È stato un volo perfettamente soddisfacente, senza problemi.
👍
Even though my seat is a paid seat, I was told to give up my seat to a passenger. I tried to ask the CA to negotiate, and when I spoke in Japanese, the CA fled. I had to find a Japanese CA and ask them to deal with it. . After takeoff, I spilled my coffee, and when I asked the flight attendant for a towel, she told me to wipe it off with a wet tissue. My clothes got wet, so I asked CA for an extra blanket, but I had to wait for an hour.
Please serve no god if you must serve dog food
Flight was more then 3 hour late and I did not get my luggages
I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€
The hard product, food, and service are far superior to their North American counterparts
Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.
Pros: Take off and landing
Cons: Layover time
Cons: Not to have 2 distressed cats on board meowing non stop for 10 hours.
Pros: The premium economy- it was the most uncomfortable - tight seats. The back of the seats are not reclining It’s not worth the money you pay for premium services
Cons: The premium economy should be eliminated and should be labeled for what it is: couch class with some perks
Pros: The crew is nice
Cons: No respect of distancing the seats ; all the seats were occupied. No wifi
Pros: Feel like reacist Company
Cons: I didnt like the treatment of the crew.
Pros: La ponctualité.
Cons: Variété des boissons proposées.
Pros: Poor
Cons: Poor
Cons: The food was not as usual.
Pros: Seats ok. Crew is super. Drinks offered
Cons: Nothing, AF rocks
Pros: El entretenimiento
Cons: Demasiadas mascotas sin posibilidad de descanso. Un gato en ej asiento del frente que no dejó de hacer ruido y dos asientos atrás un pero en la misma situación. Debería tomar más medidas para el viaje de mascotas
Pros: Clean plane , good crew ,
Cons: they didn't load my baggage from flight 1 to 2
Pros: Upgrade was easy! Crew was beyond exceptionable! Can’t wait to fly again, guys!
Pros: Easy boarding, entertainment
Cons: Crew was not very friendly on bot departure and return flights. Will make me reconsider Air France in the future.
Pros: Nice crew
Cons: Not loose my luggage:)
Pros: Yeah Everything well organized
Cons: I believe so
Pros: Crew are the best!
Cons: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.

Cons: There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy.
Pros: The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.
Cons: There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.
Pros: I loved the different features on the screen and the excellent. Customer service on this flights
Cons: The space on the seat.
On board Air France flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air France assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
