I then purchased a different ticket with another airline because it was cheaper. Since I did that, they cancelled my whole trip. HOW? And I payed for a service I clearly didn't receive. As a result, stranded, I had to pay an additional $1,125 for a one way ticket home - more than my original round trip multi flight purchase."

He then retracted his statement and told us to remain where we were. My group was going to be pressed for time to catch our connecting flight. The confusion regarding take-off time and location was extremely anxiety-invoking. All of the people taking the flight had to walk quite a ways across the tarmac to board the plane. Boarding by seat number would have been a better idea. Everybody was all over the place getting their bags stored above."

The other thing, having an extremely painful back, there was nowhere for me to sit during the time of going through security etc. All caused stress and enormous pain."

Numerous people had to bring their own trays up so that they could leave their seats and use the bathroom. There were also no drinks distributed between meals. The seats were extremely close together and leaned back very far so that space was extremely limited. It was extremely uncomfortable, unlike other Turkish Airlines flights I've taken."

Cons: "If you sit the the second cabin on the 777 they run out of buns and champagne by the time they get to you which is unacceptable for business class and they only finished the meal service 2 and a half hours into a 10:30 pm departure flight which is way too slow. They tried to lie to me that they didn't have champagne but I saw them opening 2 bottle when I went to the front lavatory. Between meal services crew is non existent."

I wouldn't have minded at all but my seat and the one next to it didnt recline anywhere near as much as every other seat in the whole airplane. It was really uncomfortable for me and the person who was seating next to me. Hopefully this will be the last time i get stuck in that kind of seat."

I would like the Gold members to go first with either a bus of their own to at least with part of the bus reserved and we are allowed first on the plane."

I spent more than an hour looking for it since the employee assured me it was loaded to the plane, the person who was waiting to pick me yo had to pay around 15£ parking and wait for one hour and a half. I arrived without luggage. I have everything in the bag, my umbrella, jacket, cloths, pajamas, underwater, everything... the allowance that Turkish Airlibe said they will give allowed me to only buy a Pajama. I am totally NOT satisfied. I will not travel on this Airlibe again"

After some back and forth we were put on the Skopje flight and arranged our own transportation to Prishtina. We learned later that the evening flight to Prishtina, which we were supposed to be put on originally, was also cancelled. If we didn't insist, we would have had to spend at least 24 hours stuck in Istanbul airport. If you've ever flown through there, you know it's one of the worst airports ever."

Their "minimum layover time" needs to be lengthened. I'd like to know if any of the people who make that decision have ever tried to make a flight with such a short layover."

Cons: "Our luggage was the last to arrive planeside from our late flight from Vancouver. We saw out luggage on the cart next to the plane, but apparently someone decided not to put it on the plane. We are now at least 24 hours without our luggage (we still don't have it) and cannot take advantage of our very expensive vacation. I must say, we will stop using Lufthansa and all partner airlines. This is completely unacceptable. I have received no communication at all from Lufthansa to explain why our bags were not loaded onto the plane, even though we saw them out the window, on the cart, next to the plane, before door closure. I am wondering if someone at Lufthansa decided it would be fun to ruin our vacation?"

Cons: "My entertainment screen was barely functional. Also, I was in a window seat and the space under the seat in front of me had a white metal box taking up part of my legroom. Not anything I would have seen on a seating diagram."

Cons: "Crew in Lufthansa are racist. Don't want to elaborate here but trust me for this. Bad quality food. They don't even have sufficient food for everyone. I didn't get two meals on one flight. Loo's are not maintained. Crew too rude. Had called a flight attendant for service but didn't show up until an hour (exactly an hour). Later I had to get up and take it. Can write an essay on my whole journey."

Cons: "I'm only 5'2" (157cm) and slim but could barely move in my seat, and if the person in front leaned seat back, it was terrible. Food was lame, really salty and they did not come around with water enough."

Cons: "This was an evening flight and while we landed at Logan on time we had to sit on the tarmack for a full hour before we could get to our gate. After a cross-Atlantic flight this final hour on the tarmack was almost unbearable. On top of that, it was 8pm EST which felt like 2am for passengers from Europe. It was just a very long day of travel."

The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

What a cluster mess. Will never fly with KLM airlines and would not recommend. Will spend a little extra money and fly on other airlines......very poor, disorganized, and horrendous flight experience. Buyer beware."
