Cons: Turkish was phenomenal. FareScan could have definitely been better. After booking they called demanding another $145 for my seats. They said they couldn’t complete my reservation without it and needed an email confirmation from me to approve the new charge. Seeing I was short on time, I didn’t have a choice. Will never do business with them again.

Pros: Dc to Turkey flight. Great ++ Turkey to Delhi. Ok —

Cons: Flight from Istanbul to Delhi was nightmare. It was like a local flight. Nothing called as comfort was there. I had to pay my own $ for alcohol and some snacks and 1 extra burger.

Cons: No entertainment. New airport in Instanbul not efficient. 30 minutes everytime of taxi after landing and before take off. Flight as usual 40 minutes in delay.

Pros: crew excellent, food excellent, entertainment good.

Cons: Space between seat rows is barely adequate.

Cons: Leg space and crews attitude

Pros: The bottom seat of the pocket is uncomfortable outdated. The distance between the chairs Too crowded

Cons: Seats itself not really ok, neighbor any size gonna touch you every time. Crew not ready to do anything with passengers with little kids, only my headset helped me survive. So I could sleep because of this issue only 1 hour for 12 hours flight. Good luck. As second issue doesn’t happen too often

Cons: The transfer from international flights to domestic is difficult. I came to Guangzhou with a joint flight of Turkish airlines and China southern but there was no one at the airport when we landed to inform us how to transfer our luggage to the domestic flights and how to check in. Considering I don’t know Chinese, this was tough.

Pros: Food was great, service was also amazing.

Cons: The seats are so small and so uncomfortable, it almost made the 11hr flight unbeatable

Cons: I would definitely have vegetarian food. 30% of population is vegetarian

Cons: Flight delayed. Crew doesn’t speak good English

Cons: We’ve missed this flight due to a medical emergency. Called before the flight took off to advise on the situation and ask for help to rebook the same flight later once the health status is stable. Have been told that there is absolutely nothing that can be done to be partially partially refunded at least for the 2nd flight that had to be catched after over 30 hours, which is unacceptable.

Cons: They were rude, we almost didn’t made to the connection flight of their own company and they just didn’t care. The suitcase didn’t made it either

Pros: The crew was good, helpful and attentive. Boarding was flawless.

Cons: The TV touchscreen was not working neither for me nor for my neighbor. The third one in a row was functional, though, but it was not ours. :) The food, snacks, drinks were very limited and on the low-budget.
