The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

Flight was delayed for 4 hours and they misplaced my luggage too. Appalling.
Overall a good experience, the flight was on time, the crew very attentive and friendly. However the seats are too cramped, there is no space, and as soon as the person in front reclines the seat, it's literally in your face.
Wheelchair was the excellent service. I didn’t have any food or used entertainment. Overall for my trip experience was excellent. Thank you very much and keep up good work. Best regards
Flight canceled Terrible Post flight management Kept in airport 1 hours with promises of transport but none came
Delay on take if- short connecting time- was supposed to have a wheelchair to connecting flight- limped with a cane thru the airport to make a connection
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.
We had to move to terminal 5 for the next part of our trip. Very un-organized and difficult.

Overall good, but the fact that there was no WiFi was a big deal for me. I am not used to having no WiFi during long flights. I always fly Delta-KLM and they never have had an issue with WiFi.

Connecting British Airways flight was 29 hours delayed so I never made it on this plane

Everything was fine except my screen wasn’t working and I was unable to watch any movies or TV. Staff tried 3 times to reboot it, without success.
This flight had seats that were more comfortable than the trans-Atlantic flight I had come on. Boarding, however, was atrocious. There was no point in boarding groups since everyone ended up on the same bus to get on the plane. And the bus ride took forever to get to the plane. The snacks can barely even qualify as snacks. Make sure you bring your own or eat before getting on,
My flight got cancelled and it was a very bad experience
As I said, I reserved beef for my 2 kids and I in business class. I underlined the requests when boarding the plane — I was the second in. However none was available. Thxs BA !! On the bright side, the luggage made it to Denver !!

Flight on time but food service very poor with only the vegetarian meal option available in premium cabin. Staff nice but we're very rushed sometimes missing passengers
