Pros: The seat was really comfortable and I was able to sleep the whole flight with no disturbance

Pros: The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.

Cons: There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.

Pros: The crew were great but the entrainment socket on my seat was broken so I couldn’t watch anything

Pros: Nothing it was delayed by over an hour and there was ZERO on ground or in air rebooking support or information at all! Ground crew were useless and rude. No one was there to navigate us through a delay that you all caused. We were traveling with 5 children and there was zero sense of urgency. We missed our connecting flight as a result as did the 100+ other passengers on this flight. How could BA not notify it’s partner AA to delay the connecting transatlantic flight as a result of its 1hr long delays? Horrid!

Cons: As someone who is 6 feet tall, I was ridiculously uncomfortable the entire flight. My knees were pressed against the seat in front of me, and when the woman in front of me reclined, I couldn't even unfold the tray due to a lack of space. I was very unhappy,

Cons: Surprise that British Airways does not have internet access on its transatlantic jets. Delta and Swiss air both had the last time I flew them.

Pros: The seats, staff, entertainment, particularly liked that you served hot chocolate! The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat.

Cons: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.

Pros: I like the crew and their service, the food was amazing speacially the vanilla cheese cake desert was on point, loved it. I loved the “my flight “interaction on the screen and the different view of the plane, cockpit view, left, right etc.. amazing feature.

Cons: The seat could have been much better as far as reclining and space. Overall I loved the flight.
