Cons: "Onboarding was ridiculous. They merged two gates together with no instructions to the large crowd of people boarding the plane. We were scheduled to start boarding at a certain time and we didn’t actually board until 45 minutes later. When we asked the attendants when we would begin boarding and did they have any instructions they were extremely rude, laughing with one another and taking selfies. When we we asked for the third time they brushed us off with a time frame. It was extremely disappointing."

Cons: "carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways (Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes, so the carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on Qatar on purpose or by engineering error, and I will not fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class passengers. Entertainment computer (Android based system) ran slow and out of memory at times. Seats were not comfortable for 12hrs flight. My butt was starting to hurt. I did not have this issues on Emirates flights."

I and a random group of passengers were made to wait with no explanation AFTER our electronics were already cleared to go through yet another security check. They said we were selected for screening but all the other people they took before us were screened the exact same way. It was stressful and traumatizing to stand for 45 minutes with no clear explanation. The crew were clearly new at their job or ill trained. On top of that they consistently ran out of food they were serving and was forced to take the vegetarian option when it's not what I wanted. I could not wait to leave Doha and exit Qatar airways. I hated my experience traveling with Qatar. It was stressful and traumatic. I want a full refund. I will also be advising all my friends to never fly Qatar. It was the WORST!"

I purchased a multi-trip and failed to used the ticket I purchased because I had to leave Qatar early since the person I was staying with was disorganized and flew out the country. I then purchased a different ticket with another airline because it was cheaper. Since I did that, they cancelled my whole trip. HOW? And I payed for a service I clearly didn't receive. As a result, stranded, I had to pay an additional $1,125 for a one way ticket home - more than my original round trip multi flight purchase."

Then was told my luggage may not be in Abu Dhabi when I arrive, which it was not. My paid for seat wasn't available and had to sit in the back. Had to fill out a lost luggage report in Abu Dhabi. Was promised my luggage by 4:30 pm . Didn't receive it until 2:30 am next day. Missed my whole first day of vacation as I had no clothes , toiletries, etc . Very angry, and feel I should get a substantial discount on my next flight in March to Dubai. Totally unacceptable !!!!!!!"

I confirmed the wheelchair option well advance before her travel date in Qatar Airways Web site. I got the confirmation also in the Qatar Airways Web site. Movie selection on flight is limited and the seating needs more leg room. I think this airline has the least amount of leg room."

Several procedures were done multiple times (swiping computers/cameras/children's toys.) Security personnel didn't explain differences in protocol to other flights/check-in procedures which led to high frustration, e.g., families were separated for individual screenings/pat downs without asking where our small child should go. There were no bathrooms or concessions in the last section where people were waiting right before boarding the flight."

Cons: "The flight from Cairo was delayed so we were running late. The royal Jordanian staff seemed to not care at all. They did not notify the crew on the flight from Amman to nyc. They did not try to expedite our journey through the Amman airport or even walk us to the gate. We waited in multiple lines for royal Jordanian staff to "look at our papers." They were not even aware that the nyc flight was taking off. All this resulted in us missing the flight to nyc and being stuck in Amman for 24 hours. The royal Jordanian staff did not seem to care or take any responsibility for this. I will never fly royal Jordanian again. Nor will I ever recommend this airline to anyone I know."

Finally landed stuck on the ground in the plane 50 minutes before we got to the gate. Plane landed at 420pm and I didn’t get my bag until almost 7 pm. Once in the plane, the flight entertainment was poor, didn't work and staff said it was too busy to help us out in putting our stuff on the overhead compartment or even giving us the beer we wanted despite having our choice In front of us."

Your handlers ruined our trip.How can you allow thieves to do this especially with TSA supposedly there monitoring it? I want a claim form sent to me ASAP so I can recover my goods. When we explained how difficult it would be to catch another flight to Denver from NY with it being the weekend, and attempting to get a flight to another airport with higher chances of getting us home, their customer service rep informed us that as long as they 'fulfilled their contract' to get us to NY, it wasn't really their problem how we got home (or couldn't get home) after that."

While I understand that seats are made for the "average passenger" and at 5'2" I am on the very low end of that, seat was very uncomfortable with a metal bar higher than the seat cushion poking forward where the cushion met the seatback. The temperature was extremely variable and when my seat mates who did not speak English very well tried to flag a flight attendant down to get an extra blanket, the flight attendants actively ignored them, so I hit my assistance button and my light went on, then after some time it went off again without our being helped so I hit it again about 10 minutes later and my light went on again but was again ignored. Then the attendants started selling things from the flight magazine and looked the other way as they went by my hopeful beacon. When they finally did get to me, I got a curt "I'll see if there is anything I can do" and she went off, returning 5 minutes later with one blanket when there were two people. Later on I saw her give blankets to others, and I found that strange."

