The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it

Plane was late so luggage never made it to connecting flight. I’ve been home 2 days and still do not have my luggage.

I arrived 59 minutes before the flight in Tampa due to Massive traffic jam and the flight was closed and I was told that I’d simply have to “book a new ticket on line myself and the gate agents couldn’t help me”. Even though the flight was delayed over 30 minutes, (leaving one hour and 29 minutes before departure, they refused to assist in any way explaining that it’s automatic and there can be no exceptions. Horrible experience due to poor management at gate. I fly this option 2-3 times a year and have a good experience with the cabin crew etc. But, Tampa agents are not trained or allowed customer service. I once was a gate agent for USAir, I know times have changed, but forcing me to purchase a new ticket and complete indifference and inconvenience. No thanks

Good BUT four days later I still don’t have my luggage. It never arrived. !!!!

Didn’t get my luggage from layover in Zurich until 3 days later even though my luggage was marked priority and short layover, but my husband got his when we landed

Had a short layover in Zurich, luggage marked expedite and short layover but still didn’t get luggage when arrived in Split until 3 days later even though husband got his.

On time flight, I requested wheelchair in Zurich , when I arrived they were no where to be found, I had one hour between flights I had to walk with great difficulty.

We had issues with upgrading our seats. The flight itself was fine.

Food was bad crew a bit nicer than other flights seats uncomfortable too

Overnight flight in the old style Business class, but still very good.

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

Don’t use them on the IST-isb route, horrible service

COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

Just on time arrival and departure would make it great

Quality of service on board was very inconsistent. FA service primarily seemed robotic and they barely engaged with passengers

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

Process for on line checking needs a lot of improvement. Very frustrating.

A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.

The flight from MAD to LIS was absolutely horrible since they didn't allow me to board the flight I had paid for. It turns out TAP has a rule hidden deep in their terms of services that if I miss any of the flights in my multi-city plan they will automatically cancel all the remaining flights. I don't know if this is unique to TAP or common practice, but it seems quite ridiculous that I pay for a flight plan and due to unforeseen circumstances miss one leg of that plan that all remaining plan flights be terminated.

The flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight

they canceled the flight. I was at the airport a total of 8 hours. had to fly out the next day. No compensation so far.

They took 8 hours and eventually cancelled the flight. Compensation has been very lackluster and communication has been slow and terrible.

Flew Business with a forced upgrade. dint like how the bidding went . Then at the airport the seat was less than I paid. Not fair The flight crew was great, friendly and very kind. The plane felt like a bucket of bolts. The meal was the worst ever. Ive had better on tap . this was the most disappointing leg of our trip

The flight to Lisbon from Paris was quite pleasant. However, charging several Euros for each item of food left something to be desired. Further, there seemed to be no complimentary drinks, even water.

All of my clothes were completely soaked and wet when I got to my destination. The airline was careless and left my bag on the runway during a rain storm. Very disappointing! On the connecting flight in Lisbon we were made to wait on a bus crammmed in for 20min and standing. Unacceptable Very poor experience and most of my belongings ruined!

It was disappointing to have to pay for soft drinks/ water. The sandwich I wanted was not available. Servig happened to late in the flight.

Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good

Poor communication from airline, didn't start boarding until 15 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air and there was no communication from anyone about a delay except the screens showing we were "on-time" and already "boarding" which finally updated 5 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air to "delayed".

I had a family emergency and couldn’t board and I contacted underpricer to help me get a refund or just a flight adjustment as i would still be flying later that week, and that hasn’t happened. I will never book a flight through kayak/ underpricer ever again.

Lufthansa staff was fantastic, but the airport was a mess. I was at this airport in the past and I have never experienced any problem, but this time it was nutty because of soccer tournament: UEFA 2024 championship

While booking through Lufthansa, when flight is operated by other airlines, you don't necessarily get the quality of Lufthansa. That said, I was passed over on both meals served. While I had my eyes closed or asleep, no attempt was made to serve me or wake me for the service, which is something new. When I took it upon myself to get out of my seat, track down an attendant, and ask for a meal, the attendant would kindly serve me. Of more concern, however, is the lack of selection for the meal. Being diabetic and insulin dependent, I could not eat what was served. The first meal was pasta with a small slaw/salad and a bun. The second meal was a muffin and another pastry. In all, I could only eat the salad, which amounted to next to nothing. Fortunately (for Discover) I had brought food/snacks to carry me through the flight. Otherwise, I might have reached a low blood sugar. With diabetes becoming more prevalent, Discover may consider more eating options to accomodate all passengers.

Check in was great. Boarding seemed less organized. Flight was good.

full flight, could use more room....leg room fine seats tight

A very poor experience which is a surprise as Lufthansa has such a good reputation. Absolutely no leg room in economy - it was very very uncomfortable - the video/tv screen was not working, food was poor but that is standard for airline food. Flight attendants were generally nice and helpful. Pilots were reassuring.

The trip was good except for the delay that caused a connection issue in Chicago.

Staff didn’t care in business class. Closed the door on my mom while she was on the jetbridge and flight attendant told me she would make it from the connecting flight. They lied. My luggage was damaged on arrival. No success in filing damage claim.
