Due to delayed flight we missed our connection flight to Amsterdam. Though Emirates have rebooked in next day's morning flight, to get the hotel voucher etc could have been improved. We have waited for nearly 2 hours to get the hotel arrangements. Even some Emirates officials were asking why hotel voucher was not provided at the embarking point. However the hotel and food was excellent.Due to lot of flight disruptions huge crowds were present in front of Dubai connect as everybody was asked to contact Dubai connect office. Boarding in New York was smooth and well organized. However, the boarding process in Dubai was less convenient. Passengers were asked to board an hour before departure, but after that we had to wait in another area that did not have enough seating capacity. To make matters worse, the flight was officially delayed by an hour, followed by an additional 45-minute delay while on the aircraft. The food was excellent and exceeded expectations. Seating comfort was decent for Economy Class, and considering the fare category, I have no major complaints. The entertainment system was outstanding. Being able to watch a FIFA match live during the flight was a completely new and enjoyable experience for me, making the journey much more engaging.

Emirates has a professional approach to assisting passengers. Staff are helpful and friendly. On our trip from Warsaw to Dubai one air hostessstands out. Nourchen went out of her way to make is feel special. She took a picture of us and gave it to us in a card with a personal message. A highlight of our trip.

The flight was literally cancelled by emirates and you sent me to a scammer website of Underpricer.com for the tickets who still has not provided a refund for one ticket. Kayak has gone seriously downhill. If you are going to redirect people to a site then ensure they are reputable and not untrustworthy scammers. Am never using kayak again after this experience. And update your algorithm or whatever so you don’t send out auto emails checking on flight experience of cancelled flights due a literal WAR!! also I have complained about underpricer and nothing from kayak. So disappointing

Difficult to find some food option for gluten and dairy allergy. May be a fruit salad would be better

The quality of food is going down comparing with old history of excellent food. It was cold and a bad quality. The crew is always excellent and caring.

Old flight not worth in economy. Even food was terrible

It took almost 4 hours to collect the luggage from the belt in Lagos. Really pathetic. Flight attendents from Dubai to Lagos were very busy and were not responding at all.

Worst kayak is worst ill never ever use kayak ever again !!

The flight was delayed and the service was not good. All the new serve was beef and we don’t eat beef so we ended up buying our own meals at the airport twice.

Turkish airlines feedback team response is awfully slow, and because of that, I Emmy able to bring my little dog with me, after all those preparations.

Nice, it was nice to have a free night's stay because our layover was over 18 hours.

Cancelled with no notification and no assistance from ground staff re options or rebooking, where to stay or how we could get home to LHR.

Requested food items were always finished but the available food was warm and tasted good Good entertainment options.

nice and clean plane but the seats and the comfort was not what i expected. i expected more based on all the ads and reviews that i've read. I guess you get what you pay for in economy.

It was pleasant except for the boarding at Istanbul and long wait for the wheel chair almost missed the flight Itambul to Dubai

The boarding was confusing everyone asking each other the same question is this going to Dxb? The seat was awful felt like your sitting on a bench. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Istanbul to Miami Sector the plane was nice and clean except for no WiFi during the entire flight. The flight from Karachi to Istanbul was another story .The sad part is we paid for business class to be comfortable. The foot rest didn’t work. The flight attendant had to push the seat to put to recline position and/or put it back. This was not only for me but for other passengers in business class. The tray table would not come out so had to get help from the passenger sitting next to me. I understand that they may have to use old planes but Turkish Airlines have to make sure that the things are functional especially the duration of flight is six hours and they are charging a lot of money. It seemed that i was flying a domestic sector instead of an international flight.

The 787 economy was a disaster for long haul. The space was too little compared to 777 or 747. Also the extremely low tray table behind the seat made any dining effort a nightmare. However, the movies were up to date, and the food taste was good, despite of terrible serving process caused by small space.

Good entertainment system, but the person in front of me was so far reclined I couldn’t use it all flight. The main selections of the food were really not great. The rest was okay. The cabin was also freezing. I had a jacket and a blanket on and was still shivering through the whole flight. I have a cold now after the flight. 🥶
