Very very bad experience, crew is rude, our zumzum was not brought. Flight was not smooth. Quality of food is very very poor
Fantastic experience flying from Muscat to Islamabad with Fly Jinnah. Great check-in, crew, I sat in the emergency exit row so plenty of space, no issues with baggage. Boarding was prompt and we landed early. What more could you ask for? Fabulous trip, and outstanding value for money.
The staff were fantastic and the food was tasty. My check in experience was good too.
The on boarding process at the airport was confusing with no order set in place. So passengers were creating their own lines. Taking the bus to the plane as a bit cumbersome. Once in the plane, the flight attendants were tentative and friendly. Seats were comfortable and food was okay.
Old 777 on this route uncomfortable and in need of updating.
Service was great. Food was perfect. My mom needed a wheelchair and I was worried that I will miss the connecting flight. Emirates ground staff and wheelchair staff ensured we get to our gate on time.
Business boarding is too messy, if can be systematic will be better
Offboarding in Dubai was a bit confusing. The bus dropped us off, we passed the security, and then we were again in departure, no clue, no guidance on where to get our luggage
The plane was old so the entertainment system was difficult to operate. The crew did advise earlier. The plane was landed and parked away from the gates, which added 20+ mins to the overall arrival

The ground staff on Islamabad is horrible. The on board services are excellent.
Seat and leg space is much better than the Qatar airline. The crew I would like to say is not meeting the requirements of emirates airlines cause it almost 20 years I am flying with emirates this time I really feel that crew is not behaving well someone asked for water waited more than 30 minutes and there are more incidents in this flight.
A group of people cut the check-in line and they were entertained by Airblue staff.

Aircraft condition is better than of PIA, full flight yet crew managed all well, boating and departure was on time… Kayak time however was inaccurate, Kayak shows the flight were retimed to afternoon 2pm but it was on time…

The flight from Gilgit to Islamabad was cancelled. I had to arrange alternate transportation to Islamabad that took over 12 hours drive over a dangerous mountain pass with mudslides that were still being cleared as we drove. Could I please be given a refund for this cancelled flight?
Poor also they kelt changing dates of ticket! Not recommended
I am very certain that the food on this flight caused food poisoning.

They didnt chack the vise for Vietnam (they chaked but sad its was great and then when web had problem, NO Service they didnt unser my messes
Kayak offered terrible customer service. The 2nd of 3 flights were cancelled and it took me an hour on the phone to try to cancel the other 2. I had to call back later to get someone to assist. I was calling internationally and an already stressful situation was made worse.
Moderate carrier , one of the flight attendant crashed my leg with the food table and never bothered to apologia but give you a lecture about how to sit in your seat.

If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.
Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.
This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.
The only highlight on this flight was the taste of the food, which was surprisingly good. Everything else was below average, and the cabin crew service especially stood out for being slow and inattentive. We were surrounded by toddlers/babies and it made our 4 hour flight feel like 10 hours. Granted, that's not the airline's fault, but it added to the overall subpar experience.
Second-row economy doesn't have leg space if you are 6 feet
