi onboard wifi facility. But most of the contents was not loading. Also improve the seating comfort. Atleast make it cushioning and slight slanting. Make a decent leg space.

Liked the treatment at the counter. Using the tunnel to get into the aircraft will be more convenient especially for wheel chairs.
Business class ticket should include lounge access and seat selection. The food quality and varieties should be more. It was surpirise that no dessert was offered.
Dear Team, I purchased a full travel package that included 2 checked bags through you and JustFly. However, when I arrived at the airport, my ticket showed 0 checked bags. Since I was traveling internationally to India with 2 bags, It was a $200 per bag at the counter, which was extremely disappointing. For an international trip, why would I ever choose a no‑bag option for only $20–$30 less? This seems like an error in the booking process, and I am requesting clarification and a resolution. I have called JustFly and on phone for 1 hr :53 min and they couldn't help till I show some kind of proof etc which isn't possible but besides that love your service and using it for years !
I liked the crew, the food and the foot space. I did not like the comfort of the seats.
Good one but just notice that you have to ask several time to get water or coffee .
Ethiad wanted to charge me $1100 for 2 checked bags on a ticket that was $550. Nother the airline or airfare assist was willing to help before arriving at the airport. All parties said it was the other responsibility to help. Never flying ethiad or using kayak again.
No entertainment except on app. No outlets working to charge. Good service

It was mediocre. Honestly, the flight was late but that didn’t bother me as I had plenty of time. The only thing that bothered me is that the crew never asked to make the beds for us in business class. Maybe the crew was exhausted and that just didn’t occur to them.
The flight was over 1 hour late taking off ,when I arrived in Abu Dhabi ,I missed my connecting flight to Bangkok so I had to wait almost 6 hours for my flight arriving in Bangkok at 6:30 am ,So I missed a whole day of my vacation and my hotel room sat empty so I paid for hotel days that I was not there. In Abu Dhabi there was a woman that worked the desk at transfers that was so professional, courteous , helpful,and may I say absolutely beautiful .she got me food vouchers for my layover and was a very calming presence. Besides that I will never use Etihad again I will pay the Xtra money . I'm sure they won't read or see this but it's my "2 cents" I'll use an airline that respects me and my hard earned dollars
I booked and paid for a Business Class seat for myself and my wife. 4 hours before the flight i get a call saying the plane they sent doesn't have the correct layout to accommodate all the business class seats they sold me 3 months earlier at a premium of $1500 a ticket. So they have to bump me from Business to Economy and will give me a $400 credit (total of $800 for both seats) that I could turn in at Abu Dahbi for $400 in US cash. They then promised a row that we could have to ourselves and the arm rests would go up so we could spread out for each of us. My wife was taken care of but I was put in the exit row with the flight attendents set as part of the three...and the arm rest did not go up. When we got to Abu Dahbi, they would not exchange our credit for cash as promised. Very disappointed they took my money 3 months ago and refused to reimburse for the change in seats or follow the promises made.
I would only consider flying with them if the flight is under two hours and the fare is extremely low. Otherwise, I would rather take two connections than fly with an airline that offers no service or comfort.
Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.
Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .
Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .

Cheap flights and ran on-time (although original flight was cancelled). No power/USB ports is disappointing these days.

Lied to and delayed - then staff ran out of flying hours. Lost 24 hours of our short holiday. Absolute shambles at the airport - No Wizz Air staff to support us.
Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other
