Pros: A very comfortable, cosy and clean hotel. The service and Staff are excellent - they are there for you - very professional, very nice people. A very good breakfast with fresh smoothies. The dinner at the fireplace highly recommended. Hope to stay there again soon. Thank you :)
Cons: More light in a room would be worth considering.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, service and athmophere were superb! Slept like a baby!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Premium hotel with great facilities, perfect breakfast and good restaurant. Small but luxury room that included all the necessary services and more.
Cons: The staff was kind and attentive but a bit inexperienced.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely ambience, breakfast and room were both good. I only have one slight complaint. When you asked for a Latte in the reception area they were always luke warm. In fact the one we had one day at breakfast was also luke warm. Otherwise everything was lovely.
Cons: See above re latte.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast in the beautiful basement restaurant is wonderful; great choice of high quality options, including prosecco. Staff very helpful and polite with local tips. Location is great 2 mins from central square; bed very comfy; turn down service friendly and efficient. We also ate dinner in the Stenhus restaurant and it was first rate.
Cons: Not easy to get the temperature right in the bedrooms. We were there in Feb when the weather was variable and was really cold one day but warmish the next. Two electric radiators in the bedrooms for quick adjustment but when we first arrived the floor was really cold (unexpected) and it took a long time for the room to heat up. Wasn't an issue after day 1.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The very courteous and thoughtful staff made for a lovely experience.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location/ staff
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Some of the hotel rooms are a bit too narrow, but that's not the real bottleneck.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, great location.
Cons: Super hot in the room because AC was off due cold winter weather.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean hotel, bed was really comfortable. Location is good just outside the old town. I really liked the room in the attic even though you can only see the sky from those rooms through the skylight. Good breakfast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: wonderful individual place, beautiful setting, super friendly staff, amazing restaurant, fantastic food. Next time I will stay there again. Absolutely wonderful Comfort for body and mind
Cons: looks beautiful, great location, nice and quiet, Everything is made with love
4.0 Okay
Pros: The medieval building is amazing, but it was probably renovated in the 90s, and it shows. The bathroom was large and well equipped.
Cons: The room was rather cold with the electric heater out of order. There was also quite a bit of noise coming into our room from the street with loud party goers yelling on the street. Not even a bottle of complimentary water in the room, felt like a tourist trap. The breakfast was very "meh", very simple selection of bread, some ham and cheeses, eggs, that's it. All in all it was not bad if it were some budget lodge, but for the price and review score you kind of expect something.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful and peaceful room, good service at the reception
Cons: Asked for a vegetarian omlet for the breakfast, got one with ham. Otherwise breakfast was pleasant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is historic and perfect. And above all, the staff's response is wonderful. By all means, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I loved it! Everything perfect, from the beginning till the end. SuperBeautiful and comfortable room... awesome sightseeing... Staff supergentle... TOP!
Cons: The hotel was alrady payd but they asked me to "block" 75€ on my card without apparently any reason... they gave me back that amount, but i felt like they were scared that i could damage something in the room... a sort of lack of trust in the client... i felt a little bit offended. I hope the manager will read my lines and will think about this strange policy they have. At least, if there is any reason, tell it before.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super fast check-out even when there was a very queue
Cons: Pool area could be cozier.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was top class, very luxurious finishes in the room, super clean and the bath was perfect for two people.
Cons: The only negative thing we can say about our stay was that they were doing some renovations in the upstairs starting at 9am so not ideal to start hearing hammering and drilling at that time when trying to relax.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was up to 5 star rank I liked their room-service Cheeseburger Very nice spa & swimming pool
Cons: There was a coffee machine issue Entrance door was flaking a bit. The other hotel is blocking view on old town. Otherwise true 5 star experience
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was perfect, thanks.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: If you are a fan of the views and comfort-this place is the best you can get in Tallinn. It was my third stay and trust me I will be back. Staff is great, willing to go an extra mile. Rooms are stunning with views and spotless clean. I have never had a single issue at this place no matter what I asked for.
Cons: Minor suggestion to provide shoe sponges, it would be super helpful!
1.0 Poor
Cons: They forgot to prepare the room for a valentines day and never refunded a money. More over today I was double charged by them. No service, money stolen, what a great hotel.
1.0 Poor
Pros: For such money? They charge you additional 75 EUR for a minibar use, and they have 2 bottles of beer, 2 bottles of wine and 2 chips inside:)) I denied and when arrived in the room, 2 ladies were digging in my minibar. I kindly asked them to leave, because it is 00.00 and I would like to relax, for what they knocked the whole night and the reception was disturbing me on phone. Couldn't sleep all night- for 200 EUR:))) AND- The hotel proudly claims sustainability to the guests, while they even don't have ecological paper and use chlorinated toilet papers. Sustainability is when such a premium hotel has ecologically friendly products for hygiene. There is a lot to improve on the hotel services and attitude to the environment....:(
Cons: Check in took 40 minutes. Good entertainment after doing 1200km arriving by midnight:(

Pros: Always a pleasant stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was my second visit to Tallinn in a short period of time and i must confess that the reason for staying at Radisson Sky hotel is the exceptional good treatment, service and friendliness from the hotel management and personnel. Then the view and location is for sure a good parameter and factor also to be considered choosing the Radisson Sky in Tallinn.
Cons: The price if you compare to other top location hotels is high but from my side its worth it anyway
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Especially - very good breakfast with wide choice. The receptionist on breakfast (young estonian guy) made extraordinary good job in old style - he was kind, shows up interest to the guest, was very helpful. Have not seen this before in Estonia and very rarely elsewhere.
Cons: Local TV channels dint work on TV. Bathroom too dark - bad lightning.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and pleasant staff. Would stay here again!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent atmosphere, service overall too, especially the service manager Eike, great dedication to service. Breakfast, lobby and the bar upstairs were all of excellent value.
Cons: Stayed in a nice suite. Everything perfect except the bathtub shower room is a little bit tiny. The shower itself should be updated to more convenient one.

Pros: Everything was as perfect as could be. Staff, facilities, building; everything. Our initially-booked room wasn't available upon our arrival. We were offered a king sized room for only 10 Euros more per night and took it in a heartbeat. No regrets. If every hotel were this good the world would be a better place.
Cons: What didn't I like? That I could only spend one night here. I hope we can make it back to Tallinn someday, and if we do, we're coming right back to the Telegraaf without hesitation.

Pros: we got upgraded for some reason to a suite. Staff very friendly And spoke excellent English. Wonderful breakfast and excellent restaurant. Great location. Would go again.
Cons: There is a very late night night club across the street and there was street noise all night but only a problem if you left your windows open. We slept fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay! We were in Tallinn for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff at Savoy Boutique made us feel very welcome. There was even a dessert platter and a little note congratulating us when we came up to our room. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows (in case you have any special requests, there's a pillow menu you can choose from). The bathroom was pleasant with a large bath and excellent L'occitane toiletries. The location of the hotel in the old town is perfect. Parking was a breeze - we thought we would need to go to a nearby shopping mall to park our car after checking in, but it turned out the hotel has a courtyard for parking just about 30 seconds from the entrance, which is an amazing perk in any old town city center. The welcome drinks and breakfast also contributed to a pleasant stay. We're very grateful to the staff for making our stay pleasant and relaxing, and when we come to Tallinn for a special occasion again we'll make sure to stay here.
