Food was very bad
I was there at airport 35 minutes before boarding time and the crew mentioned that the flight was closed. I had to run and buy an expensive ticket to Mumbai on a separate flight to reach Mumbai in order to catch my flight to USA. . Also, as a result of it, I had to pay extra money for Luggage to Mumbai.They were very uncooperative
We arrived at the domestic airport initially because it was a flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai (domestic). Took us a while to figure that out with the language barrier and lack of internet at the airport... next we took a rickshaw to the international airport which put us just passed 45 minutes early for the flight itself. Apparently that is the limit that we didn’t know about. So we were there 40 minutes early instead of 45 and they wouldn’t let us check in even though we only had carry ons with us. Next we had to buy another air India ticket 12 hours later to Mumbai which cost us 150 dollars per ticket and made us sit at the airport for the interim. Terrible experience for us... never using air India again!
When waiting for the bus to take us to the airplane, there were no signs which stated when the bus would come, which flight it was for. We had to constantly ask people and felt like we would miss the flight.
Leg room was good. The entertainment system was good but outdated and did not work on 3 of the 5 seats we had.
The entertainment systems were not working on 3 of the 5 seats we had. The headphone jacks were also not working. The flight crew was not available to help with this when requested.
poor seating, too close to each other and seats too narrow for long hours of sitting in an international flight Overall, the Crew had good attitude but appears overworked and very minimum service - no attention given to making the long flight pleasant (just bare basics, I was surprised) Food & beverage service and frequency inadequate.
It appeared, not enough thoughts given for little details of comforts to make these long flights comfortable / pleasant enough that people want to return. Announcements often illegible and too soft to hear

Very clean inside and bathroom , EY could provide training to the hostage
No one help me from beginning to end. They provided foood only if you ask 5 times
I like their perfect schedule.
I don't get non veg option. They don't provide blanket at my seat.
