Good in general, but i think the chair is not comfortable for traveling more than 2 hours ..

Stuck on a plane for 6 hours due to a technical or mechanical issue.
Horrible communication, flight boarded then we sat on plane for almost 5 hours as the runway was barely covered in snow with no plows in sight and the as we tried to taxi there was a major equipment failure due to poor push off technique causing all passengers to be taken off the flight to ultimately have the flight cancelled. There was barely any communication to passengers as to what was happening or what to do next to get placed on another flight. Arriving to my final destination a whole day later having to take a connecting flight through Lisbon to ultimately end up in New York instead of a direct flight as none available for the next day. Never flying LOT airlines again!
Boarding was a madhouse. Airport staff was completely disinterested in communicating about the delays. Never again.
Although I was flying in business class, the feeling, comfort and in general the whole experience was like flying in a low cost airline. Boarding by. Us, no priority to business class passengers. The plane was very old and looked poor and rely old. Seats do not recline. Space between rows very small. No separation between business class and economy. No separate toilet for business class passengers. Of course no entertainment, no WiFi and no charging. Very bad experience
Smooth flight, excellent crew and good food. Not enough space; sitting are too small.
Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.
No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.
Crew was excellent. Business class was poor on the short flight and mediocre at best on the international flight.
Kayak offered terrible customer service. The 2nd of 3 flights were cancelled and it took me an hour on the phone to try to cancel the other 2. I had to call back later to get someone to assist. I was calling internationally and an already stressful situation was made worse.
Moderate carrier , one of the flight attendant crashed my leg with the food table and never bothered to apologia but give you a lecture about how to sit in your seat.
If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. Boarding from T3 is a nightmare for the transfer to the aircraft.

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.
The quality is worse and worse , this business ticket pricing is overpriced !!!!

If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.
