SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.
Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.
Excellent service. I pre-ordered gluten intolerant meal and they handle it with care. They served me my meal before other people's to avoid crossed contamination. Thank you 🙏

Check in was easy through self-check-in kiosks just like domestic flights. Staff onboard were fantastic. Some "book the cook" good options weren't great, others really good. Entertainment options a bit limited to what I've experienced on Qantas. Overall a good flight though, especially for the price.
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
My experience with Scoot is very good. Will have no issue flying with Scoot again.

The flight was close to on time. My suitcase was not loaded in Bangkok and was delivered 24 hours later.

My experience with Emirates was very disappointing, particularly in how the disruption to my journey was handled. My connecting flight in Dubai was cancelled and I was provided overnight accommodation, but I was not advised that leaving the airport could affect duty-free items I had purchased at my original departure airport. When I returned for the rescheduled flight, the alcoholic beverages were confiscated. I was then initially refused boarding for my rescheduled flight, although this was eventually resolved. Onboard, I was allocated a next to a passenger who repeatedly shouted throughout the journey. I asked the senior cabin crew member to move me to vacant seats at the rear but was told they were reserved for crew. The same seats were only offered to me towards the end of the flight, when moving was of little benefit. I appreciate the hotel accommodation provided after the cancellation, but the overall handling, communication and customer service fell well below what I expected from Emirates. What began as a flight cancellation became a series of unnecessary inconveniences, financial loss and an extremely uncomfortable journey.

Everything is smooth and good. While cabin crew didn't wake me up for food. When I got up I asked for my meal then they simply replied I was sleep due to that reason they did not wake me up. In that case I suggest they must keep stickers to place on top wake up or DnD.

As always Emirates is always dependent on the crew you get on the day and today was a good one. Everyone knew what they were doing and gracefully without hesitation . Great conversation all round even about the food and wine.

Flight was cancelled without notification. Information on flight status was not available on Emirates's website.
We purchased extra legroom seats for both legs of flight through budget air. Seats were not honored by emirates. Had to spend frustrating hour to get seats we paid for on first leg to Dubai. Second leg to Jakarta were denied and had to sit in middle seat. Had to spend hour on phone yesterday to try to get refund. We’re told needed to send copies of boarding passes of which already threw away first leg boarding pass. Very very frustrating. This happened as well one year ago with emirates.
Ok Check in and boarding was horrible - every time 15 minutes delayed which was done 6/7 times Bags were delayed by 2 hours at Bali airport
Very god service with smile. Aircraft a bit old, TV doesn’t work, luckily we can use our mobile to connect to their TV.
Very pleased. Very professional and organized. Very clean aircraft. Efficient boarding and even a snack.
Would not fly again. Everything is sub par. Honestly not worth the price we paid. Would have rather flown Jetstar and saved the money.
Entertainment was poor at best. Very old movies and tv show and not really good ones .
It’s been a while and I saw lot of improvement. Flight was on time, friendly air crew, good food and comfy leg room.

On air services are excellent. The Garuda Lounge at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta International Airport need to have special management attention in cleanliness and the service quality.
I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. It doesn't seem like your company communicates well internally. Also from my end, I hope you have some clout to resolve things. That has to be part of the package you offer. Thank You, William Ashley
We were taking the flight MU 8649 from Shanghai to Osaka and the original boarding gate was 20 and we didn’t receive any notification or broadcast about gate changes, and by the time we missed the original boarding time we check thr electric board and realized the gate was changed to 208 Also the flight was delayed by almost an hour and the crew member didn’t provide any explanation, after we finally boarded the aircraft was very hot, the crew member told me the air conditioning was not working and tried to calm passages down by offering iced water, all of us sat in the aircraft for another 40 mins before it finally took off

Overall I had good experience with China Southern airline. Nothing to claim. I hoped they could improve the meal quality that is.
The airport didn‘t give me the ticket. I called customer service to ask for a refund but they kept giving me a perfunctory response and refused to refund me.
Not good - chair back could not move back for premium economy. Not worth the price
We were diverted to Chengdu, because of bad weather and finally made it to Chong King about 7 hours later
Flight canceled, but they didn't notify me. They arranged a nearby hotel and 4 meals for me to stay for 24 hours before I could board.
Wuhan - Dubai. Old plane: 1. Only USB charger. No power outlet to plug in.. 2. Super narrow seat layout 3. Toilet cover consistently fell down and hit my back when sitting on it.. :( 4. Entertainment system touch screen not sensitive, and need to press hard or use finger tips to hit. Crew were very nice and accommodating though.

The food was perfect. The boarding process is a bit long. Given the late boarding time, I felt very tired by the time I was seated.
I paid $110 for a seat located at the start of a section and therefor would not have a chair in front of it, but this is not what I received. The floor plan was different from when I booked my ticket. This is very disappointing and my money needs to be returned.
Flight was delayed in phases from 84ppm to 2am. And at 2am it was cancelled. Only refund option provided and no stay was provided. Poor communication throughout and shameless behaviour from the airline with no regard for seniors citizens and those travelling with children.

Flight leg to and from IAD/Delhi was good. The leg to and from Delhi/KTM was terrible.
Entertainment screens were either broken nor did not work. Also seat back did not work. Definitely not comfortable journey
Flight is 14 hrs DELAYED. TOOK US TO A HOTEL and kept there for 3 hrs and brought us back and again we have to stay for another 6 hrs waiting for flight. Harrowing experience.
Many TV screens were not working.In all vagetarian food paneer was there.So too much paneer.In connecting flight also paneer kathiroll.
The only good thing about this flight was that the air hostess was very professional and courteous. The flight was ancient with monitors not working, washrooms did not have soap in the liquid dispenser, while serving meals there was some malfunction in the oven due to which many passengers were furious as there food was delivered late.
Flight was delayed…seats were damaged, table for food damaged, along with tv’s devices not working again…2x in a row and have taken images for proof to submit this issue directly out to Air India teams
