Cons: IPlease update your record they do not provide coffee makers as other Adina did. (This is the 7th occasion I stayed with Adina) They would charge €8 per day. Also, they have microwave instead of oven as Adina Berlin Mitte. I am also annoyed when I could not get into my room just because the bill had reached €1,000 which is not an unaffordable sum if you have to stay for 9 nights.

Pros: Warm, friendly and professional welcome from the staff. The hotel is located just off gendarmenmarkt, not too far from the ubahn. Room was a little small but just enough to open my cases and comfortably move around. Bed was comfortable, nicely decorated. Gym was excellent, one of the best in any hotel with more than 25 machines. And the hamman was outstanding and is a must visit. I have stayed in several hotels in the area and overall I like this one the most and it's priced lower.

Cons: When we booked we requested single beds as we were a party on mother daughter and two sons. When we arrived there we were in double beds which was disappointing. The beds were large and comfortable however so it was ok. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I expected a big variety it was at best a 4 star standard. That was the main reason I booked it so my sons could get a good start to the day. I would not go back there for that though. The hotel restaurant was very expensive and as we didn’t arrive til 9 pm we had to go out and look for a restaurant. There were very few restaurants in the area and all were closed so we had to eat in McDonald’s which was very disappointing. However in general the location was really good. Pros: I've been here a couple times before -- but they were super helpful to us this time, they helped us massively with our luggage. We were moving to an apartment across the street but couldn't meet with our land lady until the following morning. They let us store a bunch of enormous bags on their baggage cart overnight & they even repositioned them so it was easier to use the cart to get over to our new home!

Pros: The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated and clean, plus it is in a great part of town. It's not on a busy street, but within walking distance of all of the must see things in town. We were also happy that they had a private parking garage because even though it was pricey (18 euros per day), it was nice knowing that our car was safe. The breakfast spread was fantastic! We all really looked forward to breakfast each day.

Cons: On arrival night, the male receptionist was not polite and accommodating. The next morning after arriving, we arrived very late at night, Room services staff woke us up at 9 in the morning. Only then we noticed a sign which shall be posted on the outside for do not disturb. In any Hotel room service does not interfere so early. There are 2 tv's in the room, when changes programs on one, they changes to the other too. When you turn off the TV in the bedroom area, automatically turns on the TV in the seating area, so you need to get out of bed to turn it off. Kitchen area has just only one large, approx. 5l, boiling pan. And that's 2 people, really? It took us a long time to cook 2 eggs. The cooker rings are not suitable for such a large pot. In the bathroom on the sink only 1 glass (for 2 people).

Cons: The layout of the restaurant for breakfast is a disaster. It is impossible to get anything from the food area without dodging, bumping into, and/or colliding with at least six other guests. If you enjoy an early morning game of "kabaddi" then this may well be the hotel for you. Also, no pastries/croissants - very surprised about that. The air conditioning is noisy and fairly ineffectual.

Very good breakfast, may be some fish could be offered additionally, but it was really good also without fish :) rooms are very clean, tv shows also music channel, what usually is not available. Rooms are not big, rather small, but I was fine with this anyway - just I know that some people hate small rooms:). Personal was good, but if comparing with other hotels, the hospitality was not on the same level, but still was very good. All in all everything was fine. And yes, I was so lucky and pleased that they did the early check in at 10am! So, it is highly recommended, especially for tourists. However I was there for business trip.

Cons: As I didn't like to have my room cleaned every day on two occasions we put the do not disturb sign on the door as we knew we would be returning to the hotel a few times during the day, this lead to a notice on the door on the second occasion, we felt this rude as it made us feel we were breaking some rules by not letting the maids in for a day. I also found the pillows quiet uncomfortable but did not feel like it would be okay to ask for more.

Cons: The Megadorm so it's called is a sort of open space dormitory with lot's of beds. So beds aren't fixed and you can choose whichever you like. Though there are strict rules of being quiet at the nighttime, it doesn't always work and it can be rather noisy. The beds aren't very comfortable.

Cons: A hotel employee (explained as maintenance crew) hopped in to our room same time with knocking (without waiting for an answer) while I was half naked in the bathroom. I had to be face to face with him in that situation, which was awful! We learned it was not even programmed maintenance to our room at that time. Hotel employees apologized and offered some privileges, but we did not except. They had to do more to apologize. I stayed in Holiday Inn 2 times before, but sure I will never stay there again.

