People very helpful, food adequate, entertainment not accessed. Overnight flight, very calm, lights out completely.

My original flight was canceled. Despite the crew have helped all the passengers, the ones that were flighting straight to Bogota were the last one in the list of priority. And the case was simple to solve - just reallocate us to the next flight available and send us to the hotel. I understand the priority are the ones with layover/connection, but if the protocol for the ones going straight is the same for everyone, it was better if the crew told us since the beginning. It could have saved time for us.

It’s a new plane, but the most important detail is that the economy class seat doesn't recline—it’s completely fixed. The only one that reclines is in Comfort Class.

I like the crew who were very helpful in ensuring documents were in order and problems resolver in a timely manner. However I did not like the fact that I had to have my checked bag inspected.I was concerned I would have missed my flight. I was also trying to check in online only to realise that was not possible.

The seats were uncomfortable and barely reclined at all. Very little leg room despite being business class. The crew was friendly and the food was good. Had to use my own phone for in-flight entertainment.

Boarding was excessively slow. They do it by groups in a way that it doesn’t make sense. After business class , ppl that need assistance and any other priority group they should have ppl board from the back to the front. First rows 20+. Then 15+. Then 10, etc. having ppl sitting in the back board last makes no sense. The libe backame long as soon as ppl on rows 10 or so where told to board. The line went all the way up the ramp and tunnel for 25 mins.

Late departure. When the flight arrived in Medellin the plane sat at the gate for 20 minutes waiting for a bus for us to get off the plane.

The connection time is too short to pass through customs and once you do clear customs the connecting flight is in another terminal that is not close.

I was surprised that they didn’t offer drinks at least even though it was an international flight.

Terrible. Flight was delayed without explanation, airplane was in poor condition (old, dirty) and crew was not in a good mood.
