Pros: The comfort in business class is wonderful, plenty of room, pretty good food, and an overall pleasant experience.

Cons: To say I didn't like the crew would be in accurate. I did like them, though there was a feeling warmth and welcoming that was missing from their demeanor. It may be cultural. While the food was pretty good, there's room for improvement.

Pros: My seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was great. I always love the food on Turkish Airline flights. Check in was easy.

Cons: The flight was 2 hours late. The attendants were a bit cranky....usually they are great on this flight.

Pros: Surprised to get a meal on such a short flight! Very good service.

Pros: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Cons: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Cons: Tried to book baggage and seats online for flight from Colombo to Sharjah but website wasn't working, so called their office in Colombo. Was told it was too late to book baggage so would have to pay more than double the regular charge. I explained repeatedly that I had tried to book it but the website was down but the lady on the phone completely ignored what I was saying. She then said I should have called them to report the problem - insinuating that it was somehow my fault that their website wasn't working. Quite an interesting twist on 'customer service' in a service industry company. Nothing in the email I received from them stated what to do should their waist fail; no number to call, no procedure, nothing. I had to take a 1-hour trip into the city to speak to them directly at their office. The lady there I spoke with simply made a few mouse clicks and the problem was solved. This of course begs the question of why that couldn't have been done over the phone. The lady on the phone put me on hold for over 10 minutes, clearly hoping that I would give up and hang up. Air Arabia should fire this person immediately as she has no business being in the customer service industry if she is going to be so insulting to a paying customer. As a member of the company she sheds a horrible and unprofessional light on it.

Pros: Crew was very nice but was overworked. Took close to an hour for food service. There was no sound from the arm system. Started with some music then it stop. Seat felt like it needed replacement. Sagged in middle.

Pros: The staff onboard is great. That is the only thing I have to say about this airline in a positive light. I will not use them again.

Cons: no entertainment, no food (without paying high prices for). I will not use this airline again

Cons: they put my hand luggage in check-in luggage and broken my hand bag it was brand new was 100 usd price .when i complain at Nairobi about it they refuse to take my complain .can i get compensation for that ?

Pros: Very comfortable business class. Amazing food prepared on board. Flight crew was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The business class lounge in Istanbul was amazing as well, 2 stories tall with food, drink and entertainment everywhere. Golf simulator, slot cars etc!!!

Cons: Many flights were grounded for several hours because of some airline operational glitch. We were provided with no information or guidance about how to resume our travels. As we tried to sort ourselves out we were sent from lineup to lineup without much progress or friendly service.

NEVER flying with Air Arabia again and I recommend everyone else spend a little more money to fly with another airline to avoid the hastle this airline will without a doubt put you through. I have submitted a complaint with Air Arabia, let us see if they even reply
