Pros: Very friendly and attentive crew. Clean plane.

Cons: The connection time was too long

Pros: Everyone was friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Upon arrival in Delhi our suitcase handle was broken.

Pros: We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!

Cons: Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this.

Pros: Plane is old and dingy. No charging available and the seats are so uncomfortable. Crew was just ok.

Cons: I checked bags asking “is the baggage delivery fast at Frankfurt”. “Much taste than Edinburgh” was the reply (Edinburgh is reeeeaaaaallllly slow). Sadly Frankfurt too is slow.

Pros: entertainment was good

Cons: the flight attendants were mostly absent. The flight attendants on the other side of the aisle were much more attentive and nice
