Fight crew was amazing
Pleasant. Clean. Entertainment worked. No real. Complaints.
Are seats ever comfy in economy? These were nice and clean.
Beverage choices and presentation were good. Service very good.
My choice of food was not available and very limited alternatives to what I selected. More snack choices could be offered
we were on time and it was cheap-ish
customer service is non-existent, crew speaks poor english, seats are kid-size and so are meal servings, entertainment sound system was awful, and transit hotel staff was unhelpful/rude

I hate that I couldn’t use my phone on airplane mode. What’s up with that? I’m not a fan of Airbus. Boeing aircraft are superior

Gate agent said the plane is full and dint look to change my seat but turns out a lot of seats on the plane Flight attendant said no to me to change seat but yes to another Russian speaking pessager! Overall, a bad experience with 49 minutes delayed flight!
Crew was great
No legroom or entertainment
The crew was extremely pleasant. We received real food with real silverware. The seats were comfortable. I like the little cute bags filled with an eye mask, earplugs, toothbrush and even socks!
Push come to shove I would say the entertainment system needs to be updated since there was no individual tvs.

Departure from JFK was late by about an hour - due to one late passenger - and I barely made my connecting flight in Moscow by sprinting across a couple terminals. It would’ve been helpful for them to note the gates of connecting flights for the passengers affected by the late departure. My luggage did not make the transfer from Moscow to Prague, as I had feared. But it did get delivered to me about 10 hrs later. Traveling can already be a little stressful; I think some of this could’ve been minimized.
The crew was very attentive and willing to accommodate passengers' needs.
Delays and rather chaotic boarding.
4 hours delay
Flight was ok.
But too much delayed! Least 2.5 hours, as usual! they lost my bag. I received it in 4 days and spent $150 for take my bag! This is rediculous! Aeroflot didn't even reply my emails!
Did not provide special meal although I called ahead to request it.
ET's on board crew is excellent. The food is great.

The smell of feet, and nausea from turbulence after food (not really Turkish's fault). Also, I'm getting too used to the food by now, and it doesn't seem to change much.

I'm 6 ft 2. Legspace was adequate, and no silly boxes under the seats like other airlines that obstruct your feet. Great entertainment systems - modern, good selection. Food and staff excellent.
Their online checkin systems could operate a bit more smoothly. At one point, I had to go in in person, because the online checkin site had an already past flight from their codeshare partner SAS showing up as the next flight, and I couldn't perform online checkin as a result.

Hot food not great
Boarding was a little slow, but the crew was nice and courteous Seating was comfortable and roomy. The food was good.
Lots of terberlance but good flight
The dinner food was decent (breakfast was subpar).
We waited about an hour lined up outside of the gate to board. Then when we finally boarded late, we sat on the runway for 2 hours! This wasn’t the first time it’s happened on this flight, either! We were thirsty and no one offered us water. The flight attendants kept skipping my friend and I when they did come around, which was not often. We were extremely thirsty the entire time and when we finally were able to get up to use the bathroom and search for water, we were told to sit back down. We got tiny cups of water about three times on a 10.5 hour flight. Lastly, the entertainment selection was very small and limited.
Toilet was filthy shortly after arrival. Drop down tables needed to be wiped.
