While booking I tried to buy luggage allowance. Impossible. Hence at check-in Cebu Pacific unpleasant staff charged me US$55 on top of a $100 fare for my normal suitcase of clothes. The worst theft in my travel history of 110 countries world wide. Shameless greed and extortion once they have your trapped. It gets worse. Due family reasons I needed to fly home a couple days early, having every reason to believe my ticket was flexible. Nowhere did it say otherwise, nor did the booking site warn me. But rudely I was told too bad, zero flexibility. ZERO! They had empty seats on many suitable flights, just wanted to steal my return ticket, simple. Theft. Extortion. The worst imaginable. I went ahead and bought a 2nd return ticket with Philippines Airlines (far far superior airline). My Cebu Pacific seat was zero refund and was sold to someone else I guess. Too bad for Stupid Mr Customer (me) who mistakenly flies Cebu Pacific! NEVER EVER FLY CEBU PACIFIC! This 71-year-old 110-country travel veteran has warned you factually. An utterly disgusting company whose staff indifferently spits in the face of customers, the rudeness is delivered in a could-not-care-less tone followed by a hang up the phone after saying "No way, it's impossible speak to the travel agent for help. good-bye. Click."

Its a shame—Singapore is a first-class city and its people are beautiful; except for one zealous person who made it her goal to ruin Singapore. Cebu Pacific (MNL) required our umbrella to be checked-in without incurring additional expense since it does not make sense to charge us because the umbrella price is way less than the shipping cost. However, Cebu Pacific (SGN) Counter Supervisor was rigid and unprofessional; she wouldn’t listen to reasons and logic. She said that this is SGN and not MNL and therefore, its totally different. She was correct because we were able to go home and security did not say anything about our umbrella. Basically, we do not have to check-in our umbrella in the first place. But the Supervisor was adamant and combative regarding our umbrella. We told her we’ll just throw it in the trash can instead of shipping it.

Decent entertainment system and choices.

Poor quality headphones - jacks are often messed up make sure you have your own. Got food poisoning on Muscat to Paris flight - other than that the food tended to be quite bland. Need to give out more water on flight to combat dehydration as well. Stopping in Muscat's terminal was like a time warp back to a 1970s mall. Also no direct connection to terminal, planes park out on tarmac and take people on 1 km bus ride to connect to terminal. Legroom was pretty tight but not horrid Never thought I would be as happy to get back to Manila!

One bathroom was out of order so there were often long waiting times. Nor were the bathroom engagement lights working so it appeared to be vacant when it was occupied. Food and announcements were too frequent for a late night flight - only 2 hours to sleep on a 6 hour overnight flight.

Unforeseen luggage charges that were way too expensive. Would not have flown the airline had I realized they charged for luggage on international flights. The charge was about $150, for the same luggage I brought with me for free on two prior international flights that were part of the same trip, on much better airlines for about the same ticket price. I could have tolerated a charge of $50, but I found $150 to be outrageous. Seats were narrow, legs hit the back of the seat in front. No need for such a configuration, since the flight was only 1/3 full. I won't fly Cebu Pacific again. Congratulations, you lost my business.

While booking I tried to buy luggage allowance. Impossible. Hence at check-in Cebu Pacific unpleasant staff charged me US$55 on top of a $100 fare for my normal suitcase of clothes. The worst theft in my travel history of 110 countries world wide. Shameless greed and extortion once they have your trapped. It gets worse. Due family reasons I needed to fly home a couple days early, having every reason to believe my ticket was flexible. Nowhere did it say otherwise, nor did the booking site warn me. But rudely I was told too bad, zero flexibility. ZERO! They had empty seats on many suitable flights, just wanted to steal my return ticket, simple. Theft. Extortion. The worst imaginable. I went ahead and bought a 2nd return ticket with Philippines Airlines (far far superior airline). My Cebu Pacific seat was zero refund and was sold to someone else I guess. Too bad for Stupid Mr Customer (me) who mistakenly flies Cebu Pacific! NEVER EVER FLY CEBU PACIFIC! This 71-year-old 110-country travel veteran has warned you factually. Its a shame—Singapore is a first-class city and its people are beautiful; except for one zealous person who made it her goal to ruin Singapore. Cebu Pacific (MNL) required our umbrella to be checked-in without incurring additional expense since it does not make sense to charge us because the umbrella price is way less than the shipping cost. However, Cebu Pacific (SGN) Counter Supervisor was rigid and unprofessional; she wouldn’t listen to reasons and logic. She said that this is SGN and not MNL and therefore, its totally different. She was correct because we were able to go home and security did not say anything about our umbrella. Basically, we do not have to check-in our umbrella in the first place. But the Supervisor was adamant and combative regarding our umbrella. We told her we’ll just throw it in the trash can instead of shipping it.

Can't think of anything I liked.

Unforeseen luggage charges that were way too expensive. Would not have flown the airline had I realized they charged for luggage on international flights. The charge was about $150, for the same luggage I brought with me for free on two prior international flights that were part of the same trip, on much better airlines for about the same ticket price. I could have tolerated a charge of $50, but I found $150 to be outrageous. Seats were narrow, legs hit the back of the seat in front. No need for such a configuration, since the flight was only 1/3 full. I won't fly Cebu Pacific again. Congratulations, you lost my business.
