Cons: The office changed (and effectively cancelled) my reservation the day before, calling me several times to negotiate whether I could even have a car. Despite my booking for the day, they told me I could only have a car for four hours or nothing at all. Luckily there are other options in Berlin. Not a particularly meaningful reservation.

Pros: None of it!
Cons: The lady on duty in the office was speaking on the phone for 10 minutes when we arrived. She didn't once look up or gesture to acknowledge us and when she finally finished her conversation she began to interrogate and admonish us on our late arrival. Whilst I am familiar with deficiencies in Berlin customer service, this sort of rudeness was on another level. I would not recommend Enterprise Car Hire on Friedrichstraße!

Pros: the auto was reliable and was able to stay at autobahn speeds
Cons: the GPS was impossible to,program and then stopped working all together. the car was small which is
OK but I would not buy one. the suspension was a bit harsh. the big problem that a mentioned was the
lack of GPS. we would have used a map if we knew we didn't have that option.

Booked a car that didn't exist
Cons: Enterprise keep on spamming kayak car rentals database with rentals that are not available. After booking a guy phoned me to say the car didn't exist, but that he might be able to provide a car if one became available, but he wasn't sure. Totally useless!!
Cons: Paid 50% more for not mentioned insurrance costs.

Gap between price promised and price paid
Cons: We ordered the car online, preparing to pay 60 Euros, but when we arrived it turned out that we were sole a deal with not insurance. So KAYAK is the problem here. We ended up adding more than double this amount. This is poor programing of your algorithm. I WILL NOT USE KAYAK AGAIN. I received a confirmation to my reservation with a price that had no relations to reality.

Issue with insurance
Pros: The car was nice and clean. No issues with it. Diesel and stick shift.
Cons: Price changed when we arrived to pick up the car due to issue with insurance. Did not have this issue when renting with Sixt a few days later. No $ surprises. Would not rent from Dollar again.
Pros: Brand new car. I paid extra 70$ and got diesel.
Cons: I paid for automatic Mercedes but I got Seat. They asked me to translate my driving licence from my embassy though it is in English and used it before in Berlin with priceline and hertz

Car not available
Cons: Car did not exist. A call was made (no voicemail) from an unknown number at 9pm the night before my reservation. I returned the call several times, only getting an answer at 11am the next day (4 hours before reservation), only to learn that the car was not available. I didn't receive any other notfication -- no email, no voicemail, and no 2nd call. No effort was made to find me an alternative and no compensation was offered -- only to follow up with customer service.
Pros: I had selected a car for about $200 for 5 days and added insurance announced at $25 /day. When arrivée at the counter the total amount car+insurance was bumped up to over $600 with over $400 being the insurance!!!
I had no other choice than to renegotiate the entire car deal but with a total cost a lot higher than planned in my budget.
Also, I had this sales move to try to sell you a gps when it's already in the car especially when I specifically asked if it was and they lie to my face