Cons: "The seats are so close together the seats are actually painful. I'm 6 ft tall and my boyfriend is 6 3". A very short lady in front of us leaned all the way back and caused such major discomfort my boyfriend had to push her forward. She then complained even tho she visibly had a lot of space. We requested an upgrade from gate crew and flight crew upon boarding but were told the flight was full even though multiple seats were available. Will not fly British Airways again."

By that time, it was past 11;30pm and everyone was dead tired, when the flight had been supposed to land at 7:25pm. I think the blame is to be laid on the JFK installations. Everywhere I travel in Europe, airports are in brand new condition, and not only departure areas like in the US. No wonder baggage delivery was a mess after just a little snow/"

Cons: "The flight from ivano Frankivsk landed in kyiv at 8am local time, the next flight from Kyiv to NY was scheduled for 11am, however it was postponed until 7pm due to lack of functioning airplanes according to the dispatcher. We had to wait at the airport for a flight from Asia to arrive so that plane could be cleaned up and used for my flight. There was no hotel or food offered during 9 hour delay window in Kyiv, if you wanted something - you had to pay out of pocket which is ridiculous, hundreds of people were delayed so there was no room in the general waiting area, 9 hours of sitting on the floor for $1200, how about that? Ridiculous service at the customs, been pulled aside for a detailed exam 5 times, basically every 30-60feet, staff is extremely rude, very poor customer service.. disgusted by the experience with Ukrainian Airlines."

Compared to the Airlines I would rank Ukraine Airlines at the bottom. 1) I have never been on one Ukraine airlines that has the ability for a passenger to charge a cellphone or any other electronic device in the seating area oh the plane. Ukraine Airlines might be the only International Airline that does not have this. How can you not have this option for passengers in 2018 when you know people are using laptops and cell phones more than ever? This is unacceptable. 2) there are no television options on the headrest for passengers. Again, I do not know of any other International Airline that is not allow each passenger the ability to watch movies in front of their seats. The movie option for Ukraine Airlines is extremely outdated. 3) when taking the international flight from New York to Kiev, the food option is not good. It is only one Hot meal served. To give passengers a cold sandwich as a first option on an 8hr international flight is acceptable. It appears to me that Ukraine Airlines is 10 or 15 years outdated. I travel to Ukraine often and I do as much as I can to avoid your airline. Also whenever I'm talking to passengers in other airports and even passengers boarding Airlines we all talk the same about your airline. Most people are disappointed with your Airlines but have to use it because scheduling etc."

The flight is extremely tight with little room to move. If I was not flying with someone I knew it would be extremely uncomfortable as you are shoulder to shoulder with the person next to you (me and my friend are both tiny and we just fit in the seats). The space is just OK if it were a domestic or short flight of 3 hours or so, but it should be illegal to put that many people on a flight across the ocean. There are no videos behind your seat so you have to watch what they choose on the few videos hanging from the ceiling. The staff were not very friendly. Plane was not well kept and the plane is old."

Most domestic flight planes that I've flown are MUCH better than this; no TV, no legroom, and you had to buy drinks. The food looked like diarrhea and my grapes had mold on them. Also, the flight attendants were so rude to guests. I will NEVER fly this airline again."

I tried to call customer service of UIA to ask what I should do in a case like this do I have to pay for a new ticket or I have any options. I was on phone for more than 20 minutes no one pick up the phone. What if it's an emergency and no one is available it's insane. I came to airport and stuff/employees of airport who are supposedly have to help you and actually take care of you if you are late or at least explain what should I do and where should I go.I was late and I couldn't find the boarding for my flight cause they already finished checking in people. Well I asked one of the employee for help so this lady sent me somewhere through the whole hall to the windows which were already closed I told her that I am super late and I am not going to make it. When I run there everything was closed the window next to it was different airlines but I saw a register girl so I asked for help what should I do my check in is over so the blond lady yelled at me that she is busy and have her things to do this is not nice. I run to the other employee she sent me somewhere else and the line is huge to get to register window and people are mad that I am trying to go in front of them without waiting for my turn I tried to explain that my flight is about to depart. So for my opinion these employees over there mostly don't know their duties they make you run for no reason when I explained my situation somebody should have taken me personally to a right check in window so I can faster get my boarding pass without making other people angry. I am not satisfied with their service in the airport, they are rude and not polite!!!"

