Very full flight but all went efficiently and smoothly. Staff excellent as usual.

I had a connection from Istanbul to Frankfurt with Lufthansa . I was disappointed that TK airlines did not allow me to check the luggage through to Frankfurt because the flight was on a different ticket . As an Elite Plus member , I expect better cooperation among the star alliance member airlines . I had to check out and back again , took almost two hours of waiting in lines . Good that on this occasion I had sufficient time and did not miss the LH flight .

There were many seats available on this flight as well as a luggage space, and at the time of departure flight attendant still insisted for me to keep my second bag under the seat. She was stubborn and unreasonable. It was one of those flights that don't depart directly from the gate, you have to take a bus to get to the plane. And we arrived 20 min late. Other than that, it was ok

It was very easy to print boarding pass.

The scanners did not accept my boarding pass. 40% of the passengers had to have boarding passes reprinted. It was chaotic.

Flight was on time, nice plane with lots of leg room, flight was nice apart from near landing. Food was good with a free drink too.

We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more.

This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia.

Lots of entertainment to choose from.

The legroom was the worst I've seen in a long time. I'm 6' tall and my knees hit the seat in front of me. Seats would also not recline. Crew was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Food was pretty mediocre. Both my partner and I had to ask for replacement headphones as the initial sets given were not working. My partner was on crutches and, though told she could get priority boarding, this was not followed up on by the crew and she had to deal with the normal jostling.

Good legroom, flight not full so room to spread out

We were forced to sit in the aircraft for 2 hours before takeoff without explanation. This is now standard airline/airport strategy to get people out of the way and out of the boarding areas when they are running behind. Unacceptable and should be resisted.

The grill chicken served for dinner was cold.

The worst waiting for a boarding pass I ever seen.2 priority lines and a bag drop line and a check in line.both for ba 1 for city airport and the other for Gatwick at the same time.choas.

Comfortable cabin temperature, food was great.

Not sure whether it was because my flight was short haul, but the plane didn't have in-seat entertainment system (i.e. TV screen for movie watching). The first half of my journey was delayed by 1.5 hours, which meant that I had to rush from the gate I landed in (after the lengthy airport bus ride from the plane to the gate) to my departure gate for my connecting flight, which was already on final call. I found out after my journey that TK is apparently notorious for its flight delays.

Volume on in flight announcements is always in excess of 90 decibles this is a health hazard. Priority boarding was non existent at Alicante. I think I will be using easy jet if this continues.

I asked the website to change the destination. The reply came 12 hours before the flight. I couldn't wait so i took another flight and paid for another ticket.

Nearly all, but inadequate organisation a fuel leaking problem at AbuDabi airport on 10/02/2016.

Passengers were kept 3 hours in the plane during the impairment.

The food was good as always, the crew is nice.

It's not really comfortable, but I guess that's because of the plane model and the economy class, so not much to do there. Boarding was delayed, and they put too many people on the bus taking you from the gate to the plane. The entertainment system should have more content.

Very experienced and kind ground staff as well in the aircraft, BEST PILOTS IN THE WORLD ! Fantastic and generous portion of food, clean and new aircraft.

There is nothing wrong one could mention about Air Serbia - they have great connections, many destinations, from recently even direct flight from Belgrade to New York, very good prices, and beside Turkish Airlines they have the best food catering among European airlines ! I just hope that airport in Belgrade will follow the success of Air Serbia and that "Nikola Tesla" Airport will be upgraded soon.

Smooth in the air experience. Snack and beverage in a 45 minute flight

Deplaning why close the business class curtain when leaving the plane. It only makes deplaning slower and guess what we all got on the same bus to the terminal. Silly practice

Not much.

I paid a higher rate to not have a layover and Oman Air changed my flight to a cheaper fair and waited in the airport in Oman for more than 7 hours. This is unsatisfactory and I should be reimbursed for the cheaper flight. I also had a stop in Dar Es Salam that was unexpected. My friend got bit by a flea or some bug...the seats are filthy and not properly cleaned.