Cons: I booked three double rooms for my family to stay over Christmas and there was no mention of the hotel going through a refurbishment. The lift wasn't finished inside and there was no access to the Spa. Being Christmas we were looking forward to getting back each evening and enjoying a drink at the hotel bar - but it shut at 8pm every night! Not a very festive experience. My room was well stocked with drinks and nibbles, but one of the other family rooms had a hole where the fridge should have been. It felt like the Hotel had stopped mid-refurbishment for a Christmas break. On our last day after breakfast we pressed for the lift (only one lift available for 5/6 floors which usually mean't a lot of waiting), and when it finally arrived we were met with builders bringing in wood panels, lamps etc on trollies - there was no room so we used the stairs up to the 5th floor, which were really dusty, obviously used by the builders.

The neighbour hood was quiet and safe with coffee shops and restaurants close by. The shower and bathroom were great. The hotel also had great facilities even though we didn't use them. Pros: The hotel is very close to the underground Spittelmarkt and in a 10 minutes ride you can reach Alexander Platz. The room was clean and all recently refurbished and renovated. There is no restaurant within the building or around the area but a couple of fridges including beverages and snaks. The hotel is placed in a very silent street.
Cons: The rooms are not soundproofed so from your room you can easily overhear what's your neighbours are talking about in their room or the noise from the corridor. I would suggest to make room soundproof. The bed was a french measure bed and the duvet did not cover the entire bed with the consequence that it's been hard to be covered all night long. I would suggest changing the duvet and the bed which was not for a couple of person (I booked for 2 but then I was alone).

Pros: The hotel was very new and clean and the staff were all quite helpful. The price was amazing considering the location and quality.
Cons: I thought the breakfast was a bit expensive (12 Euro) and I wish that there were other ammenities such as a workout room or a pool. Bar service was spotty (I often had to try and find the bartender). Cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on door even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on door knob.

Pros: Titanic was a comfortable, modern hotel with easy access to the underground and great location to other tourist spots. The room was cosy and warm and staff were helpful and friendly. Cons: I was placed in a room with only men for the whole five days. One had a knife and one group had drugs, so I didn't feel safe being the only female. People were smoking in the corridors. The noise at night from other people on the same floor was terrible. People screaming and shouting all night, slamming doors and knocking on people's doors and then running away like five year olds.

Cons: - Storage lockers were broken, so I needed to lock up my suitcase at the trainstation. I found the last available locker. If I hadn't gotten that, I would have needed to wheel my bag around Berlin the entire day. I got in a few hours before my room was ready, so I didn't have another choice.
- The room was dirty, but that was probably more of a function of the 5 other people staying in the room. The nice thing was that none of the other 5 people slept in the room, but were out all night.
- Our room's bathroom was out of toilet paper. Why didn't the staff see that?

Cons: There was some rule about not bringing your own food and drink into your room, for a private room we found this annoying. The cleaning staff took our towels for cleaning every day, this seemed unnecessary.

Cons: Everything seemed to be out of service including the cash machine and vending machine. Our sheets didn’t cover the entire bed, leaving the plastic mattress protector exposed. The pillows were not in fact pillows, yet clumps of broken wool, stuffed into a pillow case. The cleaner barged there way in while we were asleep, leaving the door wide open. It was not a comfortable experience. One morning, before 9am an emergency alarm went off, informing everyone to evacuate the building. We followed the protocol only to be ushered back inside after a mere thirty seconds later. No explanation was given.

Cons: We booked a family room. 2 adults and 2 children. There was a bed yes for the children but it appears children are free? SO NO towels and NO bedlinen for children! We booked a FAMILY room wich is more ecpensive but appearantly they do nothing for children. Childrens beds also not made. Also in 5 nights no chance of bedlinen for adults. - Window was not closing, so cold room. - make sure you arrange everything at once at reception desk...queues where so long all the time - matrasses too soft like rubber Next time we would be very happy to pay a bit more for more comfort, and more holidayexperience, so we will not book again at A&O

Cons: Some facts: We stayed in a family room for three nights. for the first night, there was no heating in the room. It was freezing. We had an extra blanket. The reception promised to fix it the next morning, which however was not done till the second night. So we were changed to an other family room. For the third night there was no hot water in the shower thoughout the night. The reception said it was a matter of time, we would have to wait since everyone was taking shower, it was “ normal” not to have hot water supply in the room. But in reality, it was not until the next morning that the shower became a little warmer. The reception offered to replace my family room reservation with a stand double which is half as big.... the only option to have access to a hot shower in a freezing winter night....we had experienced no worse services elsewhere.
