Pros: "Amazing flight and service. Would fly Emirates all the time if I could."
Cons: "Requested an aisle seat at the front or an emergency seat and got neither. I could hardly move my long legs. That the flight was long did not help matters. I was sandwiched between two other travelers on a three-seater arrangement. Again, is it just on flights to Kenya or other African countries that passengers DO NOT receive the travel pouch?"
Pros: "The food was pretty good and the one ICE video center that was working offered a ton to watch."
Cons: "On a 13-hour flight, the video center is your main source of not losing your mind. Truly disappointing when you pay for the extra leg room in an exit row and you can’t watch any videos. Unfortunately, the ICE video center was broken on the way to Dubai also. In addition, the flight crew lets people stand around in front of you which reduces the extra leg room you pay a hefty price for. What’s the point of charging over $700 for this added “luxury” on each of your flights from JFK to Male, Maldives when you can’t use it. Emirates is nice, but didn’t reach the expectations they set."

Pros: "The plane was comfortable. The headrest was great and the seat pitch and recline were decent. I was able to sleep better with Swiss than with other airlines like Lufthansa or Delta. They are much better overall for sure. The food and staff were excellent! The food quality is very good compared to the other airlines. The cabin crew are always passing around water and chocolates throughout the flight. They were friendly and helpful as well. The pilots were also very good. We had no rough turbulence and their landing skills were amazing."
Cons: "The boarding procedures could be improved. They don't have zones and everybody just line up. Families with small children are not accomodated first."
Had a bitter experience with RJ, and had the challenge to login to account no information about what went wrong and not being able to select the food option after check-in flight they don't have any vegetarian food option on the flight, and they told us to have to select the food option before boarding :( i had the challenge of login into my account, with explaining all the details to crew members they told they don't have any vegetarian food to serve for my entire family throughout the journey and my baggage does not arrive to the destination on time. Overall its very bad experience for my entire family
Their website has been created for better use by individuals and it does not allow me to create an account to manage the bookings and food options. the flight crew does not have any option for vegetarians their default option is non-veg if a person has a technical reason to connect their account they have no food choice during the entire journey. mine have a bad experience from DXB to JFK such a long drive with 2 kids.

Our departing flight was delayed two hours, just sitting on the runway without the screens turned on to let us watch anything. Cons: "This was a codeshare flight operated by British Airways. The plane was an older, uncomfortable 747-400. I'm not sure how old it was, but there were ashtrays affixed to the doors of the bathrooms. It departed and arrived close to an hour late. There were also a number of hyper social passengers onboard who gathered in the aisle or near the exit doors drinking liberally and socializing loudly. While the excellent flight crew tried to manage them, they were undeterred. Food was mediocre. My entertainment screen didn't work, the passenger in front of me fully reclined their seat prior to takeoff (during the delay) and didn't return it to upright until moments before landing. All and all an unpleasant journey."
Pros: "Boarding was quick and well organized. The plane was clean and prepared with blankets and pillows. Updated movies and entertainment."
Cons: "We missed our connection and british had booked us automatically on the next available flight which was helpful. However--- we paid to pick our seats and we got stuck in both middle seats. I also got skipped on the first round of beverage service. The entire crew was congregated in the middle part and when they finally made their way back to the cabin for trash I asked the flight attendant if I could please get a beverage as I was skipped. He said yes let me gather this trash and ill be back. He never returned. Then everyone was served their meals and I then was also skipped. Flight crew congregated again in the middle and my sister and I had to wave our hands up in the air to grab anyone's attention so I could get my meal. At that point they were out of the vegetarian option and I got a small oh we didn't mean to skip you comment. Pretty disappointed with this flight."

Cons: "Because of technical difficulties, we had to get off the plane after having boarded so it left with 1h30 delay. That can happen to everyone though but that's not it. On the plane, after having paid for specific seats, the entertainment system did not work as well as the individual lights despite the crew knowing about it. When we notified them, all they said was "Oh! Someone should've told you. Sorry." The one in charge of the crew offered us champagne but never came back with it. So with my girlfriend, we spent 8 hours from London to NYC in darkness with no entertainment despite having paid for it. Finally, I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for 3 weeks now and I still haven't gotten a hold of anyone."
Pros: "Ground staff in London was amazing! The flight from Barcelona to London was delayed because of weather condition. Once we arrived in London the ground staff made sure all of us (almost 20 people, lots of kids) could get the flight connection to JKF. The shuttle bus was already waiting for us, the ground staff indicated to us the faster way to get to our gate after passing through security checking. Everybody could get the JFK flight!"
Cons: "I'm gluten intolerant and there was no gluten free snack!!! Lunch was served as soon as the plane took off, but for the next 5h of flight nothing else was served. I asked if they had some gluten free snack, they told me there were going to check, but they never got back to me with an answer. I was starving arriving in NY. Aircraft was too old and it didn't have USB charger. And the individuals screens were also too old and had really bad quality for watching movies! It seemed that I was in a flight from 20 years ago!"

Then we went to board far later than we were supposed to. After boarding the plane we sat for easily a half hour not moving with no information. Then find out there is scheduled maintenance which would be another hour. AC was shut off and got hot. Started to deplane but we were in back and didn't make it because they reveresed their decision. Got back on and said we would be leaving shortly. In all we say on the plane over 3 hours prior to take off. Never flying with your company again. Easily the worst experience flying ever."

Cons: "I had the worst experience at Kuwait airport. I traveled on 26 th of sept 2017 from Islamabad to Jfk.The way I was treated before boarding is something I never want to encounter in my life. I have to think twice now before traveling by Kuwait airways. Not only the ground is untrained they also seems very uneducated.. Preferences given to Kuwaities I thing that's why they are running the whole airline . Staff not sure how to run the body scanner discussing in front of me what to look for. Body patting three times still not sure what they looking for or how to do it. Talking and yelling staff blames you of carrying an American passport and getting benefit out of it by complaining the way you have been treated. You were treated much nicely and professionally at Shannon Airport. Worst Airport and worst ground staff to deal with."

Cons: "1. Had ordered Hindu Vegetarian meal at the time of reservation. Didn't have this meal onboard. 2. Passengers were senior citizens. The connecting flights at Kuwait did not have gate access, but instead had to use stairs to get off and on to the plane."

Cons: "Quite surprisingly, this leg of journey was not expected as it turned out. I always thought that US bound flights, no matter where they are flying from, are top notch. Unfortunately, in-flight service was very mediocre with rough, impolite and unfriendly eastern European stewardesses on flight ( they still need to come out of the behaviours of their Communist cultures which made them what they are). Again, food and beverage services were not the best. Airlines must make it regular practice to serve water frequently on long haul flights like these. Wouldn't probably fly with Kuwait Airways again unless really have to. The Kuwait Airport is not that organized for transits."
