Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Flight attendants were awesome! Very helpful and patients. Some food were good but maybe not serving fish that kinda make the whole aircraft smell fishy. The “fried pork” was tasty but too much skin so it doesnt taste that great.

Really great service throughout and the food was really nice. I can highly recommend thank you very much.

Kayak really screwed up by offloading the booking to a third party. They were completely inept and caused a bunch of toil. I will never use Kayak again.

Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.

They ran out of the second choice of food was stuck with fish

Service was very good, food and entertainment systems were good

First time flying with Singapore airlines and I’ll give them two thumbs up 👍 👍

Food was served to different people at different times and it wasn't clear why. The crew apologized for the wait. But it felt odd and inconsistent. They could use charging ports on each of the seats. Mine didn't have any. Also, they could've offered more snacks. It was a 12+ hour flight and no snacks were ever offered. Everything else was OK.

The flight crew was phenominal! We couldn't have asked for any better. They were experienced professionals.

Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

Great food selection in lounge. Excellent bartender, friendly staff. Good service on the plane.

Check in process was excellent. Lounge needs improvement. Food not palatable and no good choices.

Apart from a departure gate change, a good experience with professional, friendly staff.

I like the pleasantness of how courteous and friendly and helpful everyone is

It was never explained why the departure flight was canceled and delayed for 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to stick with the original itinerary.

Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

Everything was fantastic!!!! I can’t wait to fly home 😃!!!!!

Plane are getting old, almost an hour delay due to technical reson , after all passenger aboard. Took 4 flight on business class this trip and all the planes had an issues. PAL need to improve their planes.

It’s sad how legacy airlines feel like budget airlines now. Cramped space Non reclining seats No inflight entertainment (need to connect via your own device) Saving grace is the crew. Truly nice and sincere service.

Very good in business class but not so good in economy.

I need an upgrade to business class but they ask for bidding. Never mind...

Business class website is horrible I couldn’t even check in online never happened me before any other website

Long wait transit service wasn’t good also I couldn’t check in online never happened me before other websites

Very poor service, will never travel through saudia airline also worst experience at jeddah airport, all the people act like very racist even we belong from a same religion but they don't have any humanity. Very big language barrier no one speak proper English so they don't understand us very poor service. I was traveling with family and with infant they give us very hard time. No one like to answer a question and there attitude is extremely no welcoming. Not recommended specifically jeddah airport and their services and staff. Will never take layover or any flight through jeddah. Thank you

Horrible, by all accounts. Delays, lack of communication, just horrible.

They destroyed my baby’s stroller and the seats was broken

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of airline, they destroyed my baby’s baby stroller, that cost more than 2000$,the seats in a 13 hour flight was broken,so I definitely not recommend that airline for other people

The flight was delayed which cost me to missed my connection flight.

The planes are very cold. The AC is too much.

The staff were excellent, the seat comfort is very poor on a three hour flight, Scoot Airline seats were poor quality also, they are okay for a short flight time of no more than one hour!

Passengers seemed to ignore zone boarding which added some chaos. Actual flight was fine. CebPac charges for water and snacks. De-boarding involved steps from a plane, then a bus and a very long ride to the terminal. Baggage signage was updated after luggage came on the carousel, so this was confusing.

Terrible. Not to be trusted. I missed a flight from Manila due to 3+ hours in traffic to the airport. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I booked a new flight. The cost was steep. And on my credit card online account, Cebu Pacific charged me for two tickets, yet I'm traveling alone, one person. They are impossible to reach and pathetic customer service. My credit card company is looking into it. NEVER, NEVER fly Cebu Pacific. They will rip you off. They don't care, they don't have to. Fly another airline in the Philippines.

Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.

We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.

The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.

I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.

No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

Your check in lines were terrible everything else was great!

flight cancelled.. booked through orbitz, yet orbitz won't handle refunds.. never use them again..
