Pros: Amazing crew and great comfort

Cons: Entertainment system didn't work. Couldn't hear movie at all with headphones provided and screen very hard to use and just stopped several times. Even after crew reset it twice, still problems.

Cons: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Pros: I did not receive a single email from kayak letting me know I could check in or select seats. No updates on flight status! Poor service!

Cons: Exit row seats are too small.

Cons: Was not allowed to get on slightly early with a car seat and a 3 year old to get situated in the seats, though on every other flight we have been allowed to. There was a delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight.

Pros: The crew should have let people off first who had connecting flights.

Cons: We missed our connection flight.Had to be rerouted to chicago. No flights to Rapid City till noon the next day. Spending night in airport.

Cons: Crew was rude to passengers. One passenger asked for extra bread and crew arrogantly commented , we dont give but ok take one.

Pros: Crew was very friendly. Seats were decently comfortable - appreciated blanket and pillow for long haul flight.

Cons: Entertainment system is dated. Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled"

Pros: The crew members were great and managed everything effortlessly. The pilot was also very friendly.

Pros: Orderly boarding process. Considerate reseating when bulkhead with extra legroom were not usable.

Pros: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.

Cons: The food was mediocre and the selection of movies was very limited.

Pros: I upgraded to premium economy, worth every dollar. seats were comfortable and reclined quite far.

Pros: Flight was on time, service onboard inspite of short flight, and the scenery of the Alps was breathtaking

Cons: A bit cramped in the economy class. Could have been more room for the money we had to spend on tickets

Cons: Departure time was delayed due to over crowding in Zurich airport. Info on connecting flights and transfer requirements was insufficient, no offer to help those with tight connections, e.g., by trying to seat them at front of plane or help them get off faster. Missed connecting flight as a result!!

Cons: AC was not turned on until flight was up in air. That means for 30 minutes passengers were sweating sitting in a suffocating cabin. Crew refused to give Green Tea, saying only available in business class Inflight screen size was very small ...5-6 inches only

Cons: Swiss Air from Athens to Zurich stellar—excellent service, seating, food—but left one hour late due to air traffic. Nearly missed connecting Edelweiss flight—and that flight was just terrible. Passengers behind me constantly kicking, pulling my seat—wouldn’t allow me to put seat in recline position.

Cons: 2 luggage missing, I was told by Swiss airlines I would get them the next day, because they were left behind in Zurich.

Pros: My husband was on a business trip and his company booked him in business class. Economy was overbooked they cave me a free upgrade so I could sit with him!

Cons: Cost of extra bag. Also size limit for overhead carryon

Pros: The boarding process was easy

Cons: Some of the crew members were rude and inconsiderate - if you see that someone is sleeping, you don’t stand at their seat and lean on it and shake it while you’re waiting to give the security demo before take off.