An hour before we were due to board the plane we found out about the delay due to techical issues/ plane rotation, i.e. a problem entirely of UIA's own making. Second, zero customer service for our options as passengers to reschedule, re-route, or be reimbursed for our 7 hour delay (delays over 5 hours allow for full refunds according to UIA's own Air Passenger Rights on their website). Third a promised lunch during the delay was itself also delayed, this time by an hour an a half. Fourth, the flight experience itself. A 10.5 hour flight with no in seat monitors, no complementary beverages (only water), no pillow, horrible food, broken seats, no usb ports for charging devices, and freezing cabin conditions. I would hands down never fly with UIA again in my life."

Also, there wasn't anyone at the gate until it was time to board to discuss seating changes and then I was told it wasn't possible but maybe I could buy a "comfort seat," which the gate agent didn't know if there were any or how much they are. For my transatlantic flight that meant 55 euro for the bulk head. That's basic info the gate agent should have known."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for 4 hours for "technical reasons." I didn't get any email alert to warn me about the delay so I arrived at the airport and had to wait for 6 hours there. When we arrived on the runway at our destination we had to sit waiting for 40 minutes. The plane's seats are excruciatingly narrow, there are no personal entertainment consoles, and the food is similar to that found in a Soviet cafeteria. Communication with passengers was disorganized and ineffective."

The customer service rep who was the transfer agent when we arrived in Kiev from Dubai was so rude and dismissive. She could not tell us what time we were now going to arrive in NYC. I contacted the airline 2 months before our departure & asked for a window & a middle seat together. I received an email confirmation with the assigned seats I requested. However, the agent handed me tickets with two separate middle seats! I advised her that i had already reserved seats together months ago & she told me too bad, they can change our seats if they wanted to! I was completely shocked that they gave our seats away & at how rudely she treated us. We also tried to ask another agent at the gate what time we would now be landing in NYC (because we were clearly going to miss our connecting flight and needed to make arrangements) He was even more rude to us than the first agent! He said "how am I supposed to know that" then he said he couldn't help us and he needed us to move out of the line. When we asked if he could possibly look it up on his computer he completely ignored us & started talking to the person in line behind us. I was shocked at how bad we were treated & how little the agents knew. We finally found an information desk and one woman told us the flight time was 3 hours. When we told her that it took us over 9 hours to get to Kiev the week before, she then said it was an 8 hour flight. Needless to say it was actually a 10 hour flight. We were told that the reason the flight was delayed almost 4 hours was because the plane would not be getting to the airport until the new scheduled departure time due to delays in another city. Well we witnessed the plane in the gate more than 2 hours before we loaded. It was there the entire time, so that was obviously a lie. The seats were tiny and cramped and they do not have individual TVs. So uncomfortable for 10 hours! Since we missed our connecting flight in NYC, there were no more flights leaving that day so we had to stay the night and fly stand-by the next morning. All the flights were full due to it being the holidays so it took us over 45 hours to get home. Thank god that we were flying on Southwest Airlines from NYC to ABQ. They were so helpful and made sure to get us on whatever flight they could to get us home. Thankfully they had great customer service and were at least able to make the end of our journey a little bit better. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER fly with Ukraine Int. Airlines, no matter how cheap the ticket is. Spend a little more money on go on a reputable airline that will at a minimum have basic customer service. The boarding was a disaster as they kicked everyone out of the holding area and then made us all reenter after they checked us all off a list. We then stood in another line to board. We left even later than the new scheduled time."

Revived an automatic respond but that's it. Luckily was flying through Kyiv and was able to speak with an airline representative and arrange my connecting flight. Representative suggested to add me to a 10+pm flight (I would land in Nyc at 4:35pm). After keep asking to look for other, possible earlier, flights I was rescheduled for a 6:45pm flight. However, once landed in Nyc I was asked to find a crew member before leaving the plane. Once I did, I was told that I got rescheduled once again to a 10:20pm flight (5 hours of waiting). When I asked why was I rebooked again without my notice, they didn't explain and then I asked if there are other earlier flights - I was told yes there are but they won't make any other changes to my travels. Pros: "It was completely great and the price was awesome!!"

Cons: "My Flight was delayed almost 10 hours without any explanation or assistance. After a few hours i was offered a meal that looked even less appealing than the in-flight meals offered. I spent my day sleeping on an airport bench and trying to replan my business activities that were delayed due to this flight. Will not use this travel agency or airline again."

Cons: "Cabin far too hot. Plane was old and showing its age."

Cons: "The flight was interminably long with so many crying children who would shriek at 3 minute intervals. The person sitting next to me was so large that I could not put the armrest down in the middle and he had the entirety of his leg pressed against mine for the duration of the flight. The food was horrible and gave me stomach problems. The airplane was old and seemed rickety. The in-flight service were 3 movies put on sequentially over a tiny central monitor which were subbed in Chinese."
