We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.
I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...
It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.
I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time
The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.
One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.
The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.
Honestly, best experience I've had with an airline in recent memory. Flight was on time, comfortable seats, snacks and entertainment was top notch.
Easy boarding in group 2. Landed 1/2 hr early. Delicious cookie snack.
By in large it was a good experience. The flight crew was great and that's the most important to me. Boarding was fine.
Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.
Planes were on time, we were offered opportunities to take seats in exit aisles that had better leg room, tasks offs and landings were smooth, we were kept informed of flight status
It was ok until we got to DC and I wanted to use my United Club pass and the snobbish receptionist said that they don’t take one pass. It took me everything itch of patience not to tell her off
You could have been ON TIME! And I was miffed because I spent an extra $82 to get my seat and the steward put a woman from the back in my aisle for nothing because her movies wouldn’t work. I’ll try that next time and save $82!
It was your usual flight. Nothing exemplary. Due to turbulance, the drinks were served 20 min before landing. Meh.

Would be nice if you didn’t charge so much for seats, the only reasonable price were middle seats. Also makes it hard to sit with your partner. The movie selection and sound is very poor.
5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.
Horrible that they pack so many children onto a 10h flight.
I am a frquent flyer with AC.. quality service is always on par.
No food on this short flight No entertainment, not even a USB to charge a phone or use a tablet.
Food in Air Canada can always be better. Processed packaged foods are so 80s.
For such a series of long flights the crew was attentive and professional. I would fly Air Canada anytime I get the opportunity.

The flight was good, but it was delayed several times, we were supposed to board at 10:15, and we didn’t board until 11:30.
Flight was good. They offer only soft drinks not even a small snack as most airlines offer.
We only have pretzels to eat besides the meals served. The bathrooms should be cleaned more often as the floor was so wet.
The crew on this flight were attentive, efficient and friendly. It really made for an enjoyable flight.
Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.
Connecting British Airways flight was 29 hours delayed so I never made it on this plane
Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu. I found it impossible to check in online. The website sent you round and round a loop. The only way to break the loop was to view and change your advance personal details.
It was below average experience overall. They did not have my food choice which was selected a month ago for 8+ hour flight. After landing I waited to collect my bag but my bag did not come and I wasn’t told it was delayed or lost. I had to find someone to help me to locate it and it was sent through next flight. Overall I would say at wasn’t very good experience
Maybe less gate changes for connecting flight; which almost made me miss my second flight even though I had 3 hrs layover.
We paid to upgrade to business class as it was an overnight flight but were seated next to a couple with a baby that cried most of the night. One flight attendant member, an older female, was very grumpy. The rest of the crew were fine. The flight was fine, Baggage collection was also good.

They canceled my flight denver-London I end up leaving day earlier and missed all my work commitments and had 10 minutes to pack.
