What a great airline! On time, safe, good service, and really cool brand.

Limiting the free baggage allowance to 15 kg is quite difficult to meet when you are a foreigner visiting India. The cost for extra weight is very expensive.

An efficient supervisor facilitated boarding & bag stowage overhead. She also facilitated transit of passengers to the rest rooms during meals service. Loose meal tray holders from seat backs.

Mumbai Airport needs longer and more people movers. Jetways are too steep for egress. One walks for 10 mins before reaching a rest room. At boarding the gate staff makes no advance announcements for passengers to board by Zones 1,2,3,4. The back of the line extends so far in to the hall that passengers are in a crowd at the gate too late to understand and remain standing in a crowd at the entrance.

Food was awfully spicy. You all should consider making a passenger comfortable. I requested a different seat as I was stuck in a middle seat between 2 very large men. I was finding it hard to breathe as one of them was half way into my space. Considering I paid for a seat to myself, your staff should be trained to make sure I get my space. I was told the flight is very packed. But I did see a couple of empty seats later as I walked in the aisle.

Boarding was surprisingly smooth and food, as anticipated was really good.

Neither the touch screen display or the remote worked. Mentioned that to one of the flight attendant who told me that the system will be reset after the food service. That did not happen so after waiting for another 2 hours into the flight, I spoke to another attendant who did reset the entertainment system. It did not work. Brought it to her attention and the response I got was, "Sorry, the flight is full and there is no other seat available". I had to sit through 14 hour long journey looking at other passengers or hear babies cry non-stop !

Late departure only put up on the display boards. Announcements came much, much later. Chaos during departure at 9.30pm. Tension for those taking onward flights to Chicago, New York . All in all , very STRESSFUL.

The flights were to full so seating was easy and the cost was low.

Flights outbound and inbound were late. Outbound was re-scheduled six late. Inbound was two hours late getting out. But the flight were to full so seating was easy. The food they served is what they make jobs about - it was terrible.

It's a short flight but really nice to get a meal. Staff were friendly and plane was clean and comfortable.

Line ups a check in counters are not easy to navigate. Plane also left delayed and didn't even start boarding until 10 minutes before departure time.

Difficult to find if in right line to check in. After asking many finally found a staff member who realized I had only a few minutes to catch my flight. Then given priority. IT COST ME ABOUT $67 USD ONE WAY BUT IT COST MY BAG $87 USD TO BE CHECKED IN. Another cut rate airlines that charges for everything extra--soon th toilets!

When we booked the flight we were unaware the price did not include checked baggage. We called Kiwi.com and we asked what it would cost to add checked baggage. They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed.

Please take this airline off your website. We got there on time but they wouldn’t have us boarding pass as they closed the door. It’s an absolutely scam. They made 40 people miss the flight as they overbooked it

Was not a big fan of this airline. The way to amsterdam and india the flights were an hr ahead of schedule but the rides were very turbulent.

Baggage system failures caused an hr and a half delay. Which made me miss my connecting flight in london. The customer service for jet airways is awful. Dealing with them over the phone was near impossible. The flight itself was awful. All drinks are served warm and the food is garbage. Crew was super slow and i would have to walk to the crew/kitchen area to get a drink. The plane and entertainment systems are dated. Terrible sound and video. My luggage was also damaged in transit.

the counter service people at MUMAi airport were wonderful...fast efficient and very helpful after a long overseas flite plane was clean...not always the case with domestic flight in India. cabin crew very sweet and helpful.

the gate staff did not even announce the boarding of buses over loud speaker. I was right there so no problem of missing, BUT if others were farther away, they could easily have missed. also, flight departure was delayed considerably.

The airline was just fine.

I was charged $100 for a checked bag when I was told by the airline that I could easily have two free checked bags with the fare that I paid. When I tried to get a hold of Kiwi I got no response. Also, the airline wanted another credit card number which was not mine. It was a very frustrating experience at the counter. Kiwi has questionable practices

They finally managed to get me on the plane after finding out I had 10 minutes to boarding time due to inefficient inter terminal transport in Delhi

I paid more for my checked in bag than for my ticket. They charge extra for everything--soon the toilet!

When we booked the flight we were unaware the price did not include checked baggage. We called Kiwi.com and we asked what it would cost to add checked baggage. They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed.

Food was awfully spicy. You all should consider making a passenger comfortable. I requested a different seat as I was stuck in a middle seat between 2 very large men. I was finding it hard to breathe as one of them was half way into my space. Considering I paid for a seat to myself, your staff should be trained to make sure I get my space. I was told the flight is very packed. But I did see a couple of empty seats later as I walked in the aisle.

Was not a big fan of this airline. The way to amsterdam and india the flights were an hr ahead of schedule but the rides were very turbulent.

Baggage system failures caused an hr and a half delay. Which made me miss my connecting flight in london. The customer service for jet airways is awful. Dealing with them over the phone was near impossible. The flight itself was awful. All drinks are served warm and the food is garbage. Crew was super slow and i would have to walk to the crew/kitchen area to get a drink. The plane and entertainment systems are dated. Terrible sound and video. My luggage was also damaged in transit.

An efficient supervisor facilitated boarding & bag stowage overhead. She also facilitated transit of passengers to the rest rooms during meals service. Loose meal tray holders from seat backs.

Mumbai Airport needs longer and more people movers. Jetways are too steep for egress. One walks for 10 mins before reaching a rest room. At boarding the gate staff makes no advance announcements for passengers to board by Zones 1,2,3,4. The back of the line extends so far in to the hall that passengers are in a crowd at the gate too late to understand and remain standing in a crowd at the entrance.
