POOR CREW BEHAVIOR. RESTRICTIONS ON FOOD. FEELS LIKE ECONOMY CLASS.

Absolutely horrible all around especially for such a long 13-14 hour flight - terrible food - ancient entertainment - legroom worse than a short air Asia flight - not enough toilets

Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.

Everything was good up until getting off the plane. Riyadh simply cannot handle an A380. Exiting the plane on a remote stand was extremely slow and frustrating, then waiting for buses for transport back to the terminal is another disaster. Give me the 777 any day.

Food was good, great communication by Pilot and Co Pilot, Crew very friendly. Slow beginning drink and meal service - over 2hrs into flight which disrupted overnight flight sleep. Entertainment systems was 3 Stars, my wife's was nonfunctional and had to call attendant 3 times to get it reset, mine the headphones and jack we're twitchy and keep going to muted volume.

Plane was old and seats uncomfortable but staff were friendly and helpful

I didn't travel from the start I changed my ticket long time ago

All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time

First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.

Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

No fault of the crew, but the the rear lavatories were closed the entire flight. The front lavatories were blocked off for the first part of the flight by the food cart. Then some minor turbulence occurred so the fasten seatbelt sign came on for the second part of the flight. Heroic containment engaged! It was not fun.

Plane was late so luggage never made it to connecting flight. I’ve been home 2 days and still do not have my luggage.

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.

Crew members were good. Seats were packed and too tight .

On time flight, I requested wheelchair in Zurich , when I arrived they were no where to be found, I had one hour between flights I had to walk with great difficulty.

seats are too tight and uncomfortable everything else went well.

Far above average. The level of quality and service has really improved and passed most US carriers on this route. Go Edelweiss!

The entertainment system on my seat didn’t work for the whole length of the flight, staff was not helpful. Horrible experience. Its so hard to go through a flight from LA to jeddah with no movies.

This booking was as a result of stolen identity and hacking my debit account. I reported it to my bank. The thief tried to book two flights, maybe more. Hopefully, Kayak will be able to block fraudulent bookings and charges better in the future.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Would definitely fly Saudia again.

Entertainment on all 4 business class seats were terrible audio and could barley hear. The 11 hour layover in Riyadh was a nightmare and no one told us that nightmare matter what we do or what we were willing to pay there were no places to rest or sleep and nine of the lounges allow you to enter them no matter what unless you are 4 hours or less from flight time. With a 78 yearold mother with me this is ridiculous. The employees of the airline in Riyadh and of the lounge treated us like servants or lower class people. Never again

Food could be better. Bread should be warm served with butter. Bread quality is bad and cold served.

Thw pla e was freezing by dar the cildest flight i’ve been on. The seats are comfortable the leg room is spacious and the seat is in leather very confy. Unfortunately old plane so no plugs the entertainment is limited the inflight internet is very expensive 20$ per hour for 50mb on a 17h you will take 2 times to contact your family and work. At this cost it goes very quick very high. The food is very mediocre A breakfast tastless A snack A meal super spicy A lot of improvement are to be made

The seats’ reclined like premium economy seats, ie, not much.. but leg space was a lot l, so it did not feel cramped. Crew was very friendly and helpful.

It’s like two different companies managing fligh from DC and totally horrible company between Jeddah and Cairo

Route from DC was ok nothing special or bad From Jeddah to cairo horrible First flight got delayed by 3 hours no explanation so what ever Arrived in cairo to find lock on my bag Saudia crew in cairo didn’t know who did could not open had to break my bag zipper to open my luggage

They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.

The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic

My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

Numerous delays, missed connections flight. Then connection flights were late as well

The airplane did not offer standard outlets so I was unable to work on my laptop. This is totally unacceptable for an international flight.

Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.

We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..

Staff was helpful. we left on time and arrived early to destination.

Kayak advertised prices that included luggage. They lied. The airline is fine, Kayak is no longer my source for travel purchases.

It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

Good flight, but left late and food was only okay!

The flight was super bag and on top of that my luggage got delayed and i didn’t get them until now

Boston Logan is a crummy airport - signage is terrible or lacking in areas. Boarding seemed to be a free for all and with all the different airlines speaking, you couldn't tell who was supposed to be where and when. Plain and simple, airlines should board from the back of the plane to the front. Also someone was sitting in my seat. By the time that was figured out, I had to place my overhead behind me which made de-planing more difficult. Logan is not Lufthansa's fault so that is not on them, Boarding is on them! Still, overall it was a Good Experience flying with Lufthansa. This is not my first flight with them...
